Hotel 4 stelle a Fuzhou

La stanza era pulita, comoda e ben mantenuta. L'atmosfera era tranquilla e rilassante, rendendola una perfetta giornata. Quello che era davvero emerso è il servizio il personale era amichevole, attento, e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Molto consigliato, e io rimarrei sicuramente qui!

Pros: Very modern and well-equipped hotel. Comfortable bed with an excellent mattress. Room was spotlessly clean. Excellent shower with large rainfall shower head and shampoo etc provided. Tea, water, kettle and a small tea set provided. Excellent lighting, including different settings for working / reading / warm evening lighting etc. Plenty of space in the room for luggage and moving around comfortably. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Location not bad - just across the road from a mall with lots of restaurants, and a few minutes walk from bus stops or the metro. Cons: I booked a non-smoking room, and although the room itself was fine there were still people smoking in the corridor directly outside my room. I felt quite uncomfortable as a woman travelling alone hearing men's voices directly outside my room late at night as they were chatting while smoking by the window (there was a cigarette bin just by the elevators / window, which essentially made the space outside my room the default smoking spot on my floor). I also saw some workers smoking in the hotel lobby. I mentioned this to the front desk staff and they didn't seem to understand the problem with people smoking inside the public areas of the hotel. I gave a low score for ”cleanliness” to reflect this smoking issue and second hand smoke health risk, rather than due to any cleanliness issues in terms of hygiene. Additionally, my room was right next to the elevator, so I was woken several times each night by people using the elevator (which was very loud). Finally, the room came with a ”smart toilet” but this was really not good at all! All it did was half open automatically every time I moved nearby (very annoying when I was using the sink to brush my teeth etc) or flush automatically while I was still sitting on it, and the bidet didn't seem to be working (perhaps the bidet function wasn't actually installed?).

Tutti i membri del personale, dalla ricezione al ristorante, ci hanno accolto con sincero sorriso. Le loro salute, ”Buongiorno”, ”Buongiorno” o ”Ni Hao”, mi sentivo davvero caldo, non solo gentile. Mi stava molto spostando per come si prendevano cura di mio nonno; era un ricordo di casa. ❤️ La stanza era pulita, luminosa e elegante, creando una miscela perfetta di conforto e tranquillità. La colazione di notte, che ha portato a un'altra attenzione, ha mostrato l'attenzione di Atour alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti. Proprio quando pensavamo che il servizio non poteva essere più pensativo, mentre stavo per partire, un membro del personale chiese gentilmente: ”Ti piacerebbe una bottiglia d'acqua per il tuo viaggio?” 🥹 Questo gesto semplice ha incapsulato l'intera esperienza di Atour: puro, un'amica generosa. La posizione è ideale, con una stazione di metropolitana a pochi passi, un supermercato lungo la strada, la stazione ferroviaria vicino e un delizioso ristorante Hakka dietro l'hotel. Se ritorno a Fuzhou, rimarrò certamente all'Atour Hotel.Grazie speciali al mio amico locale per aver raccomandato questo gemello nascosto. ⭐ 5/5 – Servizio che va al di là delle norme internazionali. Overall a really good stay in an old historical building, a great experience you won't get anywhere else! A butler service is included when you check in and out, where they help you pull your luggages to and fro your taxi location. The place itself is clean and cozy, and very close by to multiple food and souvenir shops! Secondly, the breakfast is beautiful and splendid! The service is really good as well, as we have to check out early on the last day, the staff also packed breakfast for us to eat on the way to the airport. And also always accomodating to our requests (like getting more bottled water, etc haha). The hotel package also includes free tea tasting and dressing up in traditional wear (which my family did not do but I wish we did!) Lastly, there is laundry service (wash and dry), but it does take a bit of time (eg: clothes are mostly done only after 8pm even if we place the clothes out around 8-9am). Maybe one thing is to let us know the estimated time it will be done ^^. But overall, I love the stay, breakfast, the kind staff, the beautiful accommodation and the hotel cat, xiaoxi!!

A very cozy place, with good service. A quiet corner of the village with a great view. The design of the room is very good.

