Hotel con balcone a Hefei

Servizio meraviglioso e cordiale! Il Crystal Orange non delude mai, ma il servizio impeccabile dell'hotel di Hefei è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Il personale era sempre sorridente, molto rispettoso e ci ha anche aiutato con i bagagli. I prodotti da bagno in camera erano numerosi e di buona qualità. Mancava solo uno specchio a figura intera e qualche gancio per appendere gli asciugamani, ma per il resto era perfetto. La colazione era buona e il cibo veniva consegnato direttamente in camera tramite un robot. Ora alloggio in un altro hotel vicino, di una catena internazionale, e posso affermare che il Crystal Orange Hefei lo supera di gran lunga in termini di qualità, servizio e classe generale. Complimenti allo staff del Crystal Orange Hefei.

Ho soggiornato recentemente in questo bel hotel, è stata la mia prima volta a Hefei, e anche se sono un straniero che non parla cinese non c'è stato alcun problema grazie al personale sorprendente. Sono stati molto pazienti quando usavano app di traduzione per comunicare con e si sono davvero occupati di me. Mi hanno aiutato con molte questioni personali e mi hanno mostrato il modo intorno alla città. Mi sono sentito molto benvenuto e sicuro con loro. Mi hanno anche portato all'aeroporto per ottenere il mio bagaglio perso. Vorrei citare soprattutto ho, uno dei ricevitori, che mi ha assicurato che non mi avessi lasciato il cibo e che mi sono confortata e che era molto gentile con me, mi sentivo molto a posto. E non importa quante richieste personali ho fatto, non ha mai esitato a offrire aiuto e a risolvere tutti i miei problemi. Ho avuto una fantastica esperienza all'Atour Hotel, è molto pulito, molto confortevole e l'atmosfera è molto amichevole e accogliente. In futuro tornerò certamente lì. Se qualcuno sta pensando dove stare a Hefei, questo è il posto perfetto. Non si sentirà mai malato! Mi sentivo a casa in questo incredibile hotel!

Wow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

根據酒店名稱發音，推測應該是德國酒店品牌。部分骨幹員工服務印象深了。中餐廳負責人熱情專業，在我們等菜間隙指引帶路，趕在落日前欣賞了園區景色。 但年輕的服務人員專業性會弱一些。提前幾個小時電話溝通，表示需要幾間房儘量在一起。工作人員電話中告知為了滿足房間靠近，建議我們全部定園景房。定好到店以後，又臨時告知選定房型不好安排靠近，將我們預訂好的兩個大床房一個雙床房，擅自改成了三個雙床房，衹不過樓層更高。因床型完全不合適，遂拒絕。 好在大堂負責人經驗豐富，態度很好，提供備選方案。最終安排在高層朝外位置，雖然巢湖也是一丁點看不見，而且還靠近一條路，但3間房能夠挨在一起了。 建議攜程頁面上的房型名稱，以及窗外實景更新精準，湖景是指園區內湖還是巢湖也備註清楚，同時加強年輕員工培訓，避免預訂訊息錯位，導致沒住到最佳位置，本身我們對價格不敏感，貴點也無所謂，衹想住得舒心和靠近一點，不知道為什麼老是推薦邊邊角角的房源。 酒店整體空間尺度和佈局還是蠻喜歡的，也有水果和小點心贈送。早餐在第一波享用，舒適度也很不錯。

適合一家人出來旅遊 入住方便 周圍吃的很多 樓下超市水果店 最重要的是有免費停車位 全程無接觸適合i人 哈哈哈

總體還可以，房間設施不太新，泳池沒開放，總體上環境比較好，早餐也可以，停車比較方便，周邊吃飯買東西的地方不多，餐廳價格還可以，週末會貴一點，空調不錯，服務人員態度友善，服務周到，小魏服務滿意，門口迎賓大叔服務很好。

For any hotel location is the key, and although this is located right by the amusement park and water park and chao lake. It doesn’t have good directions or take good care of the walkways to allow people to walk unhindered. A shuttle bus to local spots should be provided. Breakfast which they provided had a ton of options but all of them subpar. If they had only a few things but made well and delicious it would be much better. The air conditioner was the worst. It pushed out humid air and rarely cool enough to drop the room temperature. All over the hotel they have ads for their restaurant but when we asked about it, it was closed. If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare. Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months. There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.

We joined this beautiful location the first time based on recommendation from colleagues. It is very clean and peaceful area in the middle of zhipengshan mountain . The facility is clean , the food is great and fresh made. For people who are biking enthusiasts I just can recommend to bring your bikes and cycle around

I recently stayed at this brand new hotel, and it was fantastic! The service was excellent, with attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The surroundings are breathtaking—just an hour from Hefei, this tranquil oasis is perfect for disconnecting and immersing oneself in nature. Families will love the variety of activities available, including a playground, water features, and scenic walking and biking paths. The only suggestion I have is to swap out the noisy gasoline karts for more eco-friendly options to enhance the peaceful ambiance. Overall, this hotel is a hidden gem that I highly recommend for a refreshing getaway! Can’t wait to return!
