Hotel con palestra a Zermatt

Lovely stay! Got the matterhorn view suite and it was so beautiful! The receptionist was also very helpful with guiding us with what we can do at Zermatt! However, need to take note that their reception will only be there till 10pm. It’s actually stated but I didn’t read it so when I arrived Zermatt train station at 11pm, I panicked a little. We flag down the taxi at my own cost, 18chf for 3 people and luggages, they dont provide free taxi after 10pm. Also, the entrance door will be closed/locked after 10pm, we rang the bell and the door opened and they left the key with a letter on the counter for the check in. The breakfast place is also overlooking the Matterhorn and it’s so pretty. Stayed for only 1 night but really enjoyed my stay there!

We enjoyed a calm, chill atmosphere at the Matterhorn Hotel. The staff were warm and attentive, making check‑in and recommendations easy. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh local specialties that set a great tone for the day. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10–15 minute walk from the train station, though note there’s an uphill slope on the approach to the apartment. Inside the building there is an elevator, so accessing rooms is straightforward and you don’t need to carry the luggage using staircase. Ideal for travelers who want a relaxed base, friendly service, and an authentic local breakfast. Love this hotel very much and would definitely stay here again.

Questo è un buon posto per godere di Zhalmat. All'interno è molto carino e caldo in generale, posso sperimentare un'esperienza straordinaria che il Giappone non può sperimentare. La stanza è abbastanza grande per passare un tempo facile. Quando sono andato sul balcone, sono felice di sentire l'aria pulita di Tsermat.Non è una stanza che può fare il paesaggio, ma è buona per uscire. Penso che sia solo un bagno piccolo, ma entro i limiti consentiti, perche'ho solo lavato un bagno. Sono felice di avere acqua, birra, bevande acido solforico e così via nel frigo della stanza.Penso che sia un servizio di alta qualità in Svizzera e costoso. Il cioccolato di Linz come dolce benvenuto è anche un buon servizio per me per sentire l'unica natura svizzera. La colazione è anche una tipica colazione occidentale, ma i componenti di frutta e formaggio sono buoni, semplice ma deliziosi. Per quanto riguarda la persona, il pane di angolo è molto delizioso.♡ Inoltre, cioccolato caldo e caffè Cabucino fatto quando si ordinano sono anche deliziosi. Quando si lascia, è molto utile essere in grado di salire e uscire dalla stazione. Il personale ha anche un'atmosfera amichevole, che è una vacanza felice.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

Che tipo di hotel di Sheng è questo?Non si aspettava che la prenotazione fosse fatta, perché Shelmat aveva un giorno, quindi voleva trovare una casa vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Non ho pensato che l'hotel fosse molto conveniente non solo sulla posizione geografica (sotto è la strada commerciale), ma anche sulla buona struttura hardware e la colazione.Poiché è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e al treno montano, è completamente possibile salire sulla montagna alle sette del treno primissimo fino all'ultima stazione Gornergrat e vedere il sole Jinshan. Inoltre, la reception dell'hotel Panna è molto gentile. Ci ha presentato la strada per salire sulla montagna, come trovare la direzione del viso nero e aiutarci a prenotare un ristorante molto delizioso.Grazie ancora per l'ottimo aiuto dell'hotel Panna e Zoe per il nostro viaggio.

La stanza è una buona dimensione e ha tutto quello che puoi. L'hotel è in una zona tranquilla e ha un posto di pizza intorno all'angolo che abbiamo patrocinato quotidianamente :) Volevo tornare!

Tutto è eccellente. Ero molto impressionato dalla vista di Matterhorn. Raccomando vivamente alle mie famiglie e amiche di soggiornare al Alpen Resort & Spa. Ci sono molte attività e strutture per godere.

Close to the train station. Although I got an upgrade to a double room, it was small (the table in front of the bed takes a lot of space). The bathroom was big and clean but outdated. The balcony was nice but not really needed in winter. Everyone can enter the ski room and the individual locker cannot be locked. Perfect for thieves.

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel, highly recommended. Hotel staffs were friendly and made a little hotel tour to let us know the facilities. Room arranged by the hotel was great with fantastic Mountain View. Breakfast spread was better than expected. Do note that hotel room does not come with aircondlting. It was alright as we kept the balcony door opened with natural cool airflow.

Booked a family room for 3 adults and 1 child. Service at front counter is excellent! Courteous, friendly and informative. Also we got upgraded! Room is clean and spacious and has a balcony. On going renovation next door during our stay in Oct 2024. Resort has 2 restaurant at the hotel but one apparently requires reservation and has seating time. We were famished when arrived at the restaurant at 8pm, but were told to come back at 830pm for second seating. Such a disappointment when the front counter service was excellent. Had dinner at the pub instead, food wasn’t too bad. Spa facilities was great. Would stay at the same Ola e again. Value for money
