JJ995LMy wife and I recently spent a few days at the Fuzhou Sanbaobindi Hotel for a much-needed getaway, and it was, without question, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Situated in the heart of Fuzhou’s historic Sanfang Qixiang district, the hotel was the perfect base for exploring the cultural treasures of old Fuzhou—all within easy walking distance, including access to the metro.
From the moment we stepped in, the experience was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with traditional tea and snacks, and the check-in process was a breeze—under three minutes! Our room overlooked a beautifully manicured Chinese garden and perfectly balanced traditional design with modern comfort. Every detail in the room was spotless, showing a clear respect for the historical architecture.
The true highlight of our stay, however, was the level of care and hospitality provided by the staff, especially our guest services manager, Roy Huang. Roy went above and beyond, offering us night snacks and daily desserts and taking time to share insights into Fuzhou’s rich history and culture. Our conversations with him were a true pleasure—learning about the city’s architecture, the hotel’s own story, and even the local tea culture, which he introduced us to with great care and knowledge.
It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so genuinely welcome. Roy’s attention to detail and kindness transformed our stay into something extraordinary. We left Fuzhou with a much deeper appreciation for the city, and it was all thanks to the team at the Sanbaobindi Hotel.
If you’re looking for an authentic yet refined stay that captures the spirit of traditional Fuzhou, I couldn’t recommend the Sanbaobindi Hotel highly enough. A heartfelt thank you to Roy and the entire staff for making this trip truly unforgettable.

Ci è piaciuta la selezione del colazione molto. La cena è deliziosa, non troppo salata o oliva per gli stranieri. Un tentativo è il verde. Super gioioso. Il personale del ristorante è molto amichevole e utile. Molto consiglia questo hotel.

UUtente anonimoLa posizione geografica è troppo conveniente!Proprio vicino alla piazza Wanda, il shopping sceglie di mangiare molto.Come sempre la stanza è pulita e confortevole, il letto di Yahoo fa dormire la gente per secondi.Il servizio della ricetta è particolarmente caldo e vedo il tipo di camera aggiornato attivamente con i bambini.La colazione è ricco e ha una specie di pesce di Fuzhou! I dettagli sono intimidi, il rapporto prezzo è molto alto, la prossima volta sceglieremo qui.

Un ringraziamento speciale a Polly, la governante dell'hotel, che ha consultato le nostre esigenze prima del check-in e ha prenotato una tipologia di camera che soddisfacesse le nostre esigenze. Dopo il check-in abbiamo anche offerto uno spuntino alla frutta ai bambini. Inizialmente avevamo programmato di rimanere per due notti, ma era abbastanza confortevole. La nostra ospite Polly ha prolungato il nostro soggiorno per un'altra notte, quindi siamo rimasti per tre notti. Quando visiti Fuzhou, puoi dare la priorità a Sandi Hilton.

We stayed in this hotel for 6D5N. The room was well designed and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The air-conditioner provided cool air all the time. Due to the hot climate, most of the afternoons, we stayed in the room enjoying watching a variety of TV programs.
Breakfast is good and wide spread including local traditional food and western food. Exceptional services received from the front desk staff, they were helpful, patient to answer your queries.
An exceptional thank to 佳佳, she was helpful and patient to provide informations and guidance how to use Internet App to accessing interesting places, restaurants, Supermarkets and public transport.
Furthermost, in the last night staying, my wife's legs suddenly wouldn't walk even wouldn't stand up (due to a long distance walk at 福道). 佳佳 also provided great help to relief our panic, i.e. providing my wife with a wheelchair, meal and etc on. 谢谢妳,佳佳.
We had a pleasant and wonderful stay in this hotel. It is a nice hotel to be recommended.

UUtente ospiteI would have given this hotel 5 stars but unfortunately the front desk staff is not very welcoming to “foreigners” as they call people who are not Chinese. The room and amenities are excellent but the front desk staff should be trained to greet everyone alike and not be afraid to communicate with “foreigners” via a translator. That’s what I have been doing since I don’t speak any Chinese. One staff member ran away when I handed my Canadian passport to him and told him I couldn’t speak Chinese. He panicked and literally gave my passport to his colleague to handle my check-in. Then he ran to help the lady behind me. I find this unprofessional. Then his colleague got annoyed that I couldn’t understand her writing of my room number when I asked her what it was. She wrote a ‘P’ instead of a 9. Thankfully, a very nice guest had to help me clarify the room and floor number. I had a completely different experience at the Atour hotel In Xiamen the previous two days. The staff there didn’t speak English but they were friendly and welcoming, and we communicated just fine with the translators. I have been travelling throughout China for three weeks, and this is the first hotel where the front desk lacks a sense of guest-service. Although I loved my room and the cleanliness, I will not be staying here again. A hotel this close to the airport should train their staff to do their best to welcome everyone: nationals and “foreigners” alike.
