The hotel is located near the city center. It is just a walk by near the mall and gas stations. The room is spacious. You can bring a tent inside where you’re kids can play. The aircon is cool, they have a large mirror. Have a small refrigerator, a water heater for coffee, and a blow dryer. A hot and cold shower is working and the toilet has a bidet. Breakfast food in the hotel is just fine but you can buy online for a food delivery. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

They improve much better than last time, had a water dispenser outside the room, had elevator, free breakfast in the plate limited portion but it’s ok, they don’t provide kettle in the room as they said they have water dispenser outside that can get hot water although not as much hot as newly boiled water, I tried to rent one but very expensive php 150/day seems to me it’s very expensive to charge that much. Other than that staff is very helpful and polite, room is clean limited space especially the bathroom but it’s ok.

Posizione perfetta. Nel centro della città di cebu. Accessibile a Jeep e Taxi. Jolibee e 7-11 e si può anche camminare Ayala Terraces se si indossano buoni scarpe di gomma e la sua sera circa 4pm più o prima mattina. Il giorno dopo abbiamo un evento di corsa a Cebu Business Park e è stato così conveniente. c'è un bel posto di colazione freddo vicino che non abbiamo bisogno di provare. c'è un posto per pranzo o cena troppo vicino.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were quite spacious and immaculately clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. One of the standout aspects of this place was the staff – they were incredibly accommodating, always polite, and ready to assist with any concerns or requests, which really added to the overall quality of the service. However, there were a few areas that I felt could use improvement. The breakfast, for instance, was a bit underwhelming. While it was decent, there wasn’t much variety in the selection. It would have been nice to see a wider range of dishes to cater to different tastes and preferences. Another thing worth mentioning is the pool. Although it was a nice feature to have, it was smaller than expected. Additionally, during the day it was too hot to comfortably enjoy a swim, as there wasn’t much shade or cooling features around the area. A few enhancements here and there could definitely make the experience more enjoyable for guests. Overall, it’s a good hotel with strong points in cleanliness, space, and service, but with some room for improvement when it comes to amenities and breakfast options.

The hotel is a solid choice for business travelers. It’s conveniently located, especially if you’re in town for corporate meetings. While the rooms aren’t anything special, they’re decent—you basically get what’s shown in the photos. I didn’t use the Wi-Fi because the instructions were unclear, so I recommend asking the front desk for help to avoid any hassle. The best part for me is the location—it’s right in the middle of malls and restaurants, which makes everything accessible. One thing to note: bring your own bottled water. The water in the room didn’t taste clean. Breakfast is average, but for the price, it’s worth it. Overall, I’d stay here again for the convenience, but next time, I’ll be sure to bring my own water.

Le camere sono pulite e temperate... lo consiglio completamente. Tuttavia, la zona della piscina è slipperata e non è stato trovato alcun segno. Mio fratello aveva una cosa buona forse un infermiere era disponibile. Il direttore del servizio ci ha offerto un check-out tardivo perché andavamo ancora all'ospedale. Non ci sono guardie di vita, forse perché le piscine non sono troppo profonde... Tuttavia, scelgo di nuovo questo hotel..

Mr. Gary, the host, had been very accommodating. He toured us to where we could find the amenities up until to our room. The room was very spacious with cooking utensils, a fridge, a smart tv, extra bed foam and pillows. Even though there were quite a number of people in the pool, we still enjoyed it since it is big and we do not feel cramped up. Location is near a lot of restaurants as well as Cebu IT park with varieties of food and entertainment. Check-out was hassle-free. Will be coming back if given the time.

The hotel location is along the road and near the mall area. It has a private parking area just across the hotel's right side. The bed is very comfy. You can ask for a hot water for free. But additional towels and blankets have extra fees, you can buy the fees for a towel of your own. Also if you go to their swimming pool which is about 3x3 square meters. They cannot provide additional towels for the pool, you have to bring the towel provided in your room. For those who love to exercise, the place also has a gym beside the pool.

Отличный отель! Недалеко от аэропорта (12 минут) , номер был на 7этаже с видом на город. Своя кухня, посуда, много кухонной техники, большой номер, хорошая ванная комната, атмосфера и персонал на отлично! Советую брать с собой беруши, если будет номер с видом на город, так как окна были не сильно звукоизолированы и слышно дорожное движение. Поэтому, твёрдая 4ка!

Was made to wait for a while during check in coz I arrived early. In my previous stays though I was readily accommodated notwithstanding the arrival time, which is why I always choose this Hotel. But overall, I love this Hotel’s customer service, especially the dining area peeps, that’s why am fond of inviting my cebu nieces & nephews over for breakfast, their restaurant personnel are always a two thumbs for me! :)

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Their genuine hospitality truly added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. The room I stayed in was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. It had all the basic amenities I needed, and the bed was very comfortable—perfect after a long day of exploring the city. One of the best things about Sede Bloc Hotel is its convenient location. It’s situated within walking distance of several malls and popular establishments, making it incredibly easy to shop, dine, or just stroll around the area. Whether you’re visiting Cebu for business or leisure, you’ll appreciate the accessibility and vibrant surroundings. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Sede Bloc Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Cebu. UUtente ospiteIl centro di Ayala è un posto per stare qui. Rimango qui se torno in futuro. 2 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale. Tutto il personale è stato utile e amichevole. Siamo stati in 21 Fiore e I Love the Room molto modernized And super clean , la vista è perfetta per il caffè mattina presto , il buffet è stato buona acqua bollita viene fornito alla stanza ogni giorno. Molto consigliabile.

