Second time to stay. All the front desk were very nice and the all the utility staff.

The place is good for travelers who just want to rest and sleep, the room is comfy and economy rooms are for 1 person only..they have water dispenser in every floor hot & cold..I forgot to take photos for the room i stayed but its good..

The room was big and clean tho nakalimutan nila magbigay ng free toothbrush, soap and shampoo if meron silang ganong offer. But all in all, the staff was nice and approachable

The staff are so accommodating, polite and always smiling. The room is clean. Very convenient, easy access.

There was no service personnel when I checked-in at dawn. I have to carry my 25kg baggage up to 4th floor. It is fine with me but if you are solo woman traveller then you have to wait in the morning for your baggage to be brought up to your room. Room is fine. Aircon is very cool. The blanket is too thin though.

I don't like the policy and amenities... The main problem is washroom... It's very very small and you can't move

Not good. Madumi yung room, not pleasing yung amoy. Not functioning ang TV. Cr ay mapanghi. They really need to improve on cleanliness of the room

The first day i check in the smell of the room is not good and there’s a cockroach.. i clean the bathroom because there is unsual smell.. when it comes to room i feel comfortable as a solo traveler..

I booked the economy room as I was just staying for two nights in between meetups with friends, so I wasn't expecting that much. I was just hoping I could sleep peacefully. The room was relatively clean (for a fairly cheap yet decent place), no TV (didn't mind since I had to work remotely, anyway, during my stay)... I was just so disappointed that the room I was assigned to was located under the stairs. It even looked sketchy and stuff. The door looked like it would be broken open with a soft nudge that I had to improvise just to make myself safe inside. I didn't mind it at first because the amount of space in that room somehow was bigger than the other economy rooms that are located in the main building and it felt like a bit of a compensation to the imperfections I found at first. But, boy, the room was noisy! I think the stairs led to some utility room above so every time a staff goes up and down the stairs, the room would be sooooooo loud with footsteps and utility things getting dragged along the stairs that are made of metal. Yes, metal! Like those iron stairs you see. That totally was the tipping point that ruined my experience. I could not sleep peacefully during daytime because it was noisy, and the staff were noisy, too. I don't know with the other rooms, but the mine definitely was not peaceful at all. If they were going to let a first-timer stay, it would definitely not be a good idea for their ratings. I already stayed here before, which was pleasant, so I thought I'd experience the same, but nah. I think that'd be the last time.
