Excellent stay, spacious apartment/room, nice breakfast, and just a quick walk to the city centre

The room and hotel was really clean. It is located in an accessible location. Walking distance from the train station. The staff were all really friendly and very helpful. Checking in and checking out was really easy and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Something I really appreciated that they are really environmentally conscious. Just something for everyone to take note will be that toothbrush and toothpaste is not offered. Also, some small things that could be better would be that the railing for the towels seem to be coming off. However, these were really minor issues that we faced.

El personal de recepción genial, pero hechamos en falta el aire acondicionado que estaba estropeado y una mesa para cenar enmm no la habitación , por lo demás perfecto!!!!

Au top équipe tres agreable

The hard product is pretty good. My little apartment was well laid out with a sliding door between the fairly spacious bedroom / kitchenette area and the reasonably sized bathroom (I was there on my own, so no idea what sound proofing is like). There's a decent number of lights of varying types. The bed was pretty comfortable, and a decent size. The kitchenette seemed fine although I was only there for one night, so didn't really use it much. There was a kettle, filter coffee machine (no filter coffee provided), a fridge and a mini dishwasher. I was provided with one coffee sachet, one tea and one hot chocolate, and packet of two biscuits. The WiFi is pretty good, with a simple login process. I never actually tried the tv during my few waking hours at the property. In shower is in a three quarters size bath - and the shower itself was reasonably strong, with good temperature controls. The shower gel was some generic bottle bolted to the wall, and wasn't the best. No other toiletries were provided. The only complaint I have with the hard product is the lack of aircon. There was a fan which I turned on overnight - but I should have probably set it to high, and set it to oscillate. The room seemed pretty warm with just me in it, so you'd definitely need something stronger if there's two of you! The property was let down by sloppy staff work. I got out of my shower to discover there was no towel. I later discovered that the bin hadn't been emptied. And when I was about to go to sleep I discovered that the bed hadn't been made properly - how hard is it to tuck in a base sheet properly? The staff at both checkin and checkout were very pleasant though, with decent english. And the midday checkout is good - apparently possible to extend to 2pm subject to availability, but I didn't need it, so didn't ask. There's a little section next to reception with items to purchase, but there's no minibar in the room. Breakfast is also available until 10am at weekends and finishes slightly earlier on weekdays (for 15 euro I think), but I didn't wake up in time to try it! The location is great for the main station (gare du nord) - less than a 15 minute walk through an area that felt pretty safe. I also walked home from the main bar area around Bouffay at 2am without any problems. It's also pretty easy to get to Residhome from the airport - you can either take the express bus (Navette Aeroport) for 10 euro to the main station. Or simply take bus 38 from the airport to the end of the line, and the grab a very regular bus 4 to Cite de Congres stop (with a handy Carrefour opposite) and then a pleasant walk (with some steps over a bridge) to the property. I'd happily stay at Residhome again if the price was right.

I have been there for family vacations. 2 adults and 1 child. It is an old but refurbished hotel in front of the river with great view. 10 minutes walking distance from the city center. The room was quite narrow for 3 persons. The bathroom was fine. The room was decently clean. The breakfast with an additional cost of 15€ per person was sufficient. The staff was very polite. Summarizing it is a good choice for a medium level budget (for France) and basic expectations.

Un bel hôtel fonctionnel, confortable, bien placé. Chambre propre et bien insonorisée. Tout petit bémol sur le joint silicone de la baignoire où des moisissures commencent à apparaître. Très bon petit déjeuner. Mention spéciale pour le personnel à la réception vraiment au top.

Établissement au bord du fleuve, à 10 min à pied de la gare de Nantes. Tout le confort d'un appart hôtel (kitchenette et accessoires). Petit bémol pour la salle du petit déjeuner, au même moment une "colonie" de touristes espagnoles qui ont rempli la salle. Personnels accueillants. Je recommande.

Un appart'hotel, à la différence d'un hotel doit être équipé pour préparer des repas et les déguster dans de bonne conditions; or dans cet établissement on peut juste réchauffer un plat préparé, de plus il n'y a aucun espace "repas", pas de place, pas de table, vaisselle insuffisante (2 tasses pour 4, 3 petites cuillères etc) . A 4 nous avons dû déjeuner sur une mini-table de 1m/1m!!! De plus une fois le canapé lit ouvert, on peut à peine faire le tour pour se coucher! Le parking est bienvenu, par contre c'est le parcours du combattant pour aller jusqu'à l'hotel!

Bonjour, J'ai été hébergé dans cet hôtel résidentiel à l'occasion d'une mésaventure : un retard du TER me fait manquer ma correspondance et je reste bloqué à Nantes la nuit de la Saint Sylvestre 2023/2024. L'établissement 4 étoiles est digne de son classement. La réception est traditionnelle, c'est-à-dire dotée d'un comptoir auquel vous accueille un personnel aimable et professionnel. Les espaces sont spacieux sans être vastes. La chambre est dotée de tous les équipements requis dans cette catégorie et l'on m'a attribué une chambre à grand lit. Température, isolation acoustique, confort de la literie, très bon état de l'ensemble des équipements, propreté impeccable. Le petit-déjeuner est au même niveau, avec une particularité à souligner, les thés. Ici, pas de sachets, mais quatre grandes boîtes cylindriques -à la manière des anciennes boîtes à biscuits, fournies par "La Maison des Thés" remplies de thé en vrac. J'ai choisi l'earl grey, au parfum puissant, que j'ai dosé à ma convenance dans un petit sachet-filtrant pour y ajouter ensuite, dans la théière, l'eau montée à la juste température dans une bouilloire. Je fus privé de fête de Saint Sylvestre, mais je n'ai pas à m'en plaindre.

Tiene unas vistas bonitas. Está incómodo para llegar con las maletas. las habitaciones son algo pequeñas. es un hotel para pasar uno o dos noches, durante mas tiempo seguramente es incómodo la estancia para 2 personas
