Hotel con palestra a Makati

Ho trascorso un soggiorno eccezionale al Discovery Primea di Makati. Il servizio è stato sempre cordiale, attento e professionale, facendomi sentire autenticamente coccolato durante tutta la mia permanenza. Ogni membro dello staff ha fatto il possibile per anticipare le esigenze e creare un'atmosfera accogliente. L'esperienza culinaria è stata altrettanto straordinaria: ogni piatto era preparato con cura, ricco di sapore e presentato con eleganza. Dalla colazione alla cena, la qualità e la varietà del cibo erano davvero eccezionali. Questa combinazione di eccellente ospitalità e cucina memorabile rende il Discovery Primea una scelta eccezionale a Manila.

This hotel is an excellent choice for business travelers. It’s located in the heart of the business district, surrounded by well-known hotels, restaurants, 24-hour convenience stores, as well as plenty of pubs and bars. The area also feels very safe. The only thing I found unusual was that every hotel had sniffer dogs at the entrance checking for explosives and *****, although I understand it’s part of the security measures.

Questa è la seconda volta che soggiorno nella penisola di Manila. Sono stato qui una volta in 18 anni e la camera è stata rinnovata, ma non è cambiato molto. Il servizio alla reception è comunque efficiente e cordiale. Anche la qualità della colazione è abbastanza buona, ma ci sono molti cibi occidentali e pochissimi cibi cinesi. Sorprendentemente, il servizio nell'atrio, che in passato era impressionante, era a un prezzo basso. Dopo l'arrivo della nostra macchina, c'erano molti facchini, ma nessuno ci ha aiutato a tirare la porta o i bagagli un grande berretto alla porta. Ok, ma ora che la persona è cambiata, parlo solo da solo e non apro la porta all'ospite. Più tardi, un addetto alla sicurezza ci ha aiutato a trasportare i bagagli. Lo stesso problema di servizio si è verificato anche con la giovane donna che si è seduta a colazione. Sembrava così arrogante e deludente. Alberghi professionali, le tende oscuranti sono fatte così, ahimè! ! !

The room is clean and the front desk service excellent. We also enjoyed the breakfast too. The location is very good and in the safe part of town.

For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

Il servizio e le strutture erano buoni, e il personale è stato eccezionalmente gentile e disponibile durante tutto il mio soggiorno. Sebbene l'hotel mostri un po' la sua età, era ancora confortevole. Tuttavia, il cibo che ho ordinato tramite il servizio in camera, in particolare il kare-kare, non ha soddisfatto del tutto le mie aspettative: la salsa aveva un sapore un po' strano.

It was our second time staying at this property, and the check-in process went smoothly. The front desk staff were also very helpful and accommodating. The room we were assigned had issues with the air conditioning. The AC seemed to need a deep cleaning because it no longer cooled the room properly (it was hot inside) The curtains also had rusty stains caused by a leak coming from the AC. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay. This hotel is honestly our number one go-to hotel in Makati because of its great location, affordable rooms, and pet-friendly policy. We’ll definitely rebook again! Chewie-approved of course.

L'hotel si sta migliorando, offre ancora la migliore dimensione della camera e le migliori viste su questa posizione. Se siete nella viva dei bar e ristoranti a Pabloion, questo è l'hotel per voi. L'unica cosa irritante su questa posizione è la zona dei Burgos, quindi è un regalo e prendersi cura della posizione dell'hotel, ma il personale alla reception, super amichevole e utile. Ti accolgono sempre con un sorriso. Siete rimasti qui per anni. forse sul lato più prezioso rispetto all'altro, ma è il nuovo edificio in questo settore

The location is very near to where my business in Makati is. Restaurants, Malls and even convenience store is just outside the property. Very convenient. Hotel staff is also friendly.

Ho viaggiato un po' e mi sento come se avessi una buona gestione. Questo hotel ha il nome Best Western, quindi mi aspettavo un certo livello. L'hotel è stato molto più alto, il lobby ha mostrato finiture di fine alta e questo è stato probabilmente un hotel a 200+ camere quando è stato costruito. Ho notato che al piano 9, 3 camere insieme erano state inondate e non riparate, l'odore di materiali danneggiati era piuttosto forte (le parti inferiori delle porte erano gravemente danneggiate e le tovaglie erano indebolite). La mia stanza in un piano diverso era buona, ma ho avuto molti amici in camera mia e le foglie erano grigie da molte lavanderie e infine, la zona è il lato sottile di Makati (Manila) e non è il migliore. Ok, questa è la lista di cons, ora per il pro, il prezzo era molto ragionevole, il personale era buono in qualsiasi interazione ho avuto e se si vuole il lato semotico, la posizione ....è eccellente. Ci sono molti bar vicino e molti ristoranti molto buoni, tra cui direttamente intorno alla strada, la stazione di riempimento, un ritorno agli anni '50 ci tipo Diner. Molto divertimento e cibo è molto buono. Vorrei ricordare che la palestra è molto buona e l'ho usata, ma sembra che la palestra Airton abbia scaricato il refrigerante, quindi non funziona. Mi è stato detto che molte delle camere sono state vendute come condotti, quindi ho trovato l'hotel tranquillo, buone attrazioni per un buon prezzo, ma è stanco. In generale, apprezzo questo hotel a tre stelle alto perché si ottiene qualcosa di più per un prezzo ragionevole, quindi è un negoziato e non è la slum che altri hotel economici spesso sono. Sì, mi fermerò di nuovo.
