已經是第二次來了，總體來説還是滿意的，這次住的房型還是竹林居，備品和第一次入住時有些許不同，可能還在磨合，但整體品質還是在線的。餐廳李經理非常熱情，一眼就認出之前來過一次，用餐也給予了很多關照，看到小朋友碰傷了臉還特別拿了一袋冰塊用於冰敷，特別感謝！臨走下午茶時遇到了酒店負責人，從聊天中能感覺到還是很用心在打磨酒店的各種細節和服務。下次打算去冬天的時候再來一次。

Our stay during our wedding anniversary was truly unforgettable, thanks to the incredible service provided by the manager, Sun Xue Fei, and the entire hotel team. From the very beginning, Sun Xue Fei went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and special experience. They even added me on WeChat to help with communication, offering translation services to make everything seamless. The room was beautifully decorated to celebrate our 3rd anniversary, with thoughtful touches that made us feel incredibly special. We were especially grateful for their quick response to our last-minute request for a cot for our 2-year-old son. Originally, we hadn’t planned for him to join us, but since we couldn’t find a nanny, the hotel accommodated us wonderfully with the cot, making the stay even more comfortable. We are so thankful for their personalized service and for making our anniversary so memorable. Emerald Lake Hotel truly exemplifies hospitality at its finest. I chose this hotel because of its room size. Got upgraded to a suite. Large room with technology and all amenities. The hotel provides 6 complimentary bottles of water for guest, the most I have ever seen. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast area is large with multiple food stations and good variety of dishes. The hotel is next to the #5 Metro station BaiShuiBa - convenient to go to Hefei railway stations and city attractions. The hotel is new and the construction is still going on to build the indoor pool and gym. It does not have a bar - maybe there are bars in the two restaurants inside the hotel. Look forward to stay here again. Hopefully all construction will be done by then.

The outdoor pool was empty- no water . These facilities were not available and closed: night club, fitness center, . They had bikes to ride, the breakfast was good. Room service/ dinner had limited choices. On trip.com it staid that the pool would be open, so we packed swimsuit and swimcaps but their pool had no water in it. Near the hotel ther are trails to walk around, some people swim in chaohu lake and some people go fishing there. There are some nice cave tours nearby. except the cave tours , there is not a lot to do near the hotel. The area seems like it is abandoned and few restaurants or places near it. It is good area to go for walks along the lake or cave tours nearby... The hotel is big and has a lot to look arond and free bikes to ride around.
