Overall very good stay. Top-quality amenities and excellent front-desk service. The breakfast buffet was the only disappointment — congee, soy milk and hot dishes were barely warm (close to room temperature) despite being on heat stoves. When I mentioned it to the kitchen manager, the initial response was “it’s clearly not cold,” which felt like denying the issue. The next day, front desk staff proactively explained that some warming stations were broken and couldn’t be fixed during Chinese New Year, and they kindly gave me a small amenity gift as apology. If the kitchen staff had openly acknowledged the temperature problem from the start instead of denying it, I would have fully forgiven it. Will happily stay here again. 总体非常满意，下次还会入住。 酒店设施高端，前台服务优秀。 唯一不足是早餐自助：豆浆、粥和几样热菜虽然放在保温台上，但基本不热，最多接近室温，很明显保温失效。 我当时反馈后，厨房工作人员第一反应是“分明不凉”，有点否认问题。 第二天前台主动跟我解释，说春节期间部分保温炉坏了，没能及时修好，还送了我一套小份洗漱用品作为歉意。 如果厨房一开始就坦诚承认食物没保温，而不是否认，这件事我早就完全谅解了。 综合体验很好，推荐，会再来住。

Great value for money in terms of what one gets vs what we've paid for -- trendy design hotel, nice, spacious room, there's even a fridge (usually for this price it's not provided), nice lobby, adequate size breakfast area with nice ambience, good service all round. Good design and layout in room with comfortable beds, adequate powerpoints and charging points. I like that the basin area has a huge top so I could put all my toiletries (I've got a lot) Thoughtful little stuff that I like : torchlight-like light by the beside and mugs with rubber base to insulate the heat. The toiletries in the bathroom smell really good too! Breakfast has good variety -- different types of porridge, some steam dumplings, sweet potatoes and corn, etc, rice, different dishes, there's a noodle station where you could customise your noodles to a certain extent, eggs, there's also bread and some sandwiches (ready-made and can DIY too), fruits, milk, juices, coffee, soya bean milk. I feel that the options available is not bad for a hotel of such a level. Actually my booking didn't include breakfast but was advised by the staff (when I check-in) to join the hotel's membership for RMB$99 so that I can get free breakfast. Hotel lobby also serves water and orange juice - another nice touch. Hotel staff's service was very good all round. Offered to help send my luggage up when they saw I had lots of luggage and was alone (some hotels at this level wouldn't volunteer to do so). Was able to answer most of my questions re nearby malls, where to get stuff like fruits, milk, nearby attraction. House-keeping staff was good too. A big thank you to the 2 reception staff that was on night shift on 6 Apr who had helped me out re a delivery mistake made by ******* platform. They even had to look at the CCTV of the hotel to find out what really happened and it took a long while. They were very nice and patient throughout the whole drama. They also helped me speak to the customer service of ******* to try to resolve the problem. When the problem still could not be resolved that night and I was without what I required urgently like the charging cable for my phone, they staff lent me the hotel's. They also gave me a small fruit pack and a pack of milk and bread (complimentary) as I needed it the following morning to bring outdoors for the day. In addition, they had briefed their colleagues on the next shift re my case so that they're aware and could help me should I require more help. Excellent service! Re location, it's a little far off though but it's really near to Beijing Garden Expo Park (北京园博园) and the accompanying Garden Museum (园博园博物馆) . It's a really nice park that's really huge -- that is made up of little models of different style of parks (from Jiangnan to Lingnan to Beijing) It has pavilions, water features and other Chinese architecture and landscaping that usually adorn such traditional parks. Great for photoshoot. Best of all, there're very few people there! There's a small little mall about 700-800m away from the hotel, that has mainly food there with many different types of value for money eateries, coffee, a supermarket and some other shops for daily necessities that local residents need. For a real mall, head to one call 长安天街, that's about 5km away - you can get there quite easily within 10-15mins by Didi (the online platform where you could get a cab I really enjoyed staying here cost it's almost like a resort - a little remote but so quiet and spacious and there's no crowd at all -- very relaxing! I would really want to come back here especially when i want to be in a place where I can feel really relaxed without breaking the bank.

Senza giri di parole, pro e contro. Le strutture sono nuove e l'ambiente generale è buono. Il bagno non emana cattivi odori, ma la camera B706 in cui abbiamo alloggiato è da evitare. Al mattino presto, probabilmente all'alba, si sentivano frequenti rumori strani, un ticchettio ogni circa 5 minuti, forte e secco, come se qualcosa si stesse rompendo o spaccando. Era impossibile dormire. Suppongo fosse dovuto alla dilatazione e contrazione termica del muro esterno. L'ho fatto presente anche quando il servizio clienti ha richiamato. Le persone timide o con problemi di sonno dovrebbero evitarla. La varietà della colazione potrebbe essere migliorata ulteriormente. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni e ogni giorno cambiavano alcune pietanze, il che è un buon punto. La lobby dovrebbe migliorare l'orientamento. Arrivati sotto l'hotel, non sapevamo come raggiungere la reception. Dopo un po', un addetto ci ha detto che dovevamo fare il check-in all'ottavo piano. Mi chiedo perché non ci fosse un cartello evidente nella lobby al piano terra. È vicino agli Universal Studios, circa 6 minuti in taxi. A piedi ci vorrebbero probabilmente più di 20 minuti. Al terzo piano c'è un passaggio che porta al centro commerciale, il che è ottimo per mangiare, bere e fare shopping. Nel complesso, l'atteggiamento del personale è molto buono.

