Hotel con palestra a Monaco di Baviera

L'edificio si trova a circa 400 metri dalla stazione di Siemenswerke, ma il percorso a piedi non è al coperto, quindi bisogna fare attenzione a pioggia e neve. La camera è spaziosa e dotata di lavatrice e utensili da cucina. Il bagno non ha una separazione sufficiente tra zona asciutta e zona umida, quindi non è possibile aprire completamente il soffione della doccia senza che l'acqua fuoriesca nella zona asciutta. Ho soggiornato durante il periodo festivo, quindi il personale non è stato in grado di rispondere alla mia richiesta in uno dei giorni festivi. Il prezzo della camera mi è sembrato ragionevole, considerando che ho prenotato durante il periodo festivo e che include tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno confortevole.

While your hotel facilities are acceptable, the operational failures and hostile staff conduct during my recent stay were entirely unacceptable. My room was located excessively far from the lobby, which amplified a serious safety hazard: the in-room telephone was completely broken. When I discovered the television was also unusable (stating the room was ”not checked in”), housekeeping dismissed me, forcing me to walk all the way to reception just to report your own technical failures. Worse, I experienced an emergency when my phone died without a universal adapter. Instead of helping me during an urgent situation, your staff predatorily refused to assist unless I purchased an overpriced adapter from the hotel. To top it all off, the reception staff were cold and dismissive. Their complete lack of basic courtesy and welcoming demeanor went beyond poor customer service. it felt distinctly like racial bias. A broken room phone is a safety violation, but your staff’s total lack of empathy during an emergency is a failure of management. I expect a formal response regarding how you plan to address these room defects and the deeply problematic behavior of your front desk team. Mein Zimmer lag extrem weit von der Lobby entfernt, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko verschärfte: Das Zimmertelefon war komplett defekt. Als ich feststellte, dass auch der Fernseher nicht funktionierte (Anzeige: „Zimmer nicht eingecheckt“), wurde ich vom Housekeeping abgewiesen. Ich wurde gezwungen, den gesamten Weg zur Rezeption zu laufen, nur um Ihre eigenen technischen Fehler zu melden. Noch schlimmer war, dass ich mich in einer Notsituation befand, als mein Handy-Akku leer war und ich keinen Universaladapter dabei hatte. Anstatt mir in dieser dringenden Lage zu helfen, weigerte sich Ihr Personal, mich zu unterstützen, und drängte mich stattdessen in räuberischer Absicht dazu, einen völlig überteuerten Adapter vom Hotel zu kaufen. Zu allem Überfluss war das Personal an der Rezeption kalt und abweisend. Der völlige Mangel an grundlegender Höflichkeit ging über schlechten Kundenservice hinaus – es fühlte sich eindeutig nach rassistischer Voreingenommenheit an. Ein defektes Zimmertelefon ist ein Sicherheitsverstoß, aber das völlige Fehlen von Empathie Ihres Personals in einer Notsituation ist ein Versagen des Managements. Ich erwarte eine formelle Rückmeldung darüber, wie Sie diese Mängel im Zimmer und das zutiefst problematische Verhalten Ihres Rezeptionsteams beheben wollen.

Super Lage und sehr schönes Design Konzept und verbundenes Story Telling. Super Frühstück und sehr schöne Bar. Eine Übernachtung in einem der 25hours Hotels lohnt sich eigentlich immer. Leider war die Sauberkeit dieses mal nicht ganz so top wie ich es von 25hours gewohnt bin, aber ich bin mir sicher das war eine einmalige Sache und die Rezeption hat sich dessen angenommen :-)

L'hotel è situato in una posizione ideale vicino alla piazza principale, il che è un vantaggio. Sulla via del ritorno in hotel, passerete davanti a una vasta scelta di ristoranti internazionali: vietnamiti, italiani, indiani e persino due ristoranti afghani. E se ne perdete uno, ovviamente, c'è sempre un negozio di kebab! Il vero punto dolente, per me, è stato l'atteggiamento accogliente del personale della reception. Un mix di due: metà sorrideva e metà aveva un'espressione imbronciata. Il mio consiglio è che se sorridere e accogliere gli ospiti non fa per voi, dovreste lasciare un lavoro a contatto con il pubblico. Inoltre, la signora che ci ha fatto il check-in si è rifiutata di aggiungere la vacanza di mio marito al programma fedeltà. La sua motivazione? Dato che la prenotazione è stata effettuata tramite un'agenzia esterna, non si dovrebbero accumulare punti. Va bene, ma in realtà un'altra sua collega si è offerta di aggiungere i dettagli, nel caso in cui avessimo speso qualcosa al bar. Perché non si possono accumulare punti? È lo stesso concetto dei voli... non sono così pignoli sul fatto che tu accumuli miglia. Alla fine, sei sempre la stessa persona. Servizi: la colazione è sontuosa e offre una selezione varia, anche se simile ogni giorno. Tuttavia, la reception qui è molto più cordiale e allegra. La palestra è ben attrezzata. Sono anche molto soddisfatta del servizio di pulizia: effettuano i giri giornalieri e anche la hall viene rinfrescata. Rispetto a un hotel Marriott che usa un robot, qui i bordi della hall sono sporchissimi. Quindi complimenti al team delle pulizie! Sono comunque contenta che mio marito non abbia una sede aziendale in Germania; preferisco di gran lunga fare il check-in in Francia, Polonia, India o Cina. Lì sono molto più accoglienti. L'atteggiamento mi ha semplicemente infastidito, non dovrebbe essere una caratteristica dei tedeschi, visto che abbiamo cenato in un ristorante tedesco nella piazza principale, e lì sono gentili.

Era vicino alla stazione e nelle vicinanze c'era un supermercato. È un hotel elegante.

Le squadre dell'hotel sono molto gentili e pronte a rispondere alle vostre richieste. Il cibo è perfetto e delizioso. L'hotel è nuovo e pulito. La posizione è a pochi passi dal centro di Monaco, ma è molto conveniente per viaggiare. Inoltre, zona molto pulita e sicura. L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria 1-2 min.

Molto soddisfatto di questa camera. La posizione è ottima, facile da raggiungere qualsiasi luogo. Nelle vicinanze c'è un centro commerciale per lo shopping. Vicino al Parco Olimpico e al museo BMW.

Overall the hotel was great, a little out of the main city centre, but a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, with about a 20-minute train ride to the city centre.
