Our stay at this hotel was lovely.The people at the front desk were friendly and warm and really helpful.The lady at the bar was also lovely and friendly.Every staff that we encountered at this hotel was lovely.
The hotel has beautiful ambience and modern decor. The location of this hotel is super convenient as it’s very close to the city Center which by walking is about 6minutes.It is also close to the Manchester Picadilly train/tram station. The hotels location is also convenient to restaurants and a nice place called Spinningfield which is a 20 minute walk.

Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel non hanno trovato la nostra prenotazione e hanno detto che era stata cancellata, hanno ordinato subito, hanno aggiornato la nostra stanza gratuita e hanno avuto la custodia per venire e diviso i letti per noi entro 5 minuti di arrivare nella nostra stanza, per un malinteso.
Abbiamo provato il ristorante per il cibo, e era molto deludente, il pollo era dolce e acquatico, le patate erano in modo sovrasale e la pasta era buona, ma le piante non erano solo deliziose, così deludenti.
Il colazione, però, era una scelta molto grande, e se volessi uova scramblete o qualcosa di speciale, lo fecero per te.

This was such a nice hotel! Highly recommend. We booked for two nights and because the first night had some pipe issues, we had to switch rooms in between the two nights. We did get complimentary breakfasts for the two days though, so that made up for it.
Both rooms were super nice and clean, the hotel has been around for years and you can totally feel and experience the history! But they kept it up-to-date so theres a modern side to it too (such as the washrooms are all newly renovated).
Would really recommend the breakfast as well because not only is the food great, the overall restaurant and bar area is gorgeous. This is also a pet friendly hotel so we got to enjoy seeing some furry friends too!

La stanza è molto pulita con amnesie complete. Molto buona posizione, solo passeggiata verso attrazioni vicine, stazioni di gara e tram. Wifi è buono, letto e camera è confortevole con cucina e microonde. Grande vista, ho quello che guarda la Catedral di Manchester, assolutamente l'amore.
Qualcosa di importante è che alcune stanze richiedono un piccolo volo di scalini, quindi devi portare il bagaglio in alto/sotto. Qualcosa di importante se hai un bagaglio pesante. Ma comunque ho fatto.

Gave me a quiet room and also went the extra mile and wrote down directions of Manchester United stadium (and tram), even though I didn't ask for them.

A nice hotel, very busy due to the snow patrol concert. Had to wait until 5pm for our room to be ready but was offered a complementary drinks voucher while we waited.
Cleanliness in the bathroom shower could have been better only a small window for the size of the room. Rest of the room excellent.
Food was excellent both evening meal and breakfast with a good choice. Staff behind the bar friendly.

Really happy with decision to stay with Wilde. Mostly impressed with the room, which, was spacious & represented great value for money. Snacks/drinks...etc priced quite high, but, understandably so. That said, given the amenities offered in the room, self-catering is the primary option, with purchasing hotel snacks/drinks, viewed as a distant secondary option. Would happily stay with Wilde again

They sold our room and tried to make us rebook and pay again!! We booked 2 x double rooms for 3 nights and paid in full when booked (12th - 15th April). I requested adjacent rooms. Our flight got cancelled so 2 of us were unable to stay the first night. Our daughter travelling from elsewhere and arrived at the hotel the first night, 12th April, checked into one room and told them the situation and confirmed that we would be arriving the next day, 13th April. We arrived, tried to check in and the lady on reception said that our booking was for 12th and this was 13th so we would have to make a new booking and pay again!! I said no, I booked and paid for 2 rooms for 3 nights. She said because we didn't arrive on 12th our booking was cancelled. I said no it was not as our daughter checked in and told them the day before. I insisted I would not be rebooking and asked to speak to a manager. She eventually checked with a manager and said we could have a room. This was 3 floors down from our daughter and not what I'd booked. They had basically resold my room. I was glad to get a room but not impressed with their service. It was atrocious that I had paid £500+ for the booking but due to circumstances outwith my control - the flight being cancelled - they did not keep our room for us. They were informed of the situation and my daughter was staying there as part of the booking.
They are not to be trusted. I wouldn't stay there again.

KKCcccccccccLocation is the best ; just next to the Piccadilly station. Spacious room ; comfy ! Very good ventilation and air conditioned! Quiet room! Unfortunately my room was on the first floor so passes-by could see us through the windows if we didn’t use the curtain.
Some stains were found on towels, in the bed sheets and on the dining table; luggage storage after check out needed a small fee in the storage room on the fifth floor;
In spite of these I will still come again when I need to get back to Manchester :-)

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by warm and professional staff. The service here is top-notch. Every member of the staff was attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They exemplify the essence of great hospitality.
A small yet impactful moment came when we realised we had forgotten our toothpaste. Without hesitation, we called room service, and to our pleasant surprise, before we even got back to our room, the toothpaste was there waiting for us. It's these small details and quick responses that set Hotel Brooklyn apart.
The breakfast at Hotel Brooklyn deserves a special mention. It was nothing short of fantastic. The variety and quality of food offered were impressive. From fresh pastries and cereals to a range of hot food, every item was delicious and well-prepared. It's a perfect start to the day, catering to all tastes and dietary needs.
Our room was a blend of comfort and style. It was well-appointed, clean, and spacious with a cozy and inviting ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day exploring Manchester.

