The hotel is new, everything was very clean and the staff were ultra-friendly. We even got an upgrade on the room! It was so spacious and the decor is very calming. I’d definitely come back next time!

房間很乾凈，各種功能應有具有細節之處考慮的非常周到，早餐非常美味，尤其是小螃蟹夾非常鮮，還有小鹹菜也不錯，吃完早餐休息了一會兒去3樓的游泳池遊了個泳，之後又去健身房健了個身，發現還有小童遊戲區，下次帶兒子來。

本來是想給差評的，但攜程客服服務還蠻好的，並且問題處理後住的沒有什麼問題，所以最終還是給好評。 預訂的這家酒店一居室套房，入住當天才告知國慶期間游泳池不開放。國慶帶小孩來就是游泳的，和前台協商無果後打電話給攜程客服，在攜程客服的幫助下，協調到1公里之外的杭州萬豪行政套房酒店的同價位的面積略小不同型的房間。考慮到當天入住已經晚上8:00了，也就不計較了。 後續評價其實都是杭州萬豪行政公寓酒店: 房間設施齊全，有洗衣機烘乾劑，帶小孩非常方便. 泳池乾淨，人少. 早餐自助餐品類豐富 酒店有專屬的地下停車位 酒店500米，就是地鐵19號線和5號線, 去市區地鐵約40分鐘.

國慶住餘杭非常明智，人少空曠，周圍各類美食商場高樓大廈超級方便。 90平的巨大房間，雙衞，每個房間都有電視，洗衣機，廚房用具應有盡有。 天熱可以從商場裏直接通過去，商場裏各種美食，吃飯超級方便。 其他提示: 大堂在二樓，車子上去有個斜坡，剛來時司機找了半天。後來我們都到一樓打車，更寬敞，更好找一點。

房間够大，住得舒服，房間的設施齊全，如果不怕辛苦还可以自己煮飯吃，就是这次訂了兩房房，有一間沒有那么大，还不同樓層，一家人出入都沒有那麼方便，其余的还可以。
