Hotel in zona Party Helden, Amburgo

Hotel basico, fuori dal centro. La nostra camera, doppia con letto aggiunto, era piccola e soprattutto riempita da un mobilio nuovo, ma inutile e per nulla funzionale. Personale cordiale. Discreta la colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Può essere una sistemazione economica per un soggiorno breve, per chi ha una autovettura propria.

L'hotel è così affascinante e si trova in un altro hotel perché è una volta una scuola. La decorazione all'interno è piena di vecchie cose scolastiche che vengono usate in modo divertente e decorativo. Le sale, le scale e la sala colazione sono molto spaziose e così sono le camere.Tutto è pulito e bello e i letti sono molto confortevoli. La denuncia è che è davvero freddo ovunque nell'hotel, forse a causa dell'età dell'edificio e dei grandi spazi. Una raccomandazione da parte nostra sarebbe anche di mettere delle luci all'aperto sul retro dell'edificio che si trova davanti al supermercato. Approssimando l'hotel da questo lato sembra più un edificio di ufficio dopo ore. Sarebbe bello essere accolto dalle luci invece.

Molto migliorabile, la verità. E' un hotel che inganna abbastanza perché quello che è la zona di letto e altro, è moderno, ma molto piccolo. Mi ha sorpreso, perché quello che si vedeva nelle foto dipingeva qualcosa di più grande. Due punti iper negativi: il bagno è molto piccolo, e il personale di pulizia non ha caricato il gel per cui ho dovuto fare una doccia con la sapone di mano e una pillola che aveva in bisogno; e non c'è aria condizionata, in sua difetto un ventilatore che, ovviamente, non può essere acceso tutta la notte. Ho finito di passare un certo calore. Il letto è abbastanza comodo, la verità. La colazione è il tipico hotel tedesco: uova rosse, funghi, bacon, da un lato; da un lato iogurte, frutta e bollitori. Non è notevole, ma senza essere una meraviglia, riempie il fascicolo.

NYX, das war wohl nix. Ich habe dort ein Zimmer gebucht, da meine Firma ums Eck ist. So konnte ich zu Fuß nach der Weihnachtsfeier pendeln. Für eine Übernachtung in der Woche von über 200 Euro die Nacht muss alles passen. Die Rezeption ist sehr hemdsärmlich gehalten, das soll wohl auch den Style des Hotels untermalen. Auf dem Zimmer ist alles sauber und da quasi Neubau sehr ansprechend. Wenn man dann allerdings im Bett liegt wundert man sich über das Kunststoffknistern der Matraze. Es sind Bockspringbetten die einen Schutzbezug aus Kunststoff haben, mag besonders hygenisch sein, fühlt sich aber so an als wenn man auf einer Silofolie schläft. Da rettet auch das Bettzeug über dem Kunststoff nichts. Dann sind die Abflüsse superlaut. Wenn irgendwo auf der Etage geduscht - oder schlimmer die Toilette gespült wurde, ist man live dabei. Da das Bad nur mit einer Glasschiebetür getrennt ist, hilft das schließen eben dieser auch nicht viel. Beim Frühstück war das Personal hemmunglos überfordert. Da sehr viele Gäste eingecheckt haben, war da auch sehr viel los. 2 Hotelkräfte haben mehr oder weniger nur abgeräumt, ein weiterer Mitarbeiter war für die neuen Bestecke und Abwischen der Tische zuständig. Nur leider nicht nur dafür, sondern auch die Buffets aufzufüllen, Geschirr am Buffet nachlegen usw. Da die Gäste meist zu zweit unterwegs waren, die Tische aber offensichtlich hautpsächlich nur für Großreisegruppen von 6 Personen ausgelegt sind, war es interessant zu beobachten wo die Gäste sich hinsetzen bzw. einen Platz finden. Das Personal war als solches im übrigen schwer zu erkennen, da Jogginghose und T Shirt vom letzten Sommerurlaub an. Aber auch das gehört offensichtlich zu dem Style des Hotels. Am interessantesten war es zu beobachten wie neue Gäste verzweifelt nach Besteck gesucht haben, oder jemanden den sie darauf ansprechen könnten. Das Frühstück war ok, aber definitiv nicht diesen Preis wert. Und zum iTüpfelchen, wir hatten Nachts um 01:15 einen Feueralarm mit komplett Evakuierung der Hotelgäste. So standen wir 45 min draussen und warteten bis die Feuerwehr alles geregelt hat. Hier lief im Großen und Ganzen alles glatt und kein Hotel ist auf sowas in der Nacht ausgelegt. Der Mitarbeiter der Nachtschicht war sehr bemüht. Allerdings sind sehr viele Gäste bei Minus 1 Grad in Unterwäsche nur mit einer Jacke bekleidet draussen gestanden. Und nun kommt mein Vorwurf an der Sache, als ich dann ausgecheckt habe, kam N I C H T S. Es war nichts los am Schalter da waren keine anderen Gäste oder sonst ein Stress. Ich übergab den Schlüssel, der Hotelmanager stand neben mir und die Dame sagte wortwörtlich: ”Vielen Dank, bei Ihnen ist alles geregelt, schönen Tag noch... ” Man mag meinen dass ich altmodisch bin, aber meine Angestellten hätten zumindest folgendes gesagt: Die nächtliche Unterbrechung tut uns sehr leid, aber das geschah auch zu Ihrer Sicherheit, wir würden uns über einen weiteren Besuch sehr freuen. UND wenn ich der Manager gewesen wäre, hätte ich noch hinzugefügt ”beim nächsten Besuch laden wir Sie auf einen Gratis (Kaffee, Frühstück oder was auch immer) ein. Aber was soll ich sagen über 200 Euro für so ein Abenteuer, wow. Es ist ein sauberes Hotel, aber in der Preisklasse funktionieren 95% der anderen Hotels besser. In unserer Firma wird dort kein Mitarbeiter mehr untergebracht.

