Questo è un hotel di stile di casa.Parcheggiare davanti alla casa.Benvenuti a me con un piatto con nome cliente e nome di animali domestici.Tutti i letti e i ristoranti della casa sono ammessi all'ingresso di animali domestici. La casa stessa cambia con il passare del tempo, non è nuova, ma è stata correttamente pulita e ha tutto quello che volete.La maggior parte delle strutture di comodità relative agli animali domestici sono disponibili, quindi non porterà alcun disagio. Il personale che ho incontrato nella reception e nel ristorante è molto giovane, amichevole e amichevole, il che mi fa sentire molto comodo.Prenotare il riso con la pasta.La carne è deliziosa, ma ... Penso che anche se il numero di articoli è insufficiente, 々 è raramente. Si può dire che nell'otto minuti di scatola è giusto, ma la colazione è particolarmente per me, perché non mangio riso bianco.C'è una ripetizione.

We had booked this accommodation in Hakuba for 3 nights in Jan24; family of 4 (2 adults and 2 adult/children). We were supposed to be picked up from the bus station by the accommodation and sent several emails to confirm that pick-up was still happening the day before (and day of) our arrival. Eventually receive a reply, that yes, they were picking us up at 4:30pm. Waited at for 20mins and then decided to phone as no one arrived (this is highly unusual in Japan for people not to show up on time!)y. The answered that ”yeah, they are on the way, but they were running late”). Bear in mind we were waiting in -3C degrees waiting for someone to show up. When we went to check in the 2 boys (maybe early 20s) behind the counter were very lack-luster. Point to the building outside as to where we were staying - but no offer to help carry bags through the snow laden path; or even show us to our rooms. We struggled up to the building and couldn't get access inside - the door was locked. Went back to reception and only then did he get up from behind the counter to help us. We had to take off our shoes in the entrance area - strewn with what seemed like hundreds of wet shoes and then walk through the water logged entrance - no offer of slippers but an off-handed comment about ”oh there should be some slippers in your room” (there wasn't). There was none of the usual information exchange when checking in; ie breakfast (evidently you can buy this in the hotel, but not sure where as there was only a fleeting mention on check out). We were disappointed at the presentation of the room; old curtains hanging off with hooks missing; noisy neighbours which made it feel like we were in a school dormitory rather than a $$$ accommodation. Thankfully these neighbours left the next day - but we were wondering what the hell we had booked into. There is no sound-proofing; you can hear everything in the corridor, stomping, loud talking etc. Shuttle bus is available to get to town, but you have to put your name down on a schedule and it was not readily available. The day we definitely needed to use it (check out) in order to catch the bus, only one shuttle vehicle was available and there was so many people waiting and everyone was late getting to their desired destinations. If you are looking for high quality Japanese service and style of accommodation that you find throughout Japan, this place will not provide you with it. It is fitted out with what seemed to be Ikea-style furniture; bunk beds in the second room that my youngest (tallest) son couldn't fit into so we had to put the mattress on the floor. Toilets are standard western-style toilet, not the Japanese ”special” toilets (bidet, auto flush etc). All appointments throughout the suite was very basic western standard. The only view we had from the room was towards the back at other buildings - not the beautiful view as shown on the advertised room. We figured out that there is probably only 4 rooms

Yamano Hotel is the ultimate ski chalet in Hakuba. It's situated right across from the 1986 Olympic ski jump and just a short stroll to the Happo-One chair lift. It could even be considered a ski-in and ski-out chalet. The rooms are big and comfortable with gorgeous views of the mountains and the valley. This hotel is a family-owned and run business. The owners Mr. Keita and his wife Monica will greet you from the time you get off the bus to the time you enter the hotel parking area. Mr. Keita is an incredible concierge, always attending to any of your needs and willing to assist you with any information. He also provides a free shuttle to the lift, and if you're tired at the end of the day you can call him and he will be happy to come pick you up, even though it's a short distance. For the additional ski resorts, he is happy to make a reservation for the free morning shuttle. They will pick you up right at the parking lot of the hotel and will drop you off at the same place. So you have easy access to the 7 resorts in the Hakuba Valley right from his doorstep. Once you return from your day in the mountain, you can walk straight into a very spacious heated ski room where you can put your boards and skis on a special rack, warm your boots, gloves, ski pants and jacket so all will be ready to go the next morning. After leaving your stuff in the warm room, you can either step across the hall to enjoy their beautiful onsen inside the chalet that has a hot mineral bath, a cold mountain water plunge bath, and a fantastic wooden and hot rock sauna. An additional perk is the two massage chairs in the laundry area that you can enjoy for free. After relaxing in the Onsen and/or massage chair, you can go back to your comfortable and spacious room and relax until you're ready to have dinner at his restaurant at 6pm. And if you choose to go to other restaurants, several of them are just 5-10 minutes walk away, or there are shuttle buses you can take. The hotel also includes a delicious and abundant breakfast buffet that includes traditional Japanese breakfast of miso soup, fermented beans, Japanese rice and more; traditional American breakfast with several types of eggs, bacon, potatoes, and sausage; and traditional Continental breakfast including orange juice, freshly made apple juice, cereals, pastries, and fresh fruit. To summarize our stay at Yamano Hotel, Mr. Keita and his wife Monica made us feel at home and part of their family. That's how well they treat you. This will definitely be the place we stay next time we come to Hakuba.

Hôtel de charme familiale idéalement situé dans le quartier echoland de hakuba. Il est situé légèrement à l'écart de la rue principale à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la station de navette gratuite. La décoration est très soignée. La cuisine franco japonaise du chef est DELICIEUSE. L'établissement dispose de trois onsen privatisables dont un pour groupe. Le gérant, Jo san, et sa femme sont aux petits soins pour leurs clients. Mention plus pour les petits attentions et les petits mots de français! En un mot : subarashikatta ( c'était formidable).
