Η υπαλληλος της ρεσεψιον εμπειρη,εξυπηρετικη,ευγενης...ο καταλληλος ανθρωπος στην καταλληλη θεση Δεν μπορει να χρησιμοποιηθει η πισινα αφου δεν ειναι θερμαινομενη και η θερμοκρασια της ειναι 20 βαθμοι... Σαουνα και στιμ ρουμ Κλειστα αρα ουσιαστικα το ξενοδοχειο δεν εχει ΣΠΑ!!! Τα δωματια χρειαζονται ανακαινηση!!!

the spa area and the water in the pools is cold as if you were in Oymyakon and in a conversation with the employees we were told that it is a normal temperature :) and there is also a children's pool with minus temperatures, a disaster...

Truly nice hotel at reasonable price, I would stay again. I think it should not build expectations of 5 star. For 5 star bathroom amenities were very poor and there is no way to arrive to the front by car so it is difficult to arrive with the luggage. For a 4 star, it would be perfect. Warm staff, nice big room, elegant decor and decent breakfast

The hotel is in serious need of an update. It is certainly not up to modern 5*standards. The hallways are dark and dingy, right out of the 1980s. The rooms are clean but are equally outdated. The breakfast buffet tries to cater for every taste but doesn't really work. The staff are all very friendly and are the hotel's saving grace.

Old, not-updated furniture, linens and pillows. The bare minimum in comfort and design. Beds are like a cheap hotel/hostel level. No effort in the last 25 years to make this a nice hotel. I am sure it was very nice when it was first built - many, many years ago. They seem to have no idea about making a nice environment for guests. Breakfast is a large buffet with many options, totally fine. Staff are very nice.

I only stayed for one night, so I can't say too much as it were. My room was clean, my shower worked well, I slept well, the bed was comfortable, and it was peaceful. That's really all I needed. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices with what you can eat, but the orange juice was bad, tasted very artificial and not like actual orange juice. The spaciousness of the place is great and the staff were helpful. The lobby feels modern and up to date. The downsides: The rooms felt more like a 3 star rather than 4 or 5 star. (Not that I've ever stayed in a 5 star hotel) so why do I say that? the bathroom felt way too small/cramped, not to mention somewhat dark because of the lights being at one end of the bathroom. The shower head had limescale, and I think the bathtub could have been cleaner, although I am not sure if it's due to the age of the bathtub or just cleanliness, it wasn't 'bad' as it were but could have been better. There was also a bad smell coming from the drain of the bathroom, as well as glue sticking out around the door frame and/or the shower pipe? (I can't remember which one). The decor of the room felt out of date too. Not what you would expect from a '5 star' hotel. Would I stay here again? yes. Overall a good hotel but it isn't '5 stars', it felt more like 3.5 stars at best. Re-decorate the rooms and bathrooms to something more modern, lower the prices and I think the review scores will be higher.

The good: very friendly staff, nice breakfast, good location, spa/ swimming pool The bad: very hard and uncomfortable matress, tiny balcony without furniture. In all, it’ s ok. But not a 5 star hotel, since it lack these basic things you’d expect in a 5 star hotel. E.g: coffee maker and water boiler. Furniture on the balcony, slippers, bath robe etc. In the end, its overpriced.

Nice beds, big rooms, kind reception, unfortunately the restaurant does not know the difference between celiac and lactose free. So I got normal bread while I am celiac and not only was I a lot sick but my intestines were damaged which causes cancer. Our tripto Thessaloniki was so bad. We had to stop 5 times. Davina does not aknowidge the harm they cause ! So if you have an allergy avoid this hotel !!!

STANZE CHE HANNO PROBLEMI DI CIRCUITO ACQUA PERCHE' ESCE SCHIUMA DAI PICCOLI TOMBINI INTERNI E INONDA IL BAGNO. COLAZIONE in MAGGIO 2022 esattamente come in Settembre 2020 con Buffet ma distribuito da una cameriera così da non consentire libertà nella scelta e ore per ricevere un caffè. Servizio totalmente insoddisfacente. Ero già venuta speravo in un miglioramento ma è peggiorato e le 4 stelle sia dell'hotel sia della scelta degli utenti sono immeritate, cmq se volete andate e se avete un minimo di esperienza di viaggi ve ne renderete conto

Leider schon etwas abgewohnt, aber in Ordnung für eine Unterkunft um ein paar Tage lang die Stadt und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Es sind keine eigenen Parkplätze vorhanden, sodass man sich in den umliegenden Straßen etwas suchen muss. Man hat aber schnell raus, zu welcher Uhrzeit es in welcher Ecke gut passt.

Das Hotel liegt in einer Fußgängerzone. Anfahrt etwas kompliziert, aber das Front Desk war sehr behilflich. Das antike Theater liegt gleich hinter dem Hotel. In direkter Umgebung gibt es Tavernen und Geschäfte. Für einen stop-over ist das Hotel ok. Frühstück war seh “süßlastig”. Für das Toast gab es keinen Toaster (????). Kleines Mineralwasser kostet 5 € extra.

Ωραίο Ξενοδοχείο που βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης. καθαρά και άνετα δωμάτια. Πλούσιο και ωραίο πρωινό σε μπουφέ.Ευγενικό και πρόθυμο προσωπικό. Διαθέτει σε κοντινή απόσταση parking. ίσως θα χρειαζόταν μια ανακαίνιση μετά από τόσα χρόνια.
