Il servizio clienti è stato eccellente, mi hanno permesso di tenere i bagagli per 3 giorni dopo il check-out mentre sono andato a Xiamen senza portare i bagagli grandi. Aprirono la sala da ginnastica per me alle 7:00, anche se la sala da ginnastica si apre alle 9:00 al giorno. Sono stati provati i tovaglioli e l'acqua nella sala da ginnastica. Sicuramente consiglierà questo hotel per i viaggi a Fuzhou."

"We highly recommend this hotel. They provide a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The distance is only about 10 minutes from the airport. Since we were transiting in Fuzhou, we intentionally chose a hotel that was close to the airport. The hotel is clean and modern, and one of the main highlights is their receptionists, they are truly friendly and caring. The hotel is also not far from the market; it only took me about 7 minutes to get there. Within a 15-minute walk, I was even able to find a halal restaurant. I highly recommend Lanou Hotel. If I ever have the chance to visit Fuzhou again, I would definitely stay here again."

C'è anche un servizio di ritiro e riconsegna dopo l'arrivo alla stazione dei treni ad alta velocità. È un servizio unico per viaggiare a Pingtan. Dotazione: praticamente tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari ci sono (purtroppo non c'è la TV), tutto il resto è perfetto

YYutouwangFantastico! L'hotel si trova alla periferia di Sanfang Qixiang (Tre Vicoli e Sette Vicoli), quasi come un luogo panoramico a sé stante: un'oasi di tranquillità in mezzo al trambusto. Dopo una breve sosta in hotel, si arriva in 5 minuti a piedi alla via principale dove si trova il Love Tree, a pochi passi dalla famosa Daming Food Street e, poco più avanti, al famosissimo ristorante Zhu Fugui. La posizione è assolutamente superba. Il personale è stato incredibilmente cordiale e attento, trasportandoci i bagagli e illustrandoci i servizi. Mentre aspettavamo le nostre camere, hanno persino portato i bambini a giocare con perline e ventagli di lacca. Un grande ringraziamento al responsabile della hall per la sua attenzione. Anche la camera è stata una piacevole sorpresa. C'erano già frutta di benvenuto e un regalo. I prodotti per la lavanderia erano il mio preferito alla verbena L'Occitane, i fazzoletti sul tavolo da toeletta erano realizzati in materiale morbido e delicato sulla pelle, anche le pantofole usa e getta erano molto comode e gli asciugamani erano eccezionalmente puliti. Quando siamo tornati in camera la sera, la donna delle pulizie si è persino offerta di preparare il letto e di chiederci se avessimo bisogno di altra acqua in bottiglia. Le sono stata molto grata. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Fuzhou!

AAiKaiTe_travelsPros: Very modern and well-equipped hotel. Comfortable bed with an excellent mattress. Room was spotlessly clean. Excellent shower with large rainfall shower head and shampoo etc provided. Tea, water, kettle and a small tea set provided. Excellent lighting, including different settings for working / reading / warm evening lighting etc. Plenty of space in the room for luggage and moving around comfortably. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Location not bad - just across the road from a mall with lots of restaurants, and a few minutes walk from bus stops or the metro. Cons: I booked a non-smoking room, and although the room itself was fine there were still people smoking in the corridor directly outside my room. I felt quite uncomfortable as a woman travelling alone hearing men's voices directly outside my room late at night as they were chatting while smoking by the window (there was a cigarette bin just by the elevators / window, which essentially made the space outside my room the default smoking spot on my floor). I also saw some workers smoking in the hotel lobby. I mentioned this to the front desk staff and they didn't seem to understand the problem with people smoking inside the public areas of the hotel. I gave a low score for ”cleanliness” to reflect this smoking issue and second hand smoke health risk, rather than due to any cleanliness issues in terms of hygiene. Additionally, my room was right next to the elevator, so I was woken several times each night by people using the elevator (which was very loud). Finally, the room came with a ”smart toilet” but this was really not good at all! All it did was half open automatically every time I moved nearby (very annoying when I was using the sink to brush my teeth etc) or flush automatically while I was still sitting on it, and the bidet didn't seem to be working (perhaps the bidet function wasn't actually installed?).

咔咔迈This was by far the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my trip back to China—Atour Hotel, Hualin Road, Fuzhou. The facilities are thoughtful and well-maintained, the room was clean and comfortable, and attention to detail was impressive. What I loved the most was the bed—it was perfectly balanced and incredibly cozy. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended, will definitely stay here again next time .