Questo è il nostro terzo soggiorno, e continuiamo ad essere impressionati. 🛏 Comfort e pulizia della camera La camera era molto spaziosa, pulita e ben mantenuta. Il letto era estremamente confortevole, assicurando un sonno tranquillo. Ci siamo fermati al quinto piano, e la nostra camera aveva un balcone che guardava il giardino del ristorante del colazione, che era una bella vista. Nonostante la posizione centrale, la stanza era molto tranquilla non potevamo ascoltare nessun rumore stradale. 🤝 Servizio Il personale dell'hotel era caldo, amichevole e utile, e ci ha particolarmente apprezzato che ci permettessero di immagazzinare il bagaglio in sicurezza per una settimana mentre andavamo a Wuyishan e Xiapu. 🧴 Amministrazioni Le toletta sono state ben fornite e riempite in modo adeguato.Le strutture della camera sono conformi alle norme 4-star. 📍 Posizione & Connectività La posizione è eccellente e estremamente conveniente: 1) McDonald’s e Yonghui Supermarket (Yonghui Supermarket) sono proprio accanto all’hotel. 2) L'opposto è il grande centro commerciale 54, che offre numerose opzioni di cena (compreso un ristorante giapponese), negozi ottici, saloni di bellezza e capelli, e molti negozi di moda per uomini e donne. 3) E 'solo un giro 10-minute alla stazione ferroviaria di Fuzhou, rendendo molto conveniente viaggiare in altre città di Fujian e anche vicino Zhejiang. 💰 Value for Money Le tariffe sono molto ragionevoli per il comfort, il servizio e la comodità offerti. 🙏Areas for Improvement 1) Il buffet del colazione ha una scelta limitata e può offrire più varietà. 2) Il tappeto metallico sul balcone è armati e potrebbe beneficiare di ricolorazione o sostituzione. 🌈Overall Hotel altamente raccomandato 4-star con eccellente comodità, servizio e posizione strategica.

Il servizio dell'hotel è eccellente, il personale ha scritto una nota scritta a mano per darci il benvenuto quando siamo entrati. Il personale dell'hotel è cordiale e disponibile e ha avuto un'esperienza piuttosto positiva. La camera è pulita, anche se l'unico problema è che l'aria condizionata centralizzata fa entrare il fumo delle altre camere nella nostra camera quando l'aria condizionata (fredda/calda) è impostata. Questo è l'unico aspetto negativo, forse l'hotel potrebbe cercare di garantire un livello completo di non fumatori in modo da ridurre il fumo di sigaretta che influisce sul soggiorno dei non fumatori.

Molto carino e ospite! Il colazione era in stile giapponese e pianificato la notte prima. Ho anche un snack di notte tardi, ”xiaochi” la mia notte scorsa, una zuppa sana e nutriente! Parlava inglese, anche se parlo in base al mandarino; chiese una stanza con una finestra, e mi trasferirono entro un'ora. Mi è stato offerto un servizio di tè seduto, portato a un ristorante locale vicino. La zona è bella per la zona San/3 Alleys, Yunshan Mtn e tempio, bar caffè, shopping, cammini fluviali, ciclismo. La marcia verso la zona di storia della navigazione, Mawei, è un po' lontana, ma molti Didis sono disponibili. Vorrei che la ricezione avesse raccomandato alcune vicinanze. Non riuscivo a trovare il mio museo di storia della spedizione preferito e la zona di look britannica.

酒店地理位置相當相當優越，走路兩三分鐘就到田美澳沙灘，帶娃真的是很方便，我家兩個娃兒早上吃完早飯去沙灘玩，下午房間休息，傍晚再去沙灘玩。我們訂的親子房，房間超級大，2歲的娃兒能在房間裏跑起來。 酒店前台的美女帥哥，還有收拾客房的保潔阿姨態度都很好，能感覺到他們也在盡力服務好客户。 酒店旁邊餐飲的選擇不多，我們連着兩天都在旁邊的濱海砂鍋粥點餐帶到房間吃，有娃兒家庭可以點他家蛋炒飯，番茄炒蛋，土豆絲，海鮮粥，娃兒都挺喜歡吃的。
