Services are excellent!

Stayed late June to see the stunning Itawake view. No skiing, just soaking in Hakuba’s nature. Hotel was peaceful, surrounded by trees — perfect for relaxing walks. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Room was clean, a bit small for what we booked. Breakfast was okay, mix of Japanese and Western. The onsen was the real highlight — so refreshing after a day out. Even without snow, Mominoki was a great base. Cozy, quiet, and welcoming. Would stay again.

What an awesome experience! The hotel offered exemplary service before we even arrived. Due to special travel arrangements, we arrived late and the staff quick to arrange an in-room bento dinner for us before our arrival. When we got there, we were immediately blown away by the gorgeousness of the hotel. Despite its age, everything was very clean and polished. I can see that great care had been taken to upkeep the hotel and it’s premises, which are extraordinarily beautiful. We couldn’t resist taking pictures even after check-out, and it took us an hour to finally reluctantly leave. Words cannot actually do the place justice, you must visit there yourself. We were very impressed with how delicious the food was, and the attention to detail, including the placement of the food, the coordination of food color. My mouth is still watering as I recall how delicious it was. I had 10 helpings of their prime rib one day. Besides, I had a dietary restriction and the staff were really careful with that, to the extent of reminding me what dishes not to eat everyday at their breakfast and dinner buffet. In addition to excellent food and service, the hotel went out of its way to be very eco-friendly. For every day that we did not need our room to be tidied, we earned points, which can be traded in for ice cream or other goodies. Finally, the staff spoke perfect English. This is rare indeed, and it made everything so much easier and so much more enjoyable. Thanks for the experience!

It is a very nice hotel and breakfast is very good also the hotel have a nice Onsen.

今次旅遊非常失望,酒店服務非常差.其中一項佢哋有自己車住客出入JR鐵路站. 出6月26日1500我坐佢哋車到JR站,已預約1700在同一個JR站接我. 但我等到1717仍未見佢哋酒店車出現.我打去酒店問,佢哋話人為失誤,所以無安排出車.當時我非常憤怒.因為而家唔係旺季,佢哋都冇乜客人,但係都可以疏忽我. 真係不能接受. 佢哋完全無任何賠償.完全不能接受.

可能因為是淡季，酒店upgrade了我們的房間，太好了！酒店附近沒有餐廳，所以我們享用了酒店的自助晚餐，食物種類算多，但是味道就一般！溫泉很好呢！

自然に囲まれた落ち着いた雰囲気で、非日常を感じながらゆったり過ごせました。館内は温かみのある造りで、客室も清潔感があり快適です。スタッフの対応も丁寧で、細やかな気配りが印象的でした。温泉も広々としており、旅の疲れをしっかり癒せます。白馬らしい魅力を満喫できる、また訪れたいと思えるホテルでした。

一人旅で利用しました。ホテル全体が落ち着いた雰囲気で、白馬の自然に囲まれながらゆっくりとした時間を過ごすことができました。客室は清潔感があり、広さも十分で快適でした。温泉も気持ち良く、観光で歩き回った疲れをしっかり癒やすことができました。スタッフの方々の対応も丁寧で、終始気持ちよく滞在できたのも印象的です。朝食は種類が豊富で、地元の食材も楽しめる内容だったので、朝から満足感がありました。ホテル周辺は静かで散策もしやすく、白馬らしい自然を満喫できる立地も魅力です。観光の拠点としても利用しやすく、また白馬を訪れる機会があればぜひ宿泊したいと思えるホテルでした。

ใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ห้องจะดูเก่าไปหน่อย มีกลิ่นแปลกๆ แต่ก็สะอาดดี

白馬不太大，巿區就是幾條街的路，酒店在一個小山丘上，附近也有幾間酒店，全個山的燈光就是靠他們了，附近沒便利商店，酒店有日式和式房選擇，我選了和式，不完美的是要自己舖床，老人應受不了。老人家和外國遊客較多，有日本老人不洗身跳進溫泉，在日本首見。

施設も清潔感があり、とても豪華で大変満足です 夕食朝食のビュッフェも種類が多くとても美味しくまた行きたいと思います 大満足です

温泉、食事、客室、すべて良かった。 特に食事は非常においしかった。

我對這間酒店很滿意，地點一流，職員友善，房間舒適。 房間不論是燈光、氣溫、床褥被鋪都很舒適，特別要讚揚房務姐姐，把房間清潔得非常乾淨。房間有兩個露台，其中一邊可看到八方尾根滑雪場。 住了六晚，每天早餐食物種類大致相同，但也豐富。當中三晚分別到酒店不同的餐廳享用晚餐，第一晚在酒店內吃自助晚餐，食物種類很多；第二晚在酒店旁的The Forest吃西餐；第三晚在酒店旁的The Forest吃日本菜，三間餐廳的價格不貴但很美味。 而放滑雪用具的Dry Room則在酒店外，是真的乾燥房，還有烘乾雪鞋的機器，而不是某些酒店所謂的Dry Room而其實只是一個Locker房已而。

備品が素晴らしいです。
