UUtente ospiteBooked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative.
The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived.
I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

NNgMoonI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

Ho dovuto prenotare un parco separato e posizione di volo che finiva per me costato quanto la notte dell'hotel. Che abbiamo soggiornato solo per 5 ore.

WWangshalaLa posizione è molto buona. La vista dalla stanza è sul lago Ontario. Quando splende il sole, l'intero lago blu è fuori dalla finestra, il che è molto bello. Si trova a pochi passi dalla CN TOWER e dall'Acquario. Tutte le attrazioni del centro città che richiedono una passeggiata si trovano nel raggio di 5 km. Le strutture sono pressoché identiche a quelle degli hotel Westin in Cina, la differenza non è poi così grande.

MMatt88Siamo delusi. Siamo stati a Toronto a visitare mio figlio. Ho soggiornato con mio figlio. Mia sorella e il suo amico hanno soggiornato a Royal York principalmente per la posizione e la storia. Io raramente viaggio in Nord America perché gli hotel sono troppo costosi. Ho preferito l'Asia molto più.Abbiamo pranzo al ristorante. Cinque di noi. I servizi erano molto lento. Uno di noi ha ordinato bicchiere e uova per pranzo. Bicchiere è venuto con uova. Il server ha portato uova più tardi senza scusa.Abbiamo ordinato caffè. Il caffè non è stato portato con crema e zucchero.Oh, bene.
La serata finale del nostro soggiorno, ho cenato con due dei miei vecchi amici e siamo tornati al bar di lobby per incontrare mia sorella per un drink. Quando abbiamo sollevato la nostra preoccupazione al direttore Karen, ci ha chiesto di andarci, anche se le abbiamo detto che eravamo ospiti dell'hotel. Mi ha voluto imbarazzare davanti ai miei amici. È la prima volta che sono uscito dal bar senza nemmeno bere. Siamo andati in un bel bar locale, ci siamo seduti e abbiamo servito una bottiglia di vino a metà del prezzo. Vorrei che Fairmont ci rispondesse per la ragione di farci uscire.
Il nostro destino era Montreal e abbiamo scelto la Regina Elizabeth Fairmont. Abbiamo imparato da Royal York. Evitammo il cibo e la bevanda all'hotel.
Sono un viaggiatore di esperienza e un membro di diamanti al Trip.com. Probabilmente questa è la peggiore esperienza che abbia mai avuto negli ultimi 10 anni di viaggiare in tutto il mondo.
Da ora in poi, mi assicurerò di evitare Fairmont.

HHeebravoHo avuto così tanta fortuna di avere questa stanza che era perfetta per passare il tempo a catturare con i miei amici!
La camera da letto era fantastica e il puliziatore era il più professionale che abbiamo mai incontrato!
La posizione è proprio davanti al porto e probabilmente 5 minuti dalla stazione dell'Unione!
Noi rimaniamo certamente

FFaith LobatonWe had a great stay at Holiday Inn Downtown Toronto! The hotel is conveniently located near the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
The only small downside was the hotel parking, which was a little pricey at $40 per day. However, there are plenty of cheaper parking options nearby, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Non c'era alcuna attesa. Dopo essere entrato nella stanza, mi sentivo ancora molto alto. Nel 44esimo piano, c'è il piano superiore del balcone, sopra il balcone è il cielo, il paesaggio è perfetto, E'un po'sensibile di sottosistema di sicurezza, completamente aperto.

Both the restaurant & maintenance staff were patient, polite, and thoughtful. One of the shuttle drivers was very detail-oriented and made sure to meet guests’ needs, which I greatly appreciate, but another driver was repeatedly late and had an awful, unprofessional attitude.
Upon check-in, a deposit is required and while that per se isn’t a problem, the credit card terminal/machine was very difficult to navigate. It ended up blocking my credit card from being used anywhere which is a nightmare for any traveler especially as a lot of places I go to are cashless venues.
The ‘do not disturb’ door sign keeps falling off the knob/handle every single time I open and close the door, which caused inconvenience repeatedly (not a one-off issue).
I wish they would modernize the air conditioning system. The one in my room was not working at first, no heating in winter is intolerable, I had to get the thermostat replaced which again caused more inconvenience for me.
Overall room cleanliness was fine except a few colored specks on one of the bath towels.
The room curtains as well as the shower temperature were confusing to adjust.
The HVAC noises were quite disruptive too.
I just feel like there were so many problems that had to be solved and friction to endure before I could even find any enjoyment in my stay. I know this isn’t a 5-star luxury hotel but even with that in mind, it sure did find lots of ways to disappoint me.

Questo hotel sta scivolando a causa di una negligenza benigna. Ci soggiorno solo per la posizione.
