The best western plus hotel is strategically located. We just stay 1 night before joining cruise trip on the next day. The hotel is clean but the reception can hardly speak or understand english which is a minus point here.

Very nicely located in a clean and accessible location. Rooms were clean and very modern, room temperature and bedding was very comfortable. Airport is only 20 min drive.

Freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, Frühstück war gut. Die Lage ist nicht top, aber es gibt eine Busanbindung. Die war wegen Baustellen zu unserer Reisezeit nicht ganz ideal, aber wir haben es mit Öpnv doch ganz gut hinbekommen.

Hotel sehr sauber und neuwertig. Zimmer ruhig.

Freundlicher Service und sauberes Zimmer.
Leider war es schwierig, das Hotel mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen, da an mehreren Stellen Bauarbeiten stattfanden.

Es ist immer wieder ein Genuss in diesem Hotel zu wohnen, es hat alles zu bieten was wir uns von einem Hotel wünschen. Ausstattung, Größe der Zimmer, Design, Bar, Restaurant usw., wir würden dem Hotel glatt 5 Sterne geben aber dafür fehlt wahrscheinlich der Pool.
So oder so wir kommen wieder, denn für uns ist das Best Western Plus Hotel Böttcherhof die Top-Adresse in Hamburg, Danke.
