Hotel in zona Greg＇s Gallery Hamburg HafenCity, Amburgo

Nice funky hotel. Very welcoming and edgy design that is reminiscent of Docklands atmosphere. BUT … the hotel designers have not adhered to form follows function design ethos. No suitcase racks in the rooms- have to bend down to the floor to get to the suitcase ☹️. No tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Banged my head twice on the overhang over the bed as it’s too low for a 6’ + person. The door lid to the decorative seafarers trunk in the room takes up valuable floor space. Only a hard steel room chair provided with no desk. But other than that it’s ok. I don’t usually vent my negative thoughts but they do need to be told.

Sto facendo un viaggio a Amburgo in agosto, quindi sapevo che avrei dovuto pianificare di affrontare il potenziale clima caldo. Ho fatto una ricerca approfondita, anche su TripAdvisor, specificamente filtro per la camera con aria condizionata. Nyce è arrivato al primo posto di ogni ricerca e di ogni pulizia, elencato come uno dei loro servizi, quindi ho fatto una prenotazione e ho pagato in anticipo per la loro politica all'hotel reale [sì, Quando sono entrato nella stanza c'era una giornata calda, non c'era nessuna giornata di aria, ma anche una fan, e solo una finestra che poteva essere spezzata aperta circa 6 pollici. La stanza era una suana. Quando ho parlato con il servizio di ricezione, il personale ha avuto un atteggiamento duro e ha chiesto di vedere dove era stato promesso il condizionamento d'aria. Ho mostrato loro più schermi, ma la loro risposta era ”Google è sempre lieto”. Ho anche offerto di accettare un rimborso parziale [una delle due notti prepagate], ma questo è stato incontrato con un atteggiamento ancora peggiore. Ho lasciato un altro hotel. Il tribunale di Marriott, a circa 5 minuti di distanza, è stato nuovamente costruito, il personale di accoglienza estremamente utile , e IL CONDIZIONAMENTO PRIMA. La ricezione mi ha anche detto: ”Vi prego, andate a controllare la stanza, vogliamo che tu sia completamente comodo”.La stanza era in bella qualità e di qualità ...e era quasi lo stesso prezzo esatto della stanza singola a Nyce Un giorno dopo ho ricevuto un email dal sito Ntce gestione. Chiedono screenshots e io fornito, un po 'aveva lo stesso dismissivo ”colpe il cliente” e ha detto che non faranno rimborso. Fatevi un favore e STAY FAVORE da questa proprietà, non si può semplicemente fidarvi.

Solo un semplice hotel vicino alla stazione centrale La colazione è discreta Considera che la zona sembra piuttosto pericolosa di notte e che ci sono circa 25 gradini all'ingresso senza ascensore Inoltre è la prima volta nella mia esperienza di viaggio che mi hanno detto che se volevo usare la cassetta di sicurezza all'interno della stanza sarebbe stato un costo aggiuntivo

Sono rimasto nell'hotel ”Alte Wache” per 2 notti per motivi di lavoro, arrivando con taxi dall'apt. La gentilezza, cortesia e efficienza di servizio del signore e della signora alla reception meritano un premio di alto livello. Si tratta di un grande esempio di cura e di ospitalità calda, rendendo tutti gli ospiti molto benvenuti. Il lobby è bello nel suo vecchio stile di moda, la camera doppia è spaziosa, perfettamente pulita e silenziosa; il colazione è stato molto buono, e molto meglio di alcuni hotel 4 stelle: le selezioni di te mix molto apprezzate e il fiore fresco sulle tavole un bel regalo prezioso!! 2 piccole suggerimenti: 1) la cameriera mattina dovrebbe essere un po' più sorridente; 2) non ospitare una persona da sola in una tavola da pranzo per 6. L'hotel è anche estremamente vicino al centro della città (distanza a piedi), quindi lo consiglio davvero!!

Waren für 2 Nächte hier. Hotel mit der S3 und dem Bus 2 perfekt zu erreichen. Auch gibt es genügend Parkplätze vor und um das Hotel herum. Da das Hotel an einer rund um die Uhr gut befahrenen Straße liegt,macht das Schlafen mit offenem Fenster unmöglich. Hotel war sauber,Personal freundlich und es gibt eine Bar und genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Lounge. Katastrophe war die Organisation des Frühstücks.Freie Tische wurden schnell wieder in Beschlag genommen ohne das dass Servicepersonal Zeit hatte abzuräumen.Es staute sich überall im Frühstücksraum und am Büffett. Tischzuweisungen durch das Personal wären besser. Am zweiten Tag war die Lage etwas entspannter. Für einen Städtetrip völlig ok.Preis-Leistung ok.Hamburg ist halt teuer.

