Hotel con palestra a Zermatt

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

Amore questo hotel così tanto, si è sentito così comodo quando entrammo! La posizione è anche buona, camminabile alla zona principale strada. In realtà si può ottenere l'hotel per raccogliere via il loro veicolo e anche possono mandarvi alla stazione ferroviaria quando parte. Anche tu vedrai Matterhorn dal balcone!

L’hotel è assolutamente fantastico!!!! Siamo arrivati il 13 di Luglio e ci sono venuti a prendere con tutti i bagagli in stazione, dopodiché ci hanno fatto l’ upgrade gratuito alla camera con vista sul Matterhorn!!!!! Una cosa mozzafiato!!!! Davvero stupendo! Tornerò assolutamente anche per la cordialità del personale!! Grazie di cuore!

The staff are friendly and the drinks in the mini bars are free..... They are generous with the food, they even have bread, nuts and fruits all day next to the check-in desk.

Tutto è eccellente. Ero molto impressionato dalla vista di Matterhorn. Raccomando vivamente alle mie famiglie e amiche di soggiornare al Alpen Resort & Spa. Ci sono molte attività e strutture per godere.

Che tipo di hotel di Sheng è questo?Non si aspettava che la prenotazione fosse fatta, perché Shelmat aveva un giorno, quindi voleva trovare una casa vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Non ho pensato che l'hotel fosse molto conveniente non solo sulla posizione geografica (sotto è la strada commerciale), ma anche sulla buona struttura hardware e la colazione.Poiché è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e al treno montano, è completamente possibile salire sulla montagna alle sette del treno primissimo fino all'ultima stazione Gornergrat e vedere il sole Jinshan. Inoltre, la reception dell'hotel Panna è molto gentile. Ci ha presentato la strada per salire sulla montagna, come trovare la direzione del viso nero e aiutarci a prenotare un ristorante molto delizioso.Grazie ancora per l'ottimo aiuto dell'hotel Panna e Zoe per il nostro viaggio.

L'hotel è perfetto. All'inizio, quando guardavo le foto, pensavo che sarebbe stata una piccola stanza in legno che era un po' indossata. Ma no! Tutto è così nuovo e pulito. La posizione è perfetta! Centro di tutto! La colazione ha anche una vasta gamma di scelte. Il personale è bello. Uno dei lati dell'hotel è che per me la bambola è troppo piatta. Devo mettere le tute dal bagno sotto la bambola. Inoltre, perfetto!

Close to the train station. Although I got an upgrade to a double room, it was small (the table in front of the bed takes a lot of space). The bathroom was big and clean but outdated. The balcony was nice but not really needed in winter. Everyone can enter the ski room and the individual locker cannot be locked. Perfect for thieves.

We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.
