landed hangzhou at 10:30pm. 30 mins drive from hz airport. reached hotel at 1am & there’s a cosy eatery beside the hotel that is still open. hotel provided basic toiletries - disposable towels, soap, toothbrush & toothpaste. seems this place is also called jiang lan hotel? anyway it’s in the same building. heater (?) in the room doesn’t really keep us warm. ok stay for just one night.

The location is very close to the train station but they don t give you normal towels and under the sink was a leak.

The location is very convenient if you have an early train and just near the train station. There is a bar near by so if you are a light sleeper definitely won’t recommend but the staff was kind and the room was neat

The location is really good, but the services kind of low. They didn’t give us towels and there was a problem at the bathroom with the leak. Otherwise, the room was clean.

There is a restaurant where serve many local breakfast next to the hotel

Great location just few minutes walk from hangzhou east railway station, the the toilet/ bathroom is quite small but overall is okay.

No as good as advertised, the towel and small towel using a "one time use"

房間不錯，面積大也乾淨。隔音效果是一般，但不影響睡眠。前台服務非常一般，但總體來説體驗良好，主要是房間還不錯。性價比高。離火車站很近！方便！

酒店整體還不錯，唯一的缺點就是沒有給浴巾，給的是一次性浴巾，其實也是可以接受的。但是一個女生入住，就不能給兩件浴巾嗎，洗個頭還得用一件啊