Stayed in a single room, then switched to a 6 man dorm on the final night as it was Sunday and was expecting it to be very quiet. The single rooms are spartan and there is not even a chair, just some little stuffed stool. The issue in Hamburg is that accomdation is expensive in the city. For the same money, you could stay at a very nice 3 star hotel in many European cities! The 6 man dorm seemed quiet and ok, and then I noticed the issues. There were beer stains on the floor that acted as adhesive for my shoes. Crumbs and discarded sweet rappers in and around the bed. I had the room to myself so didn't complain. Settled for a decent night's rest. That's when someone came in at midnight (Sunday) and loudly stomped around, turning on all of the lights. They then took a shower and took their merry time settling into bed... For the price the rooms are not up to scratch. However, there aren't many ”cheaper” alternatives in Hamburg and the hostel (that charges hotel prices) know this. The check-in service was tedious and there's a queue at check in time. When I switched rooms to the 6 man dorm I said I wanted an early checkin to the that room if possible, and on the quiet side of the building (non motorway). They said no problem. Then, when I went to the room, it was of course on the noisy side. Went back and had to wait a couple hours longer before I could access the quieter room that I had asked for. The customer service is not great. They'll ask for your booking number even after you tell them your name. I did not feel like digging around for the number so I said my name and they searched for it (much to their distain probably).

Molto buona, un'esperienza soddisfacente, in generale molto buona, il valore sessuale è molto alto, andare alla stazione centrale per circa dieci minuti.Il colazione è anche buono, il numero di persone è anche molto alto. Il piccolo fratello della reception è un cinese, e può parlare in lingua nazionale in Germania, è davvero conveniente.

Sono rimasto nell'hotel ”Alte Wache” per 2 notti per motivi di lavoro, arrivando con taxi dall'apt. La gentilezza, cortesia e efficienza di servizio del signore e della signora alla reception meritano un premio di alto livello. Si tratta di un grande esempio di cura e di ospitalità calda, rendendo tutti gli ospiti molto benvenuti. Il lobby è bello nel suo vecchio stile di moda, la camera doppia è spaziosa, perfettamente pulita e silenziosa; il colazione è stato molto buono, e molto meglio di alcuni hotel 4 stelle: le selezioni di te mix molto apprezzate e il fiore fresco sulle tavole un bel regalo prezioso!! 2 piccole suggerimenti: 1) la cameriera mattina dovrebbe essere un po' più sorridente; 2) non ospitare una persona da sola in una tavola da pranzo per 6. L'hotel è anche estremamente vicino al centro della città (distanza a piedi), quindi lo consiglio davvero!!

Solo un semplice hotel vicino alla stazione centrale La colazione è discreta Considera che la zona sembra piuttosto pericolosa di notte e che ci sono circa 25 gradini all'ingresso senza ascensore Inoltre è la prima volta nella mia esperienza di viaggio che mi hanno detto che se volevo usare la cassetta di sicurezza all'interno della stanza sarebbe stato un costo aggiuntivo

tutto quello che mi serviva ha funzionato, fate solo attenzione che i bagni migliori son esterni, sul piano, se avete bisogno di spazio la scelta del coso di metallo sotto al letto è discutibile, ma almeno il mio lucchetto ci stava location è superba, c'è un sacco di roba da fare e visitare nei dintorni, c'è la stazione, bar per la colazione, il penny per far la spesa, tutto cuscino era un po' strano, ma alla fine il suo lavoro l'ha fatto

1. L'architettura di riferimento e l'altezza più alta della regione valgono davvero il suo valore in questo paesaggio. 2.Le strutture sono buone e pulite.25 quadrati, vale quattro stelle. 3. Vivo al piano 24, il segnale WiFi non è buono, ma il personale mi ha dato un punto caldo dopo che il portatile online mi ha collegato alla rete, e il telefono è molto comodo dopo che è stato collegato.
