The subway station is just right in front of the hotel. The location of the hotel was very in good right in the Wansbek Mrkt area. Easy to go around and get food and shops. The staff were all very nice and great. The amenities are all good. The room were great! We enjoyed our stay here.

Good to have free drinks, with a variety from juice, soft drinks, wine and beer. But a bad fact is that it may be physically demanding if living on 4th floor because there is no lift when carrying a big luggage

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, gut erreichbar und in einem ruhigen Viertel. Es gibt viele Geschäfte, Supermärkte und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe, Bus und Bahn 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber, schön, modern ausgestattet und warm. Toller Service!

房間沒有冷氣，但晚上較冷還可以，只是比較悶悶的。洗澡水壓很給力，沒有牙刷牙膏拖鞋

這次算是漢堡比較便宜的酒店了，各項設施都有，早餐還行。周邊也有各種交通工具可供選擇，衹是而且周邊還有家不錯的中餐廳。

服務正常不錯，房間適合朋友情侶來住，但需注意的是電梯只到3樓，若房間在4樓需上樓梯才能到達，對行李較重的不太方便。

乾淨，房間舒適，但晚上街外面會有聲音，淺眠的人容易被吵醒。地理位置尚算方便，中央火車站10分鐘車程，一上地鐵站便是

位置很方便,出門就是U1地鐵站.工作人員也很熱情.但是唯一不足的是,前台溝通的時候,我用英語有的時候有點慢,會有略顯不耐煩.

房間很乾凈，前台工作人員（尤其是那位男服務生）非常熱情，服務很注意細節

床太窄了，不能翻身。衞生間馬桶和淋浴挨着，空間太小。

非常乾淨，服務人員態度非常友好！位置不錯，門口就是地鐵，周邊有公交車站！
