Hotel 4 stelle a Hefei

This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

在來合肥出差的前一天，我已感到身體不適，卻因工作無法推脱，衹能強撐着出發。抵達後第二天，在酒店裡果然發起高燒，整個人虛弱無力，連起身都困難。我勉強撥通前台電話求助，不一會兒，一位年輕的小夥子便送來體温計和退燒貼，走前還囑咐：“您隨時電話撥“0”，前台24小時都在。” 到了後半夜，體温越來越高，渾身發冷，意識也漸漸模糊。猶豫之下，還是再次撥通了電話。那時已近凌晨六點，天還沒亮。沒想到他毫不猶豫地説：“您這樣不行，稍等下，我陪您去醫院吧。” 聲音裏沒有一絲不耐煩。 在醫院裏，他跑前跑後地幫忙掛號、取葯，我虛弱地靠在椅子上，看着他忙碌的身影，心裏湧起一陣歉疚。閑聊中才知道，他本該早上八點就下夜班的。可直到我掛完水、症狀緩解，他又一路細心護送我回到酒店，安頓好才默默離開。 病中漂泊異鄉，本是最無助的時刻。而這位前台小夥子，不僅做好了分內之事，更用真誠的關懷超出了所有期待。深深感謝他，也感謝這家酒店擁有如此温暖盡責的員工。這份雪中送炭的温暖，我會一直記得。

Ho avuto un soggiorno eccezionale in questo hotel del resort. La proprietà si trova in una bella zona del resort e supera davvero le mie aspettative in ogni aspetto. L'hotel è stato impeccabilmente pulito, con strutture molto di alta qualità che riflettono eccellente gestione e attenzione ai dettagli. Il servizio era eccellente. Tutti i membri del personale erano estremamente amichevoli, professionali e attenti, rendendo l'intera soggiorno comodo e accogliente. In quanto ospite straniero, mi ha colpito soprattutto il modo in cui si trovava l'hotel. Il cuoco ha ascoltato le nostre preferenze e ha preparato speciali pasti per le nostre esigenze, un livello di cura e flessibilità raro e apprezzato. In generale, l'esperienza è stata davvero memorabile. La combinazione di pulizia, servizi premium e servizio caldo e personalizzato ha reso eccellente questa permanenza. Raccomando fortemente questo hotel a chiunque visita la città di Lujiang e sarei felice di tornare in futuro.

Review: I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. Last year, the staff were excellent, but this year, I encountered issues. After staying for a few nights, I realized I had misplaced my bag. I approached the receptionist, a woman who had been working that night, to inquire if she had found anything on the chair or if I had left something behind. Instead of assisting me, she shouted in my face, repeatedly saying, “No, no, no, before I start talking to send her my problem.” This response was both unhelpful and unprofessional. Effective communication and assistance are crucial in hospitality, especially when guests are seeking help with lost items. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual staff member but also on the hotel’s reputation as a whole. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future guests receive the courteous and helpful service they deserve.

這次入住體驗遠超預期，必須好好誇一誇這家酒店。前台在四樓辦理入住時，前台工作人員服務熱情有禮貌，辦理手續速度很快，還貼心告知周邊吃飯、出行的路線，細節滿滿。 走進客房第一眼就很舒心，全屋打掃得乾乾淨淨，地面、桌面沒有灰塵，床品蓬鬆柔軟，被褥乾爽沒有異味，衞浴乾濕分離，洗漱用品齊全，熱水出水穩定，水壓剛剛好。早餐是和希爾頓一起的自助式早餐，菜品豐富，味道很贊。 酒店公共區域整潔雅緻，樓道乾淨無異味。周邊地理位置優越，出門就是餐飲店和商超，打車、步行出行都很便捷。整體設施保養到位，空調、燈具等設備運轉正常。性價比在同價位酒店裡算得上佼佼者，不管是短途出差還是休閑遊玩都很合適，後續再來本地住宿，依舊優先選擇這裏，真心推薦給準備入住的朋友。

For any hotel location is the key, and although this is located right by the amusement park and water park and chao lake. It doesn’t have good directions or take good care of the walkways to allow people to walk unhindered. A shuttle bus to local spots should be provided. Breakfast which they provided had a ton of options but all of them subpar. If they had only a few things but made well and delicious it would be much better. The air conditioner was the worst. It pushed out humid air and rarely cool enough to drop the room temperature. All over the hotel they have ads for their restaurant but when we asked about it, it was closed. If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare. Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months. There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, especially with shopping areas nearby, making it easy to buy what we needed and explore around. The towels provided were a bit worn out, but they were clean and fresh, which we appreciated. The food was okay—simple and satisfying enough for a comfortable stay. We also noticed that the staff politely reminded guests not to wear slippers in the dining hall for safety purposes, which shows they care about everyone’s well-being. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable experience, and we enjoyed our stay.

來合肥會首選的酒店，距離南站，客户公司都不遠 唯一的問題是塞卡片的情況依然有，電梯不用刷卡，誰都可以上來，這塊如果管控更好一些就更好了 早餐豐富，還送了午餐，雖然沒吃到，但是這個營銷還是可以的

We joined this beautiful location the first time based on recommendation from colleagues. It is very clean and peaceful area in the middle of zhipengshan mountain . The facility is clean , the food is great and fresh made. For people who are biking enthusiasts I just can recommend to bring your bikes and cycle around
