La mia stanza era la più lontana possibile dall'ascensore. Era in un angolo, a forma di angolo, mi sentivo terribilmente angusto. NON C'ERA UN SOLO CASSETTO NELLA STANZA! NON C'ERA ARMADIO NELLA CAMERA. C'erano solo 3 grucce per appendere i miei vestiti, ESPOSTE SUL MURO. Esperienza terribile, mi sento preso in giro. Non userò mai più questo hotel né viaggio. E bloccherà l'accesso a trip.com dall'interno della mia azienda.

La lobby ha un'atmosfera e chi ha sentimenti storici potrebbe voler restare. Molti gruppi di turisti occidentali per anziani lo organizzano per questo motivo. I servizi in camera sono moderni e nella media. La disposizione delle camere è disordinata e difficile da trovare. È molto comodo andare alla stazione ferroviaria, ma bisogna prestare attenzione se si prende l'uscita giusta.

Mi è piaciuto molto il mio soggiorno di 3 notti! Le camere sono molto calde e pulite e la posizione è semplicemente perfetta, letteralmente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla stazione ferroviaria centrale! Puoi camminare ovunque dall'hotel o prendere il treno ovunque in città e il treno diretto per l'aeroporto in soli 30 minuti! Ci tornerei volentieri ❤️

Amazing hotel! Provided extra beds as we had 3 pax. Clean and spacious rooms! Great house keeping, right next to the HBF

everyting is good just the bed is too soft. this will be perfect if can have choice for hard or soft ned.

Very spacious room, good location and very clean

Good location opposite the main train station. Easy to get around the City with many restaurants nearby. Room is on the small side but everything was modern and clean.

The hotel has a very convenient location, very close to Hamburg main train station. The reception and lobby area is very beautiful and elegant, with an old-fashioned charm. My room was a good size and very comfortable and well equipped. I would happily stay there again in future

Well, the hotel left positive feelings, great location, service and cleanliness, breakfast was expensive so, we didn't book it. Cons: There was no fridge in the room, and small room space.

The hotel gives us sense of home and safty.

ハンブルクの中央駅を出ると左斜め前方のビルにこのホテルのサインを木立越しに見つけられます。外観も綺麗ですがヒルトン系列だけあって重厚感十分なロビーに満足します。

飯店位置極佳，步行5分鐘至地鐵站。飯店舒適隔音好，住起來很舒服。

Positiv ist/sind: * die Lage, fast direkt neben dem Schauspielhaus * die Betten Das Zimmer ist für den Preis nicht übermäßig groß. Negativ: * die zugige Klimaanlage * die Toilette. Beim Spülen füllt sich das Bassin beim Druck auf die Kurzspülung bis fast ganz oben und läuft dann extrem langsam ab. Die Langspülung haben wir dann vorsichtshalber gar nicht erst betätigt. Aufgefallen war uns das von Anfang an (Donnerstag), gemeldet haben wir es dem Servicepersonal am Samstagmorgen. Passiert ist aber nichts. Das verdirbt einem das Vergnügen an dem Aufenthalt im Reichshof, zumal wir davon ausgegangen sind, dass das Problem ja schon vorher vorhanden gewesen sein muss.
