La stanza era pulita, comoda e ben mantenuta. L'atmosfera era tranquilla e rilassante, rendendola una perfetta giornata. Quello che era davvero emerso è il servizio il personale era amichevole, attento, e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Molto consigliato, e io rimarrei sicuramente qui!

💫 Atour Hotel – Dove Tutti i dettagli parla caldo 💫 Da quando sono entrato nel lobby, sapevo che Atour era più che un hotel, era un posto costruito con un cuore reale. Tutti i membri del personale, dalla ricezione al ristorante, ci hanno accolto con sincero sorriso. Le loro salute, ”Buongiorno”, ”Buongiorno” o ”Ni Hao”, mi sentivo davvero caldo, non solo gentile. Mi stava molto spostando per come si prendevano cura di mio nonno; era un ricordo di casa. ❤️ La stanza era pulita, luminosa e elegante, creando una miscela perfetta di conforto e tranquillità. La colazione di notte, che ha portato a un'altra attenzione, ha mostrato l'attenzione di Atour alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti. Proprio quando pensavamo che il servizio non poteva essere più pensativo, mentre stavo per partire, un membro del personale chiese gentilmente: ”Ti piacerebbe una bottiglia d'acqua per il tuo viaggio?” 🥹 Questo gesto semplice ha incapsulato l'intera esperienza di Atour: puro, un'amica generosa. La posizione è ideale, con una stazione di metropolitana a pochi passi, un supermercato lungo la strada, la stazione ferroviaria vicino e un delizioso ristorante Hakka dietro l'hotel. Se ritorno a Fuzhou, rimarrò certamente all'Atour Hotel.Grazie speciali al mio amico locale per aver raccomandato questo gemello nascosto. ⭐ 5/5 – Servizio che va al di là delle norme internazionali. The hotel itself is a protected monument, very beautiful. The decorations show a good taste in high art. Light architecture is also very smart. Located in the heart of the three lanes seven alleys district where no car is permitted inside, we must continue on foot a little bit more than 100m. Hotel staffs helped out with luggages though. The staffs are very attentive and helpful. They responded Wechat almost promptly. I would say they offer a service of a 6 stars hotel. Late check-out is possible. Complementary fruits, afternoon tea and also hanfu costume rental.

全家四大兩小來平潭度假，選擇蘆葦盪酒店完全沒踩雷，真心推薦給帶娃家庭！ 酒店提供接送服務，接送衹能二選一，我們預約了接站，店家考慮到我們人多，直接安排兩輛車來接，特別貼心周到。酒店地段相對安靜偏僻，遠離人羣喧鬧，出門步行幾分鐘直達海邊沙灘，隨時隨地看海散步，店內配套泳池，小朋友玩得特別開心。 房型訂的家庭套間設計太加分！大床搭配單獨隔間小床，小床區域獨立隔開，私密性拉滿，帶孩子休息互不打擾，這點是這次入住最滿意的地方。店內設施齊全乾凈，工作人員態度温和，有需求都能及時迴應。 小小提一點建議：早餐供應時間8:00-10:00，對習慣早起的遊客來説開餐時間有點晚，早上容易餓。拋開這點，整體住宿體驗絕佳，海景氛圍感拉滿，下次來平潭還會選擇這裏！

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay – One of the Best in Fujian This is truly one of the best 4* hotels in Fujian, not just in Fuzhou. This was our third stay, and we continue to be impressed. 🛏 Room Comfort & Cleanliness The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. We stayed on the 5th floor, and our room had a balcony overlooking the garden of the breakfast restaurant, which was a lovely view. Despite the central location, the room was very quiet — we could not hear any street noise at all. 🤝 Service The hotel staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated that they allowed us to store our luggage securely for a week while we traveled to Wuyishan and Xiapu. 🧴 Amenities Toiletries were well supplied and replenished adequately. Overall room facilities meet 4-star standards. 📍 Location & Connectivity The location is excellent and extremely convenient: 1) McDonald’s and Yonghui Supermarket (永辉超市) are right beside the hotel. 2) Directly opposite is the large shopping mall 五四印象, offering numerous dining options (including a Japanese restaurant), optical shops, beauty and hair salons, and many fashion retail stores for both men and women. 3) It is only a 10-minute ride to Fuzhou Railway Station, making it very convenient to travel to other cities in Fujian and even neighboring Zhejiang. 💰 Value for Money The room rates are very reasonable for the comfort, service, and convenience offered. Excellent value overall. 🙏Areas for Improvement 1) The breakfast buffet has a limited selection and could offer more variety. 2) The metal fence on the balcony is rusting and would benefit from repainting or replacement. 🌈Overall A highly recommended 4-star hotel with excellent comfort, service, and strategic location. We will definitely return again.

Ho prenotato 2 camere familiari per 3 notti. Dovrebbero essere al 10° piano, ma sono state ”promosse” all'11° piano, che ha 4 camere a quel livello. Le camere sono nuove, ma bisogna salire di 1 piano con le scale. I letti sono molto comodi. Frutta giornaliera consegnata in camera (2 giorni mele con pomodori e 1 giorno banana). Nessun rabbocco di confezioni di tè, anche se c'è un set da tè sul tavolino laterale per preparare il tè. La posizione è eccellente per le vicine aree commerciali. Accanto alla metropolitana sotterranea e a molti ristoranti sotto il collegamento. Ho provato il Buddha jump over the wall al ristorante al 3° piano, che dovrebbe essere il creatore principale di questo piatto. Un po' caro per la porzione più grande per 1 persona (oltre 700 yuan), ma vale la pena provarlo. Altri piatti erano abbastanza ordinari per me, ma dipende anche dai gusti individuali.

Good location. In the midst of town yet quiet. A very unique building on several split levels with old architecture and tastefully furnished. Very poetic, calming and suits the name of the place aptly. Excellent for quiet get away yet walking distance to Sanfang Qixiang. Very well prepared set breakfast served on a nice covered patio. Would have been a prefect stay if the passageway to the room is not interrupted with high thresholds and a rough rock surface as we had heavy luggages. Also several power sockets in room 致知 were not working. Could do also with more hanging hooks.

Per la prima volta sono venuto a Piangxia per giocare e soggiornare nell'hotel internazionale Starhai. Il piccolo fratello della reception Wang Jiang, ha ricevuto caldamente, ha aggiornato la stanza e ha dato il benvenuto. Avrei voluto soggiornare per due giorni. Il giorno dopo, il tifone sarebbe venuto, aveva paura di Sheka, aveva proposto una rinuncia anticipata, e aveva deciso provvisoriamente la sera di rinuncia. 🌊 Great Service and Beach Location, But a Few Things to Know! We had a mixed but overall good experience here, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. The Positives & The Room ✨ The service here is genuinely good! We originally booked a standard Twin room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Family room. The upgraded room was absolutely awesome—very big, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Even though the hotel building itself feels a little bit old and dated, the spacious room really made up for it. Location & Beach 🏖️ The hotel is located right by the sea, which is beautiful. There are a few cafes right on the beach, though keep in mind their menus are quite limited. Also, unless you are visiting during the peak hot summer season, you won't be able to swim in the ocean because of the weather. The Downsides: Pool & Noise 🚧 Since we couldn't swim in the sea, we were hoping to use the pool, but unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed. I highly recommend contacting the hotel to check if the pool is operating before you book! The biggest issue during our stay, however, was the noise. There was active construction going on, and they were constantly fixing the roof next door. It was quite noisy and definitely disrupted the peaceful beach vibe. Bottom Line: A great beachfront location with excellent service and spacious rooms, but definitely double-check the pool and construction status before your trip!
