The hotel is very near the Glasgow cathedral. We can walk to the viewpoint easley in the downtown. The breakfast was very rich and very good. But the hotel recommend 's car park Q parking was very difficult to drive to. If you use Google map, it will lead you to drive in the Bus lane. I drive 3 cycle but failure arrived to the entrance. It was our time to find the carpark. However, I found another carpark nearby, the price even more cheaper, it was only charged £10 for twenty four hours. The Q parking would need £16 a day.

We stayed in an inner sanctum suite to celebrate my husbands birthday. The location was great, close by to everything. The suite had a lovely screen and TV, we went to lunch at six by nico, and then ended up cancelling our dinner reservation to enjoy room service in our suite instead! The only issue we had was that Netflix kept crashing but that's more an issue with the app! All toiletries were from the White Company and robe & slippers are provided in the cupboard. Alongside an umbrella to use during your stay which comes in handy in rainy Manchester!

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It was conveniently located. People at the front desk were nice and it did what it was supposed to do to do as a hotel. The hotel is a little dated especially the carpet in the room. The room was a little stuffy and the carpet had some strange markings. Other than that the hotel provided free tea,milk, sugar you know the basics in the room. Pleasant stay overall

Il bellissimo posto l'hotel era molto pulito. Il colazione era eccellente. Tornerò sicuramente di nuovo I'ho guardato in modo tanto atteso la stanza così spaziosa e l'hotel che sono così benvenuti. Buona vibe.

La stanza era bella e il personale molto amichevole e utile.Grande posizione in molti centri urbani. Il bar aveva un'atmosfera grande e la colazione la mattina era buona. Anche se il sito annunciato parcheggio il parcheggio è effettivamente 5 minuti a piedi e si deve pagare un'ulteriore ma ottenere uno sconto dall'hotel.

The hotel was fine, but the breakfast service was appalling. I need to eat early and get to work, so the 06.30 opening for breakfast is ideal. On day one there was a lot of conversation going on in the kitchen and finally at 06.52 I was asked what I would like to order! I didn't, it was to late to wait for the food to be cooked. Day two was fine. Day three, yet again a lot of chatter in the kitchen but no food materialised. If Premier are going to advertise breakfast at 06.30 on weekdays they should ensure that the staff are also aware of this. I also noticed on my return, they had the temerity to charge me for the breakfasts I didn't eat. I've used Premier Inn for several years, as do my staff but I am now seriously considering changing as standards seem to have plumeted.

The reception staff let us check in slightly early with no bother and we’re super friendly. The room was immaculate and clean and the bed was unbelievably comfy. We asked for a late checkout on the last night and we’re given this complimentary too. Great service!

Questi appartamenti sono fantasticamente situati nel centro della città e si sono sentiti più come una casa lontana da casa piuttosto che stare in un hotel convenzionale. L'appartamento era ben progettato e attrezzato e ben pulito, il personale era fantastico e aveva un servizio di prima qualità e molto amichevole, e camminando attraverso le porte ogni giorno alla squadra mi faceva sentire a casa. Un grido speciale al direttore generale (Rob) per andare oltre e per rendere il mio soggiorno ancora più speciale e conveniente.

Hotel is in a good location and is very clean. We stayed before and enjoyed our stay last time so we thought we’d book again for one night but it wasn’t as good. We booked a double room and got two singles pushed together, we kept falling down the middle so didn’t get a good nights sleep. Spoke to the receptionist in the morning and she apologised but we thought it wasn’t worth going down in the middle of the night just for one night but we shouldn’t of had to anyway. When we arrived the people on reception just ignored us and someone had to come out from the back to serve us. I’ll probably look somewhere else next time.

Pros Great Location Very clean Comfortable bed Cons kitchen utensils missing - 1 spoon, no cereal bowls! No chairs to sit on whilst eating Only two hangers on long rail! The main issue - I booked a month in advance and specifically asked for a high-floor apartment anticipating street noise, I had an early start and was hoping for a good night's sleep. On arrival I was given room 2, probably the worst apartment in the building, on the first floor above the main entrance door meaning, due to street noise and the main door opening and shutting all night long I had very little sleep.