La mia esperienza al CitiGO Hotel Beijing Sanyuanqiao ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative! Innanzitutto, devo lodare la sua posizione fantastica: è adiacente alla Linea 10 della metropolitana e all'Airport Express, a soli due o tre minuti a piedi dall'uscita D della stazione della metropolitana di Sanyuanqiao. Questo rende incredibilmente comodo raggiungere sia l'Aeroporto Internazionale di Pechino-Capitale sia i quartieri commerciali principali come Guomao e Sanlitun. Il design moderno e giocoso dell'hotel è stato una vera sorpresa. La parete di biciclette rosse nella hall e la scultura del coniglio blu sono molto artistiche e perfette per scattare foto. Anche se le camere sono compatte, sono ben organizzate, e le finestre panoramiche offrono una vista eccellente. Il materasso in lattice thailandese e le docce Grohe hanno spazzato via ogni stanchezza, e il controllo della temperatura smart tramite telefono aggiunge un tocco di tecnologia. Ciò che mi ha commosso di più sono stati i dettagli del servizio. La reception è efficiente e cordiale, e il robot per le consegne ha eliminato molti disagi. Inoltre, dopo le dieci di sera, c'è uno spuntino notturno gratuito e confortante.

Sono arrivato in hotel molto tardi a causa di un ritardo del volo. Il check-in alla reception è stato abbastanza agevole, ma la camera che mi è stata assegnata era proprio di fronte all'ascensore. In più, al piano di sopra, c'era probabilmente un locale o un karaoke, e alcune persone hanno cantato fino alle tre del mattino. L'insonorizzazione non era il massimo. Data l'ora tarda, non ho voluto lamentarmi con la reception in quel momento. Inoltre, l'hotel si trova vicino a una stazione radio, e dalle sette del mattino si sentivano già persone in giro. A questo si sono aggiunte le grida dei bambini nel corridoio, il che ha reso l'esperienza complessiva del sonno decisamente non buona. Tuttavia, ciò che mi ha fatto cambiare idea è stata la gestione della situazione il secondo giorno. Dopo aver segnalato il problema della prima notte alla reception, il personale si è scusato immediatamente e mi ha prontamente offerto un upgrade in una camera sul lato opposto. Il silenzio e l'esperienza generale della seconda notte sono stati nettamente migliori. Ogni membro del personale si è dimostrato proattivo e professionale, dimostrando che l'hotel ha standard elevati per la formazione e la gestione. Per me, non è grave se sorgono problemi; l'importante è la capacità di agire prontamente e risolverli seriamente. E in questo l'Hotel Jingshang ha dimostrato di essere all'altezza. Anche se la prima notte è stata deludente, il modo in cui hanno gestito la situazione e il loro atteggiamento meritano un plauso. Suggerimento: Per chi è sensibile al rumore, consiglio di specificare in anticipo al momento del check-in di voler una camera il più lontano possibile dall'ascensore o sul lato interno.

La posizione dell'hotel è comodissima, a pochi passi dal centro commerciale Wangfujing, dalla Città Proibita e dagli hutong. Ci sono tantissimi posti dove mangiare e fare shopping. Se avete intenzione di visitare Pechino, potete prendere in considerazione questo hotel. È vicino a tutto ed è molto comodo, permettendovi di risparmiare un sacco di soldi sui trasporti.

Un hotel di lunga data vicino all'aeroporto di Pechino Capital. Partiamo dagli aspetti positivi: il servizio è attento, dai fattorini alla reception, dal ristorante all'ingegneria e alle pulizie, tutti sono cordiali e premurosi. I problemi segnalati vengono gestiti in modo rapido e proattivo, e all'arrivo mi è stato offerto un upgrade della camera. Anche la posizione è un vantaggio, essendo vicino al T3, con navetta gratuita disponibile e comodo anche per chi arriva in auto. Inoltre, trattandosi di un hotel aeroportuale, l'insonorizzazione è buona, minimizzando l'impatto dei decolli e degli atterraggi. L'hotel offre un servizio di ristorazione per tutto il giorno (incluso il servizio in camera), che è un must per un hotel aeroportuale. Finiti i lati positivi, parliamo dei problemi: le strutture dell'hotel sono piuttosto datate e spero che vengano ristrutturate in tempo, soprattutto il sistema di condizionamento. L'efficienza di raffreddamento non è stabile; dopo averlo segnalato, i colleghi dell'ingegneria sono intervenuti prontamente e c'è stato un netto miglioramento. Sebbene le temperature esterne a Pechino in primavera siano basse, gli interni possono essere piuttosto afosi. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza decente. Se ci sarà una ristrutturazione in futuro, prenderò in considerazione di soggiornare di nuovo qui se mi troverò vicino all'aeroporto di Pechino Capital.

Overwhelmedand humbled with the service we received by all staff, the restaurant chef, cooks and waiters were all to friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, cereals and fruit, hot meals stews, steamed vegetables, bacon & eggs and steamed pork buns, soups, cheeses n cold meats and so much more to please all. Our room service was always cleaned every day to a high standard and always returned back to our room after long day tours, as if it were like the first time we entered, clean and tidy! The bath was an absolute treat. after walking all day with aches & pains. The cleaning staff we so good at there job, we didn't even see them, I would like to say thank you. I especially want to give a massive shout out to the front desk staff and security, who went over and above to help and support us on our journey and the kindness we received was and will be forever remembered. I highly reccomend this place for all travelers who are looking for a relaxed, peaceful and friendly hospitality service. Thank you all so much for a wonderful, heartfelt experience.

L'hotel ha una buona posizione, ma a parte questo, tutto il resto è così così. Il servizio alla reception è nella media, non c'è un vassoio di frutta o cose del genere e il balsamo era sparito quando mi sono lavato i capelli. Non sarebbe opportuno verificarlo in tempo durante la pulizia? La colazione è migliore rispetto all'ultima volta.