Stayed in a single room, then switched to a 6 man dorm on the final night as it was Sunday and was expecting it to be very quiet. The single rooms are spartan and there is not even a chair, just some little stuffed stool. The issue in Hamburg is that accomdation is expensive in the city. For the same money, you could stay at a very nice 3 star hotel in many European cities! The 6 man dorm seemed quiet and ok, and then I noticed the issues. There were beer stains on the floor that acted as adhesive for my shoes. Crumbs and discarded sweet rappers in and around the bed. I had the room to myself so didn't complain. Settled for a decent night's rest. That's when someone came in at midnight (Sunday) and loudly stomped around, turning on all of the lights. They then took a shower and took their merry time settling into bed... For the price the rooms are not up to scratch. However, there aren't many ”cheaper” alternatives in Hamburg and the hostel (that charges hotel prices) know this. The check-in service was tedious and there's a queue at check in time. When I switched rooms to the 6 man dorm I said I wanted an early checkin to the that room if possible, and on the quiet side of the building (non motorway). They said no problem. Then, when I went to the room, it was of course on the noisy side. Went back and had to wait a couple hours longer before I could access the quieter room that I had asked for. The customer service is not great. They'll ask for your booking number even after you tell them your name. I did not feel like digging around for the number so I said my name and they searched for it (much to their distain probably).

Super servizio, solo le macchine per bere freddo/caldo hanno avuto problemi, ma questo può essere dovuto al fatto che non si è aspettato così tanti ospiti. Potete ancora lavorare. I dipendenti si sono messo in giro per far fronte all'ospite. Alzate il vostro coraggio. Se rientrano in Hamburg, ci rimettiamo in questo hotel. Oh, cosa da menzionare: Super connessione a S1 e U3, che guidano in tutte le direzioni

Hotel, Zimmer, Service - alles perfekt. Leider war es etwas außerhalb, was für einen Altstadtbesuch ohne eigenes Fahrzeug nicht von Vorteil ist, zumal auch noch 2 U-Bahnhöfe gesperrt waren. Für einen Geschäftsaufenthalt perfekt, aber wenn man Abends mal den Hafen o. ä. besichtigen möchte, oder mal ins Nachtleben (ohne Kiez - verrückte Leute sehe ich jeden Tag) eintauchen möchte (Barbesuch, an der Alster sitzen etc.) nicht sehr günstig gelegen. Trotzdem komme ich gerne wieder.

Die Lage des Hotels in Norderstedt ist sowohl was Ruhe wie auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten anbelangt recht gut. Am Rande des kleinen Moorbek-Parkes (mit Wanderwegen) gelegen bietet die Umgebung die nötige Ruhe, nach vorne heraus gibt es nahebei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch kostenfreie Parkplätze. Flugzeuglärm vom etwa 5 Kilometer entfernt befindlichen Hamburger Flughafen Fuhlsbüttel hört man so gut wie nicht. Nur bei sehr ungünstiger Windlage ist in weiter weiter ferne ein leichtes Motorensummen zu hören (bei geöffnetem Fenster). Vom Hotel in die Hamburger Innenstadt, z.B. zur Elbphilharmonie sind es immerhin eine Stunde Fahrzeit mit U- und S-Bahn. Wir hatten das Doppelzimmer 124 zugeteilt bekommen, ein recht gut und funktionell ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Blick auf den hinteren Park. Das Zimmer war ausgestattet mit guten Betten, in denen wir erholsam geschlafen haben. Zudem gab es im Raum eine lange Schreibtisch-Kombination, einen guten Flachbild-Fernseher, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, kostenlosen Safe, Kofferablage und einen Schrank. Recht positiv empfanden wir die Fußbodenbeleuchtung unter dem Nachttisch, die mit einem Bewegungsmelder ausgestattet war und nachts den Weg zur Toilette nicht zur Stolperfalle werden ließ. Das Zimmer nebst zugehörigem Badezimmer (mit begehbarer Dusche und ”Regenwalddusche”) waren sauber und schienen neuwertig ausgestattet. Beim Frühstück herrschte eine zwanglose nette Atmosphäre. Die Auswahl am Frühstücks-Buffett war echt gut. Es gab u.a. Brot, frische Brötchen, Salate, Säfte, Käse, Wurst, Rührei, gekochte Eier, Marmeladen, uam. Kaffee stand in Warmhaltekannen bereit. Soweit ich weiß bietet das Hotel außer einer Hotelbar und kostenfreiem Wlan keine gesonderten Freizeitangebote an. Vom Hotel aus sind aber bequem mit ÖPNV die Hamburger Innenstadt zu erreichen. Die U-Bahnstation ist rund 400 Meter entfernt (durch den Park ist es noch etwas kürzer). Nahebei befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Parkplätze. Tipp: Während der Tiefgaragen-Parkplatz beim Hotel pro Tag 9 Euro kostet, parkt man in nahen Seitenstraßen kostenlos, an Sonn- und Feiertagen auch ganz nahebei gegenüber der Edeka. Unter der Woche braucht man dort eine Parkscheibe.
