AAiKaiTe_travelsPros: Very modern and well-equipped hotel. Comfortable bed with an excellent mattress. Room was spotlessly clean. Excellent shower with large rainfall shower head and shampoo etc provided. Tea, water, kettle and a small tea set provided. Excellent lighting, including different settings for working / reading / warm evening lighting etc. Plenty of space in the room for luggage and moving around comfortably. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Location not bad - just across the road from a mall with lots of restaurants, and a few minutes walk from bus stops or the metro.
Cons: I booked a non-smoking room, and although the room itself was fine there were still people smoking in the corridor directly outside my room. I felt quite uncomfortable as a woman travelling alone hearing men's voices directly outside my room late at night as they were chatting while smoking by the window (there was a cigarette bin just by the elevators / window, which essentially made the space outside my room the default smoking spot on my floor). I also saw some workers smoking in the hotel lobby. I mentioned this to the front desk staff and they didn't seem to understand the problem with people smoking inside the public areas of the hotel. I gave a low score for ”cleanliness” to reflect this smoking issue and second hand smoke health risk, rather than due to any cleanliness issues in terms of hygiene.
Additionally, my room was right next to the elevator, so I was woken several times each night by people using the elevator (which was very loud).
Finally, the room came with a ”smart toilet” but this was really not good at all! All it did was half open automatically every time I moved nearby (very annoying when I was using the sink to brush my teeth etc) or flush automatically while I was still sitting on it, and the bidet didn't seem to be working (perhaps the bidet function wasn't actually installed?).

CCYCWIl desk front può ottenere più formazione sul cliente e sul professionalismo. Controlla e controlla le mancanze di personalità, non molte espressioni, molto piatto. Un piccolo hiccup con custodia, il manager di custodia casa era estremamente paziente e ansioso di aiutare. L'esperienza era molto più piacevole, molto professionale, senza di lei il servizio sarebbe stato classificato a 1 su 5.

Da quando sono entrato nel lobby, sapevo che Atour era più che un hotel, era un posto costruito con un cuore reale. Tutti i membri del personale, dalla ricezione al ristorante, ci hanno accolto con sincero sorriso. Le loro salute, ”Buongiorno”, ”Buongiorno” o ”Ni Hao”, mi sentivo davvero caldo, non solo gentile. Mi stava molto spostando per come si prendevano cura di mio nonno; era un ricordo di casa. ❤️
La stanza era pulita, luminosa e elegante, creando una miscela perfetta di conforto e tranquillità.
La colazione di notte, che ha portato a un'altra attenzione, ha mostrato l'attenzione di Atour alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti.
Proprio quando pensavamo che il servizio non poteva essere più pensativo, mentre stavo per partire, un membro del personale chiese gentilmente: ”Ti piacerebbe una bottiglia d'acqua per il tuo viaggio?” 🥹 Questo gesto semplice ha incapsulato l'intera esperienza di Atour: puro, un'amica generosa.
La posizione è ideale, con una stazione di metropolitana a pochi passi, un supermercato lungo la strada, la stazione ferroviaria vicino e un delizioso ristorante Hakka dietro l'hotel.
Se ritorno a Fuzhou, rimarrò certamente all'Atour Hotel.Grazie speciali al mio amico locale per aver raccomandato questo gemello nascosto.

YYappariStory⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay – One of the Best in Fujian
This is truly one of the best 4* hotels in Fujian, not just in Fuzhou. This was our third stay, and we continue to be impressed.
🛏 Room Comfort & Cleanliness
The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. We stayed on the 5th floor, and our room had a balcony overlooking the garden of the breakfast restaurant, which was a lovely view. Despite the central location, the room was very quiet — we could not hear any street noise at all.
🤝 Service
The hotel staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated that they allowed us to store our luggage securely for a week while we traveled to Wuyishan and Xiapu.
🧴 Amenities
Toiletries were well supplied and replenished adequately. Overall room facilities meet 4-star standards.
📍 Location & Connectivity
The location is excellent and extremely convenient:
1) McDonald’s and Yonghui Supermarket (永辉超市) are right beside the hotel.
2) Directly opposite is the large shopping mall 五四印象, offering numerous dining options (including a Japanese restaurant), optical shops, beauty and hair salons, and many fashion retail stores for both men and women.
3) It is only a 10-minute ride to Fuzhou Railway Station, making it very convenient to travel to other cities in Fujian and even neighboring Zhejiang.
💰 Value for Money
The room rates are very reasonable for the comfort, service, and convenience offered. Excellent value overall.
🙏Areas for Improvement
1) The breakfast buffet has a limited selection and could offer more variety.
2) The metal fence on the balcony is rusting and would benefit from repainting or replacement.
🌈Overall
A highly recommended 4-star hotel with excellent comfort, service, and strategic location. We will definitely return again.

SsnszLa posizione è ok. Ma la stanza che ho trovato non era in buona condizione. Il muro sembra bagnato. Ho detto al ricevitore che avevano accettato di cambiare la stanza, ma ero troppo stanco e ho deciso di rimanere solo perché ho prenotato per una sola notte. Il condizionatore puzzava anche stufo. Non era niente di male.

SSuperTJVery caring and hospitable! Breakfast was in a Japanese style and planned out the night before. I even got a late night snack, ”xiaochi” my last night--a healthy, nourishing soup!
English spoken, even though I speak basic Mandarin. I requested a room with a window, and they were able to move me within an hour.
I was offered sit-down tea service, taken to a nearby local restaurant.
The area is lovely for the San/3 Alleys area, Yunshan Mtn and temple, coffee bars, shopping, riverwalks, bicycle riding.
The ride to the shipping history area, Mawei, is a little far, but many Didis available.
I do wish reception would have recommended some sights nearby.
I was unable to find my favorite shipping history museum and British look-out area.

La camera dell'hotel è larga e luminosa, il tessuto è comodo, le strutture sono buone, la posizione geografica è vicina al lato del mare, 200 metri a piedi facilmente fino al lato del mare. L'architettura dell'hotel è molto caratteristica. Il piano superiore è un passo anello, È possibile vivere in alto per vedere un vasto panorama del mare. 需要提升的地方:1.房間的裝修確實比較過時，地板都起翹了，建議有條件的情況下可以重新裝修下客房2.窗户關不嚴，晚上能聽到貨車的聲音，不過不太影響睡眠 3.餐廳上菜有點慢，而且五一假期都沒幾桌。
