Mi dispiace sinceramente apprendere delle difficoltà che ha dovuto affrontare durante la sua visita, che avrebbe dovuto essere una celebrazione del suo anniversario. È deludente apprendere della confusione relativa alla sua prenotazione. Sebbene ci impegniamo a garantire un'esperienza di check-in impeccabile, sembra che la sua prenotazione abbia incontrato complicazioni inaspettate. Comprendo quanto questo sia stato frustrante. Per quanto riguarda l'assegnazione della camera, mi dispiace che non abbia ricevuto la sistemazione che aveva inizialmente richiesto.
