UUtente ospiteThe facilities and location are top notch. We were within 10 minutes of everything. The breakfast buffet was great. It could benefit from more fresh fruit options. The lobby lounge tea is fantastic. We spent every morning overlooking the garden sipping fantastic tea from all over China. The laundry service was timely and well packaged although a little pricey. Overall, the only place to stay in Hefei.

UUtente ospiteNegative: - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation - response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow - you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there - in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor - waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water. - hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step Positive: - got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell - breakfast is great - elevators are arriving fast - view is great Have not tried the pool or gym.

UUtente ospiteThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

MM415138****在來合肥出差的前一天，我已感到身體不適，卻因工作無法推脱，衹能強撐着出發。抵達後第二天，在酒店裡果然發起高燒，整個人虛弱無力，連起身都困難。我勉強撥通前台電話求助，不一會兒，一位年輕的小夥子便送來體温計和退燒貼，走前還囑咐：“您隨時電話撥“0”，前台24小時都在。” 到了後半夜，體温越來越高，渾身發冷，意識也漸漸模糊。猶豫之下，還是再次撥通了電話。那時已近凌晨六點，天還沒亮。沒想到他毫不猶豫地説：“您這樣不行，稍等下，我陪您去醫院吧。” 聲音裏沒有一絲不耐煩。 在醫院裏，他跑前跑後地幫忙掛號、取葯，我虛弱地靠在椅子上，看着他忙碌的身影，心裏湧起一陣歉疚。閑聊中才知道，他本該早上八點就下夜班的。可直到我掛完水、症狀緩解，他又一路細心護送我回到酒店，安頓好才默默離開。 病中漂泊異鄉，本是最無助的時刻。而這位前台小夥子，不僅做好了分內之事，更用真誠的關懷超出了所有期待。深深感謝他，也感謝這家酒店擁有如此温暖盡責的員工。這份雪中送炭的温暖，我會一直記得。

Although I was traveling with my mother in her 50s, I also wanted to spend time with my boyfriend who lives in China, so I ended up booking two separate rooms at the same hotel. At first, I hesitated, but it turned out to be a great decision. By reserving two rooms in the same hotel, my mother could rest comfortably in her own space, and I was able to spend time with my boyfriend according to our schedule without making anyone feel uncomfortable. What I appreciated most was being able to respect and balance both relationships — family and partner. The hotel staff handled the check-in process and room assignments smoothly, and both rooms were clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Having two rooms in the same hotel also made it very convenient to move around and go back and forth as needed. For anyone traveling with family while also needing some personal time, this arrangement can definitely be a thoughtful and practical option. There seem to be slightly more international visitors than Korean tourists in Hefei, so I decided to write this review in English.

EEleonora Del BianchiThis was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything is of good quality. Their communication is exceptional! Everyone is super friendly, the breakfast lady is so cute and helpful! The food is delicious and varied and with a panoramic window! In the room, everytime I would lay down on the mattress and the pillows a choir of angels would sing in harmony with happiness 😍 so fluffy! So comfortable. Seriously one of the comfyest beds I've ever slept. I thought it was going to be far from swan lake and the pedestrian street, but there's another pedestrian street right outside the door with really yummy food! And the park nearby is even more beautiful! There's a hill to see the sunset! I completely recommend it. It's not close from a metro station so in terms of transportation it lacks a bit. But still completely worth the extra Didi for that room! :) note that when I arrived they put me in a room that was VERY noisy. There was a construction right outside the window. But then I complained and they exchanged me for my silent retreat of cozy sleep.

UUtente ospiteWow! Naturalmente, il personale era estremamente amichevole e utile - anche se mi dimenticavo il mio passaporto a casa, hanno ancora risolto il problema. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite, tempeste e bellissime con letti comodi. Ci sono sempre bevande d'acqua e bevande fredde nella stanza gratuita, e la vista è spettacolare con la montagna e il lago da vedere da diversi angoli. Purtroppo la piscina aveva acqua, ma non potevamo nuotare perché dissero che era fuori stagione e non è stato pulito di recente. Vorrei che permettessero tutto la stagione di nuotare. Il cibo era assolutamente delizioso e le porzioni erano grandi. Anche loro erano molto accoglienti con latte/cappucino gratuito. Per coloro che desiderano prendere, purtroppo non può essere consegnato - l'hotel è troppo lontano dalla città per le consegne. Tuttavia, c'è un piccolo negozio di camion vicino all'hotel. La zona circostante l'hotel è fantastica; la natura è fantastica, l'ingresso al picco della montagna è anche molto vicino con un parco divertente e tutti i tipi di attività. I miei consigli sono di andare in autunno, perché molti posti erano piuttosto tranquilli e non così spettacolari come si aspettavano, perché solo in autunno è davvero fiorito. Ci sono molte cose da vedere e fare, ma queste cose non sono a piedi da l'hotel. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema trovare il taxi (forse perché era durante la vacanza di giardino) e il personale ci ha aiutato anche a questo proposito. La città circa 30-40 minuti di auto dall'hotel aveva così tante attrazioni e ristoranti meravigliosi. Si può anche vivere la vita reale del villaggio. Tutto e tutto ciò che posso certamente raccomandare una visita e, se possibile, io andrò di nuovo! L'intera zona è certamente una delle gioielli di Hefei.

YYuhan馬桶，和天花板有不知名濺射狀斑點，有點噁心，給到拉 臨近巢湖風景很好，環境給到夯 入住送一袋水果，雖然看上去有點爛了，另外晚上十一點找前台要礦泉水，前台親自送上來，綜上服務可以給到人上人 至於硬件，就比較拉了，衣櫃裡衣架一半是爛的，房門隔音比較差，洗髮水洗完很毛躁容易炸毛，吹風機風速很慢，電視有點小，陽台比較臟，最無語的是兩個機器人搶電梯浪費我好久，這太抽象了，不過也有優點停車場位置比較多，掃碼可以免費停車 綜上，脱離價格的評價是沒有意義的，比你好海友還實惠的情況下很多缺點都不是缺點了，雖然這家好像不是華住的