My daughter loves the pool she enjoyed swimming! The staff are very polite and accommodating. We would love to stay there when we go back to cebu next time.

AAACEBThey have a baby pool that is just the right size for my daughter and a pool good enough for my teenage son. The water faucet has well-maintained hot and cold shower plumbing and it makes it so comfortable to rest when all amenities are working. Their massage is 24 hours open. Their sauna in the gym is a bit inconvenient because you have to walk pass through all the people working out if you want to use the sauna. Other than that, everything is excellent!

KKenneth JohnI stayed at Bayfront Hotel Cebu for a weekend trip, and it exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect — just across SM City Cebu and close to the port area. The staff were very courteous and accommodating from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the essentials I needed. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. I also loved the breakfast buffet — plenty of options and everything tasted great. What stood out most was the convenience and value for money. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of Cebu City. Will definitely book again on my next visit!

UUtente ospiteThe room were amazing we stay a Jr suit on the 8th floor and the executive room on the 11th the hotel it self is not very big perfect if your a bit of a introvert person . Ok WiFi on the 3 floor and great WiFi on the 11th also the was steaming hot if I wanted that hot . The life band were good and the buffet was good they changed the food every day ,( example chicken curry one day then chicken adobo) best and worst part in my opinion No pool Best part was the location There also a karaoke rooms for rent with food and drinks service

UUtente ospiteI’ll start with the positives. The pool is impressive and very clean. Not too many sun loungers around but it meant poolside wasn’t cluttered and for the number of people sunbathing, it seemed the perfect number. The room was large, clean and with very comfortable beds. The roof deck 360 bar did amazing cocktails. The negatives. Service on arrival was poor. The reception staff checked me in with minimal verbal interchange then directed me to sit down in the lobby, without giving any explanation. 15 minutes later I asked why only to be informed that my room hadn’t finished being serviced. Not a problem but I was never told that and if informed, I would have happily sat next to the pool. Ironically I then got to my room to find that there were no towels. After waiting 30 minutes to get into my room because it hadn’t been cleaned, I felt this was a little on the nose. When I went to see if the cleaners were still next door they had gone but a supervisor was there, asking him about the towels he said some would be delivered later in the afternoon. Explaining this to front staff didn’t seem to do any good as again, the reception wasn’t receptive (pun intended) nor willing to help or apologise. I won’t stay there again and fortunately was only there for one night.

GGioTAll bookings at Nustar Resort include breakfast and access to the Executive Club Lounge located on the 23rd floor of Fili Hotel. Mini-Bar is complimentary with a selection of 2 local beers, juices, and sodas. Nespresso machine with 4 capsules. TWG tea. Bottled water is unlimited. I appreciate the fridge being very cold. Gerlain Paris branded bathroom amenities, as well as bath salts for the large bath. Afternoon Tea (2:30 pm - 4:30 pm) Light snacks with a limited selection of savory and sweet bites, they need to improve on this. Evening cocktails and canapés (5:30 pm - 7:30 pm) Excellent food buffet. I like the lechon quesadillas, jalapeño cheese poppers, and siomai. I appreciate the bartender crafting cocktails from a menu of drinks. I understand the hotel is still brand new, but they need to do multiple inspections before releasing the room to guest. Vanity mirror was dusty from construction. The Butler service was very attentive, many thanks to Ice (Butler) for making my stay pleasant, he would escort me to the pool, and even breakfast buffet at Fili Hotel bypassing the crowd at the entrance. Breakfast Buffet is at Fili Hotel which is extensive and one of the best in Cebu. The problem is the crowd, while Nustar Butlers will escort Nustar guests to a table, there’s no dedicated tables for Nustar guests, which confuses the restaurant staff with seating assignments. Alternatively, the breakfast buffet at the executive club lounge is quiet but with limited options, they should have an a la carte menu to expand options like other international luxury hotels. The security at the lobby entrance is wildly inconvenient and inconsistent, every time you enter you need to prove you’re a guest of Nustar and not a guest of Fili or a ****** player. It’s weird that they are sometimes overly strict and many times just ignore people passing by. Guests have a keycard to use elevators what’s the point of the guards that have a list of people’s names and room numbers, if anything that’s a security risk. The pool service is lacking. Shared between 2 hotels and the upcoming grand summit. The pool area lacks service of a 5-star hotel, towels need to be claimed at a towel hut. My expectation is that there are staff that will setup loungers with towels for guests. And since the pool facility is shared with the muncher large Fili Hotel it can get crowded. Fortunately, Nustar has a private infinity pool which was closed my stay. Nustar Resort has potential to be Cebu’s most luxurious hotel, they have the hard product with their spacious luxurious rooms, but they need to improve their soft product - the service from the butlers are outstanding and personal, but everyone else seems to be lost. For the asking price of 250-300 usd per night there’s a lot to expect. Nustar is primed for excellence but falls just short of achieving refined luxury. I’m hoping Nustar partners with Marriott and rebrand under Luxury Collection. Or even Hyatt with Unbound Collection.

CCherryfruiteDuring our stay NO HOT WATER! We were moved 3 times on different rooms. The first room they gave us was occupied. The 2nd room no waters coming out in the shower and the tap then you can see the floor looks very dirty (waited until midnight to be moved on different room). The 3rd room was a bit better but the shower drainage doesn't work properly. Very old building and lots of construction happening inside. All in all, wasn't happen during our stay. Not recommended!
