Il peggior alloggio in 25 anni di viaggi. La stanza definita "Deluxe king" è appena sufficiente a contenere un paio di letti singoli, il bagno puo' ospitare a malapena una persona ed essendo in gran parte di plastica, ricorda molto da vicino un bagno chimico. Non c'è l'armadio, non sono mai venuti a pulire la stanza e cambiare gli asciugamani, i cuscini di una forma quadrata senza senso, sono maleodoranti, c'è polvere ovunque e ragnatele e ragni. Di notte è impossibile dormire decentemente: ragazzini che giocano a pallone nei corridoi, ragazzi ubriachi prendono a bastonate le porte, urla schiamazzi e invasati che corrono facendo rimbombare e tremare i pannelli di plastica di cui è in gran parte costituita la stanza. Il tutto nell' indifferenza dell' "efficientissimo" personale presente h24. Qualcuno potrebbe obiettare "pero' hai pagato poco!".... 600 euro per 4 notti. L'unica nota positiva, che è la posizione adiacente alla stazione centrale, viene vanificata dal rischio di essere derubati o accoltellati dai qualcuno dei numerosi brutti ceffi accampati nei pressi dell'ingresso dell'hotel. DA EVITARE COME LA PESTE.

È situato in posizione ideale tra la stazione centrale degli autobus e quella dei treni. Il letto è molto comodo e, onestamente, ho dormito meglio la prima notte (quando eravamo solo in due nella stanza). La seconda e la terza notte sono state rovinate dai nuovi ospiti che russavano molto più forte del rumore del treno che passava, lol. La vista dalla finestra della stanza era fantastica. Il personale era molto professionale, disponibile e cordiale; lo abbiamo apprezzato molto! 👍☺️ Oh! E l'ascensore è ehm... unico 😛

Era bello ma l'ascensore era un po' pericoloso in più c'erano molte persone ubriache ma nel complesso era un buon posto

Hi there! It was my second time at the hostel and I really like the rooms. The beds are sturdy. There are two things I would like to critique, the bathroom shower and the toilet are separate, which is nice, but super tiny and they feel a bit cheap. The other one, if you are female traveler like me, the dorm for only females is always much more expensive. This time the price difference was more than half the price Inpaid, last time it would have been double (!) the price compared to the mixed dormitory. To me this feels like a rip off of women trying to feel safe and comfortable while traveling! Please fix your pricing guidelines. Other than that I have been comfortable both times I stayed there.

The hotel is great for solo travelers but not very wheelchair-friendly. While there is a wheelchair entrance, it’s inconvenient as we always had to request assistance from the staff at the counter. It also took time for them to go to another entrance to open the door for us. Additionally, the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible.

Super convenient location! Just right across the bus terminal and train station. It’s nice that the staff let me check in early to catch up some sleep after a long bus ride!

Hotel is near Hamburg station, great location, the staff is friendly.

The hotel is ideally situated right next to the central railway station. The staff is friendly and courteous, but the roommates can be a bit unusual. The beds are clean and comfortable, although the room layout is not particularly practical. There isn't sufficient space to store luggage, and the sink in the bathroom is somewhat challenging to use.

I Had a great stay at this Hamburg hostel! The facilities were clean and comfortable, but the highlight was the amazing staff. The receptionist, a kind and helpful woman from Venezuela (I forgot her name), went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, she truly deserves a promotion. Highly recommend this place!

You have to check in 2pm exactly and should rent a locker even though you stay long! Rule the time 🙃

Breakfast was delicious

This hostel is located opposite the Hamburg Central Station ( through the exit 9 Kirchenallee) and is very easy to find. Check-in was fast and straightforward, and the room was clean and quiet. The bathroom, while smaller than expected, was very clean and did the job. There's hand soap & toilet paper in there.

Hostel has good location, just near train station, very clean, with everyday cleaning, nice reception and a lot of additional services. Only one minus - is very small toilet and shower in the room. It's impossible to move there and especially during the night. __________________ Хороший хостел, чистый и достаточно уютный. На ресепшене очень приветливые сотрудницы, все рассказали и подсказали. Уборка в номерах производилась каждый день. Единственный минус - очень маленький душ и туалет, не развернуться, наверное лучше было бы сделать туалет и душ на этаже, но нормальных размеров. Хостел советую, как бюджетный вариант с отличным расположением!
