Great hotel, there were restaurants and a supermarket near by. The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back.

heater didn’t work. texted the receptionist via wechat and they didn’t reply. other than that, hotel was not too bad. it was clean and location was great

房間很漂亮，入住那天小姐姐很温馨的提示了一些訊息，然後還給了早餐券和咖啡券，以及那個簪花，時間有限沒有去，但是整個兩天體驗下來還是很棒的，早餐直接送到了房間裏面，我妹妹説下次還要來住你家

房間很乾凈，很有設計感的酒店。很喜歡，很温馨的環境。前台也算有求必應。 停車很方便就在樓下，有直梯。 設施設備也很全，下次想晚上看看露台，這次實在太匆忙了。 在杭州也算是住過不少了，這個的話下次還會考慮來住。

已是多次擇優而居了，一切還是如常的高品質高格調。現正是初夏時節，坐在充滿法式浪漫的環境裏，愜意品着贈送的拿鐵、澳白咖啡，優雅勺着同樣是贈送的精緻的甜品，慢悠悠地聊着地球人的百事百味，一晃幾個小時就過去了，感覺賓館是送了＇一個不外出就能安享的咖啡時光。
