Hotel con colazione a Zermatt

Staying at this hotel in Zermatt was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect—just 500 meters from the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the warm hospitality from the owners, Thor and Michele. They personally served the buffet breakfast every morning, which was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. On my first day, I unfortunately missed breakfast, but as I was heading out around 10:45 am, they surprised me by reserving some food for me to enjoy before leaving. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly made me feel cared for. The room itself was immaculate and had everything I needed. The balcony offered a stunning mountain view, which was a perfect way to start and end each day. Thor and Michele went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. They remembered my name, attended to every need, and even took the time to explain the local attractions and recommend food options based on my preferences. I feel incredibly lucky to have secured two nights at this gem of a hotel, especially since it’s almost always fully booked. This was one of the most personal and heartwarming stays I’ve ever had. If you’re visiting Zermatt, staying here is an absolute must. Thank you, Thor and Michele, for making my trip so memorable!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

The staff are friendly and the drinks in the mini bars are free..... They are generous with the food, they even have bread, nuts and fruits all day next to the check-in desk.

Che tipo di hotel di Sheng è questo?Non si aspettava che la prenotazione fosse fatta, perché Shelmat aveva un giorno, quindi voleva trovare una casa vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Non ho pensato che l'hotel fosse molto conveniente non solo sulla posizione geografica (sotto è la strada commerciale), ma anche sulla buona struttura hardware e la colazione.Poiché è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e al treno montano, è completamente possibile salire sulla montagna alle sette del treno primissimo fino all'ultima stazione Gornergrat e vedere il sole Jinshan. Inoltre, la reception dell'hotel Panna è molto gentile. Ci ha presentato la strada per salire sulla montagna, come trovare la direzione del viso nero e aiutarci a prenotare un ristorante molto delizioso.Grazie ancora per l'ottimo aiuto dell'hotel Panna e Zoe per il nostro viaggio.

Il personale era costantemente amichevole e utile durante il soggiorno, sempre disposto ad assistere quando necessario. Dopo l'arrivo a Zermatt e la Bahn Gornergrat, si consiglia di chiamare l'hotel in anticipo per poter organizzare il pick-up del bagaglio alla stazione Riffelberg. Il trasporto del bagaglio da solo può essere molto difficile, poiché il percorso implica camminare attraverso le aree di neve e di sci. Uno degli evidenti punti di vista di questo hotel è l'atteggiante e senza ostacoli vista della Matterhorn. La montagna è chiaramente visibile dall'area dell'hotel e non c'è bisogno di andare da nessuna parte per godere di questa vista iconica. Il jacuzzi all'aperto è una caratteristica meravigliosa, ma in alcuni giorni la temperatura dell'acqua non era abbastanza calda, rendendo confortevole l'uso solo in determinate occasioni. Il pranzo è servito come un menu di corso. Ogni sera, ci sono due opzioni principali: una di carne (che cambia ogni giorno, come carne, suino o pesce) e una di vegetariana. La qualità alimentare è molto buona e deliziosa, ma il servizio è relativamente lento completare il corso completo richiede circa due ore. L'hotel è ben attrezzato con un ascensore che offre accesso a tutti i piani, che è molto conveniente, soprattutto quando si portano le proprieta'.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 3 notti. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria. La nostra stanza era senza spot e ci piace la vista parziale Matterhorn. Il personale del colazione era incredibilmente amichevole e benvenuto. Tutto è perfetto. Rimarrò qui per il mio prossimo viaggio Zermatt.

Location was right in the middle of the city, super convenient! Nearby the Zermatt main station, as well as Gornergrat station! Supermarkets were walking distance away, and even food options were many like macdonalds, western food, etc. the receptionist was warm and friendly and even extended us for an early check in when rooms are available. The hotel was overall very cozy and clean, suitable for a short stay. The necessities are provided like soap, towels, hair dryer, tissue! Just note that there is no fridge in the room if that was your concern. Other than that, perfect stay!

La nostra 2a notte a Zermatt, abbiamo scelto Bristol. La posizione è leggermente lontana dalla stazione ferroviaria, ma vi è vista fino al corno di materia. Ci siamo stati in sala di vista montagna, ma a causa del tempo, non abbiamo visto nessuno. La colazione è buona. Varie opzioni.

Highly recommend this hostel for solo travelers! Everything was perfect. The location is excellent, making it super easy to explore Zermatt. The entire place was spotless, and the facilities were top-notch. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall a pretty okay stay if you are not fussy. 10 minutes walk from Zermatt station, easy to access. Fret not if you are staying in the higher floors, there’s an elevator. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Path is well lit at night. Bed and toilet are clean, the floor is abit dusty but not a big issue for me :) PS, this hotel is nit allowed to use our own hair dryer due to voltage, hair dryer is provided by the hotel. No using of heating / cooking too.
