We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past years. We love the location of the hotel and the close proximity to the shops and restaurants at Rio and Crown. Check in was done by a friendly agent at the Desk with a name tag that indicated his name was Juan. Juan was very warm and friendly welcoming us to the hotel. Although he didn’t recognize my status on Marriott Bonvoy (Titanium) he did ask if we wanted points or a food item from the sundry shop as our Bonvoy welcome gift. He could have enhanced the check in experience by utilizing our name and explaining the breakfast times. Signs were posted in the elevator and at the desk that listed the breakfast times and housekeeping procedures. Stay over housekeeping is on request and is a room tidy, make the bed, new towels, trash removal and amenity refill. Breakfast: I am not fond of the new breakfast offerings. Pre packaged waffles and sausage biscuits. I am on a keto diet and there are just two many carbs on this breakfast to start the day. Packaged cereal, instant oatmeal that you add hot water, cold cheddar biscuits. Yogurt was available in the refrigerator. Everything was high in carbs. Neither scrambled or hard cooked eggs were available. I missed them. I noted many other guests inquiring about where were the eggs. All of the attendants on the buffet were both friendly and hard working and kept the buffet stocked and the tables cleaned. Special kudos to Dolores who was very hospitable on Monday morning, management should commend her for her hard work and big smiles. Well, to my surprise on Monday and Tuesday they had the hard cooked eggs available and instead of the waffles and they offered egg white frittatas. I heard many negative comments on the breakfast with guests looking for English muffins, toast or bagels. Housekeeping: Our room was spotless clean and I noted that pads and pens have been added to the guest room. The bath amenity was the bulk dispensers on the wall and one small bar of soap at the sink. Shower was a tub shower and the water pressure and temperature perfect however the sink faucet had a very low water pressure and the stopper did not hold water for the morning shave. I appreciate that they are doing room tidy although on the second day the room attendant forgot to refill the coffee supplies. The Front Desk attendant at night Alison was very friendly and hospitable. She engaged everyone as they came in from the entrance warm smile. She did well to find a commonality to build a rapport for conversation. She is a natural with hospitality and should be commended for her excellent service. Another nice stay and we look forward to returning to this hotel on our next visit to Gaithersburg.

We stayed overnight and enjoyed this very recently renovated hotel. It's bright, spacious, and welcoming. The modern decor is a bit minimalist but the bed, room appointments, and bath were all first-rate. And the price is reasonable. One minus: the bathroom has a motion-activated light; if you get up during the night to use the bathroom, the light comes on with blinding blindness that is disorienting and can make it difficult to get back to sleep.

La nostra stanza era breve, quindi non abbiamo fatto uso di alcun servizio, abbiamo prenotato la nostra stanza l'ultimo minuto e siamo stati solo felici che la stanza era pulita e abbastanza spazio per due persone! 2 comodi letti regina, la pressione della doccia era grande, e situato vicino ai ristoranti. Stavo qui una notte su NYE, lungo la strada, con il marito e due bambini, in una suite 2Q 1-bedroom. Arrivato tardi e lasciato semi-prima così aveva solo una breve esperienza, ma, le cose che posso dire: --Le camere erano tipiche di Homewood 2-room setup, molto spaziose. - Anche se le camere avevano tutto il bene, sono un po’ stanche. Molti piccoli denti/scrabble/sarrimento-e-tår, le cose non funzionano al 100% come previsto, ma niente di grande. La finestra dell’unità HVAC si è svuotato un po’ sulla spalla, ma solo un po’. - La posizione era conveniente dall'autostrada. - La zona di colazione era ben spaziata, le offerte erano un po'spartano, ma oggi è piuttosto universale. - Il personale era universalmente amichevole e utile. --Il prezzo era ragionevole per il tipo di camera e le strutture. NOTE COVID: le maschere sono necessarie qui, e le persone sembravano farlo, sia il personale che gli ospiti. Non ho avuto un'occhiata seria al posto, ma mi sento al sicuro da raccomandarlo.

Non sono sicuro dove iniziare. Il mio soggiorno complessivo era ok, fino a quando non ho scoperto come ti pagano quando resti per un lungo periodo. Di solito quando lavori, ti pagano ogni due settimane. Quando ho fatto la mia prenotazione mi è stato detto: ”Oh si', puoi pagare ogni settimana o alla fine del mese”, ho detto che mi servirà, ma non è così che questo hotel ti paga per una settimana in anticipo. Quando sono stato fatturato ho detto al manager che il mio giorno di pagamento non è fino alla fine del mese e ho appena pagato la settimana scorsa. Ho chiesto se posso pagare settimanalmente fino a quando non sono pagato lui ha rifiutato e ha detto che dovrò andarmene se non posso pagare il saldo totale di $627.00, davvero!!!!!!!!!!. Questo è come ”Extended Stay” tratta i loro clienti, il mio tasso era circa $70.00 una notte più il costo del mio animale domestico e la tassa. Ero a posto, il mio complimento è che ti mentivano di fornire informazioni false e fuorvianti, in modo che si possa andare a prenotare. La matematica per una settimana il mio totale era $627.00 ovviamente non avevo i soldi, quindi ho dovuto chiamare mio padre per aiutarmi.Il soggiorno esteso deve rivedere la loro ”politica” come ha detto il manager di nuovo e di nuovo, è la nostra ”politica” .Tornero'per un altro soggiorno..... forse ma non resterò mai a lungo perché il modo in cui ti mentiranno non è buono.L'unica cosa che l'ha resa ancora peggiore quando è ”così chiamato” tempo per pagare per la tua ”settimana” Chiamano il telefono della tua camera e il telefono cellulare personale, se non rispondete, vengono a battere la porta e cercano di entrare nella stanza, inaccettabile non trattare i tuoi clienti come un criminale perché sono ”fame di soldi” Sto cercando di presentare una denuncia alla società di soggiorno estesa perché ogni proprietà è privatamente di proprietà sotto il nome di soggiorno esteso. Il desktop front continua a ricordarvi oh, per favore lasciaci una recensione ...... Beh, qui vai ......

Non potevamo essere più sorpresi quando abbiamo trovato una nota di simpatia e una traccia di cracker, formaggio, frutta e una partita di vino quando siamo tornati nella nostra stanza il giorno dopo che una famiglia si è riunita all’ospedale, doloroso per la morte di nostro fratello. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel molte volte quando abbiamo visitato il nostro fratello a Gaithersburg e ogni volta che il personale è stato amichevole, professionale, competente e attento.Grande posizione, grande personale, buon cibo, bel bar.

Perche'stava per lavorare vicino, ho scelto questa casa. Per quanto riguarda l'hotel, non c'è problema di igiene, l'ambiente è buono, cioè ci sono più neri che vivono accanto. Il freddo e il nero sono fermi lì, mi farà saltare... nel complesso non c'è ancora alcuna provocazione.
