Stayed here for the second time, this time I learned how to use the delivery robot from asking the super helpful front desk staff. When delivery driver calls just tell them, robot, and your room number. Front desk staff were lovely as always

The hotel staff is really kind and attentive. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is a bit further from attractions. The road nearby is still under construction so when it’s finished, it will be easier to move around. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and I’d book it again.

來杭州出差順便到餘杭探親，選了個距離比較近的酒店。性價比還是很高的，服務也不錯，房間寬敞、早餐也還好。沒中不足的是空調噪音有點大，再就是酒店距離高架橋，睡眠不好的會覺得有點吵。去了餘杭的良渚博物館，打車過去挺方便

窗外的夜景很漂亮，也是少數的優點了。 洗衣房衹有一台洗衣機一台烘乾機，要排隊用，沒有人可以幫忙洗，我直到1點才洗完。 床墊太軟了，缺少支撐，睡完腰疼。🙁 早餐也還行吧

一進大堂，茶香味的香薰沁人心脾，前台的美女帥哥笑容滿面，讓人如沐春風。房間新，設施齊全，我們2大2小，還給我們送了一張早餐券。大堂有免費爆米花，早餐餐廳不大，但東西實在，有魚片，撒尿牛肉丸等，粉面及配菜味道都很好，管事大哥也是態度友善，各種心情舒暢！最關鍵自駕方便啊，地上地下停車場位置很充足。

房間無異味，整潔乾淨，隔音還不錯，還有智能管家調節燈光很方便，外賣不用下樓拿，有智能小機器人送上門，前台小姐姐們都很温柔漂亮，已經是第二次入住了，下次還來😀

酒店挺不錯的，環境可以。附近吃的也很多，距離萬達也很近，工作人員態度熱情，房間乾淨衞生，有機器人可以幫忙送餐，很方便！
