Hotel con palestra a Hefei

Hefei is an outstanding and progressive city. The Langham hotel is acing, it feels like a luxury ecosystem and it is. We enjoyed the Langham in an extraordinary manner.

L'hotel superava tutte le mie aspettative. Dalla mia arrivo, il personale mi salutava caldamente e mi fece sentire benvenuto. Il lobby era elegante e bellamente decorato, creando un'atmosfera rilassante. La mia camera era spaziosa, senza spot e dotata di moderne strutture. Il letto era incredibilmente comodo, garantendo un sonno perfetto della notte. Mi piaceva soprattutto la vista stupenda dalla finestra. La colazione ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni deliziose, tutte freschi preparate. La posizione era conveniente, vicino alle principali attrazioni e al trasporto. Tutti i dettagli sono stati attentamente considerati, rendendo il mio soggiorno davvero piacevole. Raccomando questo hotel a tutti.

Negative: - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation - response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow - you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there - in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor - waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water. - hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step Positive: - got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell - breakfast is great - elevators are arriving fast - view is great Have not tried the pool or gym.

This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

在來合肥出差的前一天，我已感到身體不適，卻因工作無法推脱，衹能強撐着出發。抵達後第二天，在酒店裡果然發起高燒，整個人虛弱無力，連起身都困難。我勉強撥通前台電話求助，不一會兒，一位年輕的小夥子便送來體温計和退燒貼，走前還囑咐：“您隨時電話撥“0”，前台24小時都在。” 到了後半夜，體温越來越高，渾身發冷，意識也漸漸模糊。猶豫之下，還是再次撥通了電話。那時已近凌晨六點，天還沒亮。沒想到他毫不猶豫地説：“您這樣不行，稍等下，我陪您去醫院吧。” 聲音裏沒有一絲不耐煩。 在醫院裏，他跑前跑後地幫忙掛號、取葯，我虛弱地靠在椅子上，看着他忙碌的身影，心裏湧起一陣歉疚。閑聊中才知道，他本該早上八點就下夜班的。可直到我掛完水、症狀緩解，他又一路細心護送我回到酒店，安頓好才默默離開。 病中漂泊異鄉，本是最無助的時刻。而這位前台小夥子，不僅做好了分內之事，更用真誠的關懷超出了所有期待。深深感謝他，也感謝這家酒店擁有如此温暖盡責的員工。這份雪中送炭的温暖，我會一直記得。

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a visitare mio padre, che vive vicino all'università, e abbiamo amato assolutamente l'hotel. La camera è spaziosa e dispone di un divano con legno pulito, un salvatore di vita, dal momento che il nostro bambino ha il talento di fare un cazzo.Il letto è molto comodo, anche se le mutandine non erano del tutto del mio gusto. La doccia è fantastica e incredibilmente rilassante, ma abbiamo anche un colpo fuori dai controlli intelligenti, essere in grado di chiudere le tende e di spegnere le luci con un solo pulsante è un vero divertimento. Il colazione è un ottimo prezzo, offreno noodles freschi, noodles e dumplings, e la macchina del caffè e bevande fresche di frutta sono un vero e proprio accento. Vi è un negozio di comodità che offre un latte di latte di cacao o una bevanda di mango sago, e vi sono anche molti venditori di cibo stradale, sia nelle mattine che nelle sere. La nostra unica proposta sarebbe aggiungere qualche altro gancio nella stanza per appendere le tovaglie, e questa è davvero la nostra unica denuncia. In generale, abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno e saremmo tornati assolutamente.

Wow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

This trip to Hefei was a little special for me. Although I was traveling with my mother in her 50s, I also wanted to spend time with my boyfriend who lives in China, so I ended up booking two separate rooms at the same hotel. At first, I hesitated, but it turned out to be a great decision. By reserving two rooms in the same hotel, my mother could rest comfortably in her own space, and I was able to spend time with my boyfriend according to our schedule without making anyone feel uncomfortable. What I appreciated most was being able to respect and balance both relationships — family and partner. The hotel staff handled the check-in process and room assignments smoothly, and both rooms were clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Having two rooms in the same hotel also made it very convenient to move around and go back and forth as needed. For anyone traveling with family while also needing some personal time, this arrangement can definitely be a thoughtful and practical option. There seem to be slightly more international visitors than Korean tourists in Hefei, so I decided to write this review in English.

For any hotel location is the key, and although this is located right by the amusement park and water park and chao lake. It doesn’t have good directions or take good care of the walkways to allow people to walk unhindered. A shuttle bus to local spots should be provided. Breakfast which they provided had a ton of options but all of them subpar. If they had only a few things but made well and delicious it would be much better. The air conditioner was the worst. It pushed out humid air and rarely cool enough to drop the room temperature. All over the hotel they have ads for their restaurant but when we asked about it, it was closed. If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare. Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months. There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.

Excellent experience overall. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, professional service, and a convenient location. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Highly recommended.
