Hotel con palestra a Ulan Bator

Aurora Hotel è un hotel relativamente nuovo a Ulaanbaatar, situato lungo la Avenida Peace, nella parte occidentale della città di UB. È a circa 15 minuti a piedi da un Emart e è anche abbastanza facile prenotare un taxi/cabina utilizzando l'app mobile UBcab per arrivare intorno come visitatori. Aurora Hotel è stato molto consigliato per visite brevi a Ulaanbaatar, nonostante la sua posizione non centrale. Le camere sono grandi, confortevoli e pulite. Il colazione ha una decente varietà e qualità. Il ristorante Khulan sul secondo piano serve anche buona cucina mongolana. Il servizio di colazione è stato servito nella nostra stanza durante il festival del Tsagaan Sar e è stato un generoso servizio. Purtroppo durante la nostra visita, il palestra e la sauna sono stati chiusi e non siamo riusciti a usarli.

Mi piaceva questo hotel perché il personale era così universalmente amichevole e utile, e il ristorante era solo bellissimo. Ho avuto due grandi pasti li'. Buono valore anche per soldi. La mia grande denuncia è che la stanza era troppo calda. Era a 33°C. Il condizionamento dell'aria non funzionava. L'unico consiglio che potevo dare era aperto la finestra. I 3 pollici aperti. Niente funzionava e rende il sonno difficile. Una vergogna come quella mi mette a riposarmi per ottobre quando torno. C'è un'ottima ”Walking Street” all'ospedale con ristoranti e bar, quindi sarò triste di cambiare in un altro hotel.

La posizione era buona per la nostra conferenza, ma non molto buona per la vista/ molto occupata strada verso la Avenida della Pace. Il personale era fantastico.Certamente mi sarei prenotato di nuovo.

We had a pleasant stay overall, the most positive thing is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. However, I have to note a few negatives: I was quite shocked that a 5-star hotel did not have a working AC, it was very hot in the room and very noisy and smelly outside to open the window. The rooms are a bit dated. While breakfast was varied enough, the quality wasn't up to standard compared to other Kempinski hotels I stayed in.

I stayed at Grand Hill Hotel Ulaanbaatar for five nights in November 2025. During my stay, I experienced a serious issue that was handled in a highly unprofessional manner, which significantly affected my trust in the hotel. I had placed a sentimental hoodie in the wardrobe of my room. On the third day, due to very cold weather, I wore other coats when going out. I can confirm, based on all photos taken that day, that the hoodie was not taken out of the room. However, upon returning that evening, the hoodie was missing. At the same time, one of the two hotel bathrobes originally in the wardrobe was also gone. I immediately reported this to the reception. The male staff member on duty initially stated that it was “impossible” for the hotel or housekeeping to have taken any items. Only after repeated requests did he contact the housekeeping staff, who denied taking anything. He promised to review CCTV footage the following day. When I followed up the next day, other reception staff said they had no record or handover of the incident and asked me to wait until the same staff member returned in the evening. Only then was the CCTV reviewed. I was informed that the camera angle did not cover the room entrance, and no further investigation or follow-up was offered. Throughout the process, there was no clear investigation procedure, written response, or proactive assistance. Instead, the communication repeatedly implied that the issue might have been the guest’s responsibility. This approach lacked transparency, accountability, and basic respect for a paying guest. Based on this experience, I strongly advise future guests to take extra care in securing their personal belongings. In the event of missing items, the hotel’s response may be limited to denial and minimal follow-up, which is concerning for any traveler.

L'hotel è molto pulito, ho sentito che è uno dei migliori della città. Ci sono molte scelte di colazione, il personale è stato molto in grado di soddisfare le esigenze e le domande che avevo, la posizione è molto vicino alle negozi di comodità e negozi Gobi e altri. Prendere un taxi non è facile in Mongolia, ma il personale può chiamarla. Anche hanno un buon ristorante chiamato Grill nell'edificio con musica in diretta a notte forse intorno 9/10pm, è stata una grande esperienza in generale.

I had a pleasant stay at the Ramada Hotel overall. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is a major highlight for me, as it’s very convenient. I had to pick up my husband early in the morning from the airport, and it only took about 45 minutes, which worked out perfectly. There is also a lounge on the top floor, which is a nice feature, although it felt a bit old-fashioned. In fact, the hotel overall has an older style and could benefit from some modernization. The room itself was on the smaller side but still comfortable enough for a short stay. One issue I noticed was with the bathroom ventilation. Even though I was on a non-smoking floor, when I turned on the ventilator, cigarette smoke seemed to come through. Once I turned it off, the smell disappeared. Additionally, we stayed two nights, and housekeeping did not come to make up the room, which was a bit disappointing. This is an area the hotel could improve. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, I would still recommend this hotel for its great service and excellent location.

В номере чисто, есть чайник, холодильник. телевизор с различными каналами. Номер не новый, но чистый. В ресторане не питались, рядом с отелем магазин ,где можно купить продукты. Цены невысокие.
