Tutto è buono e altamente raccomandato di soggiornare! Ma il loro bagno è piuttosto piccolo, soprattutto la vasca da bagno è troppo piccola per gli adulti…

Posizione fantastica, offrono anche snack gratuiti e possono essere ritirati una volta al giorno. L'hotel è situato convenientemente vicino a un centro commerciale e anche vicino a Ximending e alla stazione della metropolitana. Tutto il personale è molto disponibile e dedicato al loro servizio.

The room was spacious, the bed was soft and comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows and towels. There was plenty of tea, coffee, and drinking water.The clothes racks were convenient. The location was within 10 mins walking distance of Ximending and near Cafour. However, the breakfast room was a bit cramped and lacked seating. If there were tour groups, you might have to wait in line.

Good stay for a five star hotel, cleanliness is ok, floor is a bit sticky but it’s ok with the disposable slippers provided. No toothpaste nor toothbrush provided. Location is 10mins walk to xiaonanmen station, 10mins walk to Carrefour with McDonald’s, Japanese restaurants and discount off its bakery after 7pm. It’s very far if walk to or from Ximen station. No sheltered walkway at all so can be troublesome if rain. Tried the free shuttle service to Longshan and we were the only riders in the mini bus. For amenities, only has gym at level 16 with nice view. SPA are additional charged. Breakfast buffet has live station with shrimp porridge, breads from Hanabby bakery at level 1 of hotel, braised pork rice, oden, beef shabu etc. The food selection changed for both days I went. If catching an early flight, hotel can pack breakfast box for you to takeaway but have to book one day in advance.

Great hotel with comfortable room and location! But the breakfast could be very packed. The room came with complementary snacks which you can grab into a small bag! Walking around the attractions like the temple and Ximending. Or you may take their shuttle bus. The crews were nice and very helpful

Hotel is clean and good location. Within walkable distance to ximending. Staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. Hotel is generous to let guests pick candies at lobby making kids very joyful. It’s generally a good hotel and we will be back next time.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, and Thoughtful Amenities – But Bathroom Needs Attention We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and found many things to love. The location is excellent—just a short walk to metro stations and bus stops, and about 15 minutes on foot to Ximending. It’s close enough to the action but still quiet at night, which was perfect for us. There are also several kid-friendly attractions nearby, which made getting around with our son easy and enjoyable. The hotel offers a free shuttle service, which is a great convenience, although it would be even better if it started earlier and ran more frequently. One of the highlights of our stay was the free guided tour—our guide was amazing! She spoke fluent English, was very knowledgeable, and made the experience truly memorable. Another charming feature is the old-school snack corner, which is complimentary for guests. It’s a nostalgic and fun touch. It’s not available 24/7 (unlike another hotel we stayed at in Taiwan), but since it’s part of the restaurant area, it follows their opening hours—which is understandable. The staff deserve special praise—they were consistently helpful, proactive, and kind. From check-in to daily interactions, everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The rooms have recently been renovated and look fresh and modern. I particularly appreciated the switch from carpeted to hard floors—it feels much cleaner and more hygienic. The room itself is spacious, with ample closet space, and the layout is thoughtful, especially for families. However, the bathroom design could use some improvement. While I liked the concept of having a bathtub in the shower area—great for kids to enjoy a bath without splashing everywhere—the tub design wasn't very family-friendly. It's a Japanese-style, tiled tub with sharp edges, and I got scratched multiple times. It doesn’t feel safe for young children. The wooden rack and bucket also had visible mold, and mold was beginning to appear around the tub edges as well. This was disappointing, especially since my son has sensitive skin and developed a rash after using the tub. Despite the bathroom concerns, we still had a great overall experience. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location, friendly staff, thoughtful services, and family-friendly features—just be cautious about the tub if you're traveling with young children or anyone with sensitive skin.

The cleanliness was poor, the air quality in the room was bad, and the carpet had mold spots. It wasn't as close to Ximending as expected, requiring a 15-minute walk. The nearest subway entrance is also in Ximending. The hotel didn't pay much attention to the guests' need for rest. It felt like the staff didn't understand the meaning of the "Do Not Disturb" button. Even though I had pressed it, they still called my room to ask if I needed cleaning. This harassing call continued every day of my stay. I saw a note left by the cleaning staff at the door, and I understood it, stating that if I needed cleaning, I could ask the staff. However, the hotel's response was that they were worried guests might accidentally activate the "Do Not Disturb" button, when in fact it was "cleaning needed." This response was completely unreasonable, considering there was a "cleaning" button in the room. Why would they misunderstand the customer's needs? I've never experienced this kind of harassment in other hotels.

The buffet is not that well. But the room is nice and clean however the smart system is not working that good.

Taipei Garden hotel is not a new hotel but they decorated it few years ago. It's good that they provide a 4 people room for my family. The breakfast provided with a lot of choices but the taste is usual. The location is quite convenient since it's close to Xiamen Ding. It's good for shopping and eating.
