Hotel con palestra a Zhoushan

Confrontare il cielo del tifone, è davvero triste, e il monte di Qijiang sembra aver mangiato una ciambella di pin.Fortunatamente ho prenotato un buon hotel intercontinentale VOCO, incontrato un lock e ci aiuta a risolvere il problema in modo attivo.L'hotel è nuovo e pulito, possiamo andare al lago e ascoltare la pioggia. Il ristorante di fuoco al 18esimo piano ha l'opportunità di tornare a prendere il lembo della montagna, mangiare frutta di mare, o scegliere il VOCO intercontinentale.

Absolutely incredible stay! The best we’ve had in China. The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. They formed a WeChat group to help us to communicate, order food, to if we had any questions. The food is absolutely top quality, huge portions and delicious,highly recommend having lunch or dinner here at least once (make sure to place your order 1 day in advance). Good breakfast, even though few European style options. The swimming pool is very clean and absolutely huge with amazing views over the sea and town. Room is very clean, service is good, ver Yu good quality shower gel and shampoo, and anything we needed was brought to us very quickly. The location is the best on the island - a little remote but along the most beautiful stretch of road. You can rent an e-bike right in the car park and the national parks are very close (10 minutes away). Very peaceful stay, felt very at home there. Our favourite feature was the amount to plants in the hotel - smell amazing and make it feel very welcoming. There is also access to a small beach - like your own private entrance to the sea.

Service by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

Esperienza assolutamente inaccettabile. Questa è stata una delle esperienze alberghiere più deludenti che abbia mai avuto. Non ci è mai stato detto che l'aria condizionata sarebbe stata spenta durante la notte. A causa di questa decisione, due membri della mia famiglia hanno avuto un caldo eccessivo e sono diventati rossi in viso, e alla fine tutti nella stanza hanno sviluppato la febbre. Quando siamo andati al bancone per chiedere aiuto, ci è stato detto che l'hotel spegne l'aria condizionata perché ”la maggior parte dei clienti preferisce un ambiente più fresco”. Questa scusa è completamente inaccettabile. Se alcuni ospiti desiderano temperature più calde, possono regolarle autonomamente. Spegnere l'aria condizionata per tutti gli ospiti è irresponsabile. Invece di risolvere il problema, il personale ha dato la colpa a tutti, ha evitato di assumersi le proprie responsabilità e alla fine ci ha offerto un ventilatore come ”soluzione”, dopo che avevamo già pagato il prezzo intero per una camera che avrebbe dovuto essere adeguatamente rinfrescata. Solo quando ho finalmente alzato la voce e ho chiesto di parlare con il direttore, hanno deciso di riaccendere l'aria condizionata. Che senso ha soggiornare qui se gli ospiti devono lottare solo per avere l'aria condizionata normale, che tipo di hotel è questo? Tutta questa esperienza ha rovinato completamente il mio viaggio. Il servizio alla reception è stato altrettanto deludente. Sono stati scortesi, insensibili e sprezzanti. Ci hanno ignorato mentre chiacchieravamo tra loro e hanno risposto solo quando ho alzato la voce. Questo comportamento è ben al di sotto degli standard professionali. Ho soggiornato in molti hotel e non ho mai ricevuto un servizio così poco professionale e irresponsabile. Non consiglio questo hotel.

Recentemente, ho soggiornato all'hotel di Jiangshan Westin. L'esperienza complessiva è molto buona. Grazie in particolare per il servizio entusiasta di Eden del personale della reception! Più impressionante è che quando ho saputo che siamo venuti per celebrare il compleanno, Eden ha coordinato la struttura delle camere degli ospiti in modo speciale e ha inviato una piccola sorpresa calda, che ha riempito il senso della cerimonia. Hotel. Hotel itself is very good. It is a part of a complex, occupying a whole mountain side. This exact hotel is located at the very top, which might be as plus for someone as tiring for others. The territory is green, has playground, pool, recreation areas, and a small shop at the foot. Inside there is a gym and small coffee shop/store. The room was clean, relatively new, had comfortable beds, sofa, spacious closet, tea table, tv, cloths drying rack. Kitchen has kettle, couple of glasses, sink. Location. It is located near a beach (need tickets) and small neighbourhood where you can find a lot of seafood restaurants. 10 minutes ride away there is another beach with a lot of villas and cafes. Staff. The front desk guy was EXTREMELY NICE, he solved our EVERY problem. Gave us umbrellas when it was rainy. And even after checking out, I had problems with borrowed powerbank, and he helped to solve it when I was back home already. Some recommendations: coffee/lunch/bear + nice owner 岛主咖啡(东荷嘉园店). Drinks/food/ souvenir store 冷库1985酒馆 (be careful some stuff can be easily bought online for half the price).

Lovely location, we stayed in a room with a Seaview. The view from the balcony was truly beautiful, we ate at the Westin (they offer a breakfast and dinner buffet), they also have a vegetarian restaurant behind the main restaurant area. Definitely recommend this option for meals, the quality is great and the buffet is from 530pm - 9pm. Access buffet tickets through scanning the code, don’t let people trick you into buying tickets at higher prices, ask for the QR code/ mini program to buy meal vouchers. We were tricked into buying meal vouchers through the hotel as we arrived for a slightly higher price. Then soon learnt that you can buy them for cheaper on their mini program! Beach access - locals need to show ID and pay 10rmb. Although we had mostly cloudy days, the environment is very comfortable and the food from the Westin was delicious.
