Fantastico
La stanza era un po' fredda ma si sono adattati e ci siamo sentiti molto meglio. Servizio eccellente, rispondono velocemente quando ho lasciato il caricabatterie nella stanza. La posizione è fantastica. Il cibo è eccellente. Si prega di notare che l'area colazione prevede un codice di abbigliamento che non consente canottiere

È un po' datato, ma nel complesso è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole per la famiglia, in una posizione comoda e sicura. Anche i servizi, come la palestra, erano ottimi.

I arrived earlier than official check-in time, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. He kindly assisted me in using the fitness center first, allowing me to shower and freshen up after my journey. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference and immediately set a positive tone for my stay.
Throughout my visit, the team was consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure comfort and convenience.
Overall, it was a seamless and pleasant experience, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality.
I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again this week 😊

Mio marito e Pamangkins hanno apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel. Nel complesso, tutto è stato fantastico, niente di che. Il personale è stato molto disponibile, tranne una receptionist nella zona Escolta, che se non ricordo male si chiamava Julia. È stata molto scortese ed è stata l'unica a non aiutarci. Quando l'ho contattata per chiedere aiuto, si è persino allontanata. Immaginate, era il compleanno di mio marito e abbiamo ricevuto quel tipo di trattamento. Voglio dire, non dovremmo dover menzionare che era il suo compleanno solo per essere trattati come ospiti. La nostra esperienza nel complesso è stata eccellente, ma a causa sua, è stata deludente. È stata l'unica che ha influenzato negativamente il nostro soggiorno al Peninsula.

IiYooootFor a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

UUtente ospiteAdvantages if you are a night life person as located in entertainment area, dis-advantages GRAB will drop you at the main road of IM Hotel instead turn in the small street og Oakwood Hotel, Rooms were Great facilities however free drinking water u need to go to Lift area to get it, as no bottle water in room provided, great room is a plus and roof top Bar view as well, 6.30 am went for BF only 5 guest and main dish variety selection were good as u are having Lunch menu however all were cold no one checking and service staff were gathering talking if you stay in other Oakwood property this kind of situation will never happens, Bakery corner very poor selection, I would said FNB no supervision, hope there will be better improvements after reading feedback as to built up Oakwood reputations spent so many years and efforts.

RRobS.I have travelled a fair bit and feel that I have a good handle how things are. This hotel has Best Western as part of the name so I expected a certain level. I could see that the hotel was probably a higher end hotel, the lobby showed high end finishes and this was probably a 200+ room hotel when built. It has suffered a fair bit of age related issues and the room finishes are quite tired. I noticed on floor 9, 3 rooms together had obviously been flooded and not repaired. The smell of damaged materials was quite strong (lower parts of the doors were heavily water damaged and there were towels damming the thresholds).
My room on a different floor was fine but I did have multiple legged friends in my room and the sheets were grey from multiple washings and lastly, the area is the seamy side of Makati (Manila) and is not the best.
Okay, that is the list of cons, now for the pros, price was very reasonable, the staff was good in any interactions I had and if you want the seamy side, the location....is excellent. There are lots of bars nearby and multiple actually quite good restaurants including directly across the street, The Filling Station, a throwback to the 1950s us type Diner. Lots of fun and the food is quite good.
I will mention that the gym is quite good and I did use it. The gym Airton has apparently had the refrigerant leaked off so it doesn't work. I was told a lot of the rooms have been sold as condos so I found the hotel to be quiet, good amenities for a good price but it is tired.
Overall I'm going to rate this a high three star hotel because you kind of get something a little bit more for quite a reasonable price so it is a bargain and is not the slum that other cheap hotels often are. Yes, I would definitely stay again.
