E' davvero pessimo. Innanzitutto l'odore è troppo forte e l'insonorizzazione pessima. In secondo luogo le lenzuola e gli asciugamani hanno dei buchi. Ho speso 600 per una notte e l'esperienza è stata pessima. Ho chiamato la reception e non potevo Non riesco a farcela. Spero. Questo hotel può fornire una spiegazione invece di limitarsi a dare risposte frettolose alle cose dei clienti.

Il servizio alla reception è molto buono e la tipologia di camera viene aggiornata gratuitamente, è vicino all'ingresso della metropolitana e il trasporto è molto conveniente, soprattutto ci sono molte opzioni di cibo nei dintorni.

Rooms are very clean. WiFi doesn't work. I took the room without window, so receptions are down to zero. And without WiFi, we were practically non reachable. Other then that, amazing location for food and next to Metro line 3. Amazing.

Good hotel overall. However the receptionists decided to go to the room beside us early in the morning to have the loudest conversation possible. They were basically shouting and roaring laughing. We told them to be quiet several times. Then I confronted them and they were so rude to me but finally left. I will share a photo of the rude receptionist below who rudely smiled and laughed in my face when confronted

Good - 2 min walk from MRT station - Exit G with 7-11 convenient stall - Good restaurant nearby for breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper. - Easy to extend check out time to 2.30pm - Patience and polite front desk staff - Near to big shopping area. - Near to many tourist spot. - Easy to access to canton fair - Free Shutter bus to Canton fair Bad - Hair found on bed.

Terrible service at front desk, lady told me I had no breakfast included, but I actually did, so I paid my breakfast and after found out my breakfast was included, so I had to ask for a return. There’s noise from subway, breakfast doesn’t have coffee, and my bed head was full of hairs from previous customers …

Thumb up to the service of hotel 's eceptionists (esp Ms 詹) during our 2 day stay. Strategically located at gate G Metro Line 3 , it had a comfortable bed & also very clean with all basic needs fully equipped . We had had a very good rest after check in for 2 days overnite stsy although it was near to the busy n noisy main road. The only shortcoming was the bedroom was short of a window ! . Its front desk staff were kind and helpful when we sought road guidance !
