Very good location, there are lots of food variety opposite the hotel, and also for the hotel breakfast. First time staying & definitely will rebook if happen to go there

Nice and clean hotel ! Recommend to stay ! The cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas. It’s clear that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining a spotless and welcoming environment, which made my stay all the more comfortable. Room and facilities is very comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly. They provide free parking. I like the bed and pillow. Very super comfortable to sleep in. I will come again next time when visiting penang.

I particularly enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool, which provided a great spot to unwind with beautiful views. The buffet breakfast had a good variety, but some dishes could be improved. The location in Bukit Mertajam is convenient, especially for access to the mainland, though it’s a bit far from Georgetown. Service was attentive, and the staff ensured a pleasant experience. Overall, it’s a good choice for those seeking a blend of comfort and convenience.