Entrambi i nostri ospiti erano a Midland, dove si ospitavano feste di nozze, e purtroppo questo non ha avuto il miglior sonno, perché c'era regolarmente rumore proveniente da altre stanze, ma quando abbiamo chiamato la ricezione, hanno fatto del loro meglio per aiutarli.
Il personale ha fatto eccezionale scusa al mattino e ha fatto il punto di partenza e di partenza per farlo a noi e ha detto che di solito possono mantenere le parti più grandi nella stessa zona, quindi non succede.
Hotel carino, personale carino, grande posizione!

DDeimanteMy room was meant to be with king size bed but we got 2 single beds joined together, the single beds had wheels on them so they kept rolling away from each other. It would also move around when you’d try to get into bed. Beds were super high as well, and when they are on wheels it’s a bit tricky to get into one of them especially if you’re short and overweight. Tv was not working, super old so had no smart hub, so no Netflix or any other platforms, you can’t even stream your screen view from your phone. Antenna had no reception so you couldn’t even watch any regular tv programs.
Other than that, shower was great and clean, everything else in the room was also clean and the room was pretty spacious which I really liked. Location is great, you have an access to a gym.

KKhairahLa stanza è stata molto confortevole, rendendola una brisa per accedere all'arena. La stanza è stata spaziosa, offrendo spazio per rilassarsi e rilassarsi. Uno dei punti di vista è stato il prezzo ragionevole, che ha reso l'esperienza complessiva ancora più soddisfacente. UUtente ospiteLa mia prima volta al Premier Inn mi ha sorpreso piacevolmente di tutta l'esperienza. Poiché ci sono due hotel sul sito, non ero sicuro di quali fossero io, così il mio conducente Uber doveva aspettare mentre andai all'interno dell'hotel. Ho camminato proprio attraverso il reception desk (facile per mancare il BC così piccolo) e sono andato a kiosk ma non è stato con successo con esso. Il suo impiegato al receptionist di teh venne a chiedere se potesse aiutarmi e mi controllava in un battito cardiaco, permettendomi di licenziare il conducente Uber. Poi lo stesso impiegato non solo mi ha aiutato con il mio bagaglio, ma l'ha presa nell'ascensore per me, e tutto il tempo ha spiegato le strutture dell'hotel. Una volta raggiunto la mia stanza, mi ha continuato a mostrare come funziona la chiave e l'elettricità, eccetera. Ha anche organizzato la mia navetta aeroportuale in mattinata. Mi dispiace non ricordo il suo nome, ma era eccellente nel servizio clienti!!!
La camera era grande e pulita, come la bagno. La TV si è automaticamente aperto e ho avuto un tempo difficile da scoprire come spostarlo - nessuna istruzione o lontano, ecc. Anche se non ho usato i forniture di caffè, il fatto che avessi latte/crema liquido per il caffè è stata una piacevole sorpresa. L’unica mia denuncia era che il letto era troppo morbido e le cuscinetti troppo duri. Avrei potuto usare un cappello e una foglia, ma avrei dovuto riempire il calore per essere confortevole. Non ho usato il ristorante o ordinato nessun servizio in camera.

Location:
The location is definitely one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s super accessible to all forms of transport, whether you’re arriving by train, bus, or tram. It’s right in the city center, so you can easily explore Manchester without much hassle.
Parking:
The parking arrangement is convenient if you’re driving, especially with free parking between 8 pm and 8 am. Outside of those hours, you’ll need to pay, so keep that in mind if you’re staying for longer stretches.
Hotel Condition:
This is where the hotel shows its age. The building is very old, and while it has some charm, it could definitely use an upgrade. You can feel the wear and tear in the common areas and some of the rooms.
Rooms:
The rooms are a mixed bag. The basic rooms are just that—basic. They’re not particularly comfortable, and if you’re picky about where you sleep, you might feel underwhelmed. However, if you go for one of the upgraded rooms, the experience is much better. Those rooms feel cleaner and more inviting.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is a solid deal at just £9. It’s not a luxury spread, but it gets the job done. You’ll find the usual options for a budget-friendly hotel breakfast.
Staff:

UUtente ospiteMy man told me the doors locked yet there wasn’t any batteries to make functional, he also said I looked like a stoner n can happily smoke ****, so I took upon his request and enjoyed my stay to the fullest, was beneficial of the pricing range as the cost was no more then a 3.5 per bedroom
