酒店在半山腰， 車開不進去，需要走150米左右。酒店早餐很豐富， 味道也很好，前台服務小哥是個孤傲的帥哥，中規中矩。有個小平台觀景不錯。沒有空調，因為不熱。

Отель очень понравился, находиться в самом центре на высоте, прекрасная терасса с которой необыкновенный вид. Очень вкусные завтраки, приветливый персонал. Хоть и самая маленькая комната в стиле пещеры, но все есть и очень чисто. Рекомендую

Albergo caratteristico, molto bello, curato nei dettagli, arredato con gusto. Il cambio asciugamani avviene tutti i giorni, refill del sapone e dello shampoo giornaliero, Colazione stupefecante, molto fresca, anche se piccola e semplice, molto varia. La signora della colazione è una delizia. Terrazza meravigliosa, vista su goreme e la mattina all’alba si vede la partenza delle mongolfiere. Un posto magico. Unica nota che sarebbe da migliorare: Non so come sia la temperatura nelle altre stanze, ma avendo noi scelto una camera grande con finestre e non essendoci l’aria condizionata, abbiamo passato delle notti molto complicate a causa del caldo. Ad ogni modo, hotel stupendo.

Our room was designed like a cave, which was really cool and gave the stay a special vibe. The bed was big, and we had a direct view of the hot air balloons and the sunrise from our room. The hotel has a lovely terrace where we enjoyed watching the balloons and sunrise with a morning coffee. The hotel is also conveniently located, not too high up, and easy to reach by foot. Breakfast was tasty, even though the options were limited due to the small number of rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay pleasant! Negative points: The bed, while large, was a bit firm for our taste. There was no air conditioning, only a fan. The bathroom was combined with the shower, and the entire area got wet when using the shower.

2023年8月去土耳其旅遊，到達格雷梅是晚上2點，熱氣球公司大概4點左右來接。我們提前與酒店郵件確認，回覆是可以將行李寄存在該酒店。結果到了那裡酒店反悔，不讓寄存了。我們拿出了郵件還是不同意，非要我們再付一天房費才可以將行李留在酒店。最後吵了半天架，多付了半天房費。差評，簡直**，毫無誠信。整個行程中最差的體驗。
