Hotel in zona Cartier (Frankfurt Boutique), Francoforte

Hotel was great, very near to Frankfurt Central station by walking. Room is comfortable and clean. Probably it is winter, did not see any homeless people. I would not advise for family with small kids. There are many sex bars and hotels by the road nearby.

L'hotel è una buona posizione e vicino alle principali strutture di trasporto. Solo in fondo ci siamo prenotati una camera doppia e una camera singola, ma abbiamo fornito una camera doppia con una sola letto e abbiamo avuto una da condividere, perché non ci erano altre camere disponibili.

wir haben auch aufgrund der zentralen Lage direkt am Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof das Steigenberger Metropolitan gewählt. Es war alles rundherum top: Professionelles Einchecken (mit vorbildlicher Einhaltung der Corona-Regeln), sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer, top Room Cleaning, ausreichend Handtücher und ein sehr bequemes Bett. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es auch wunderbar ruhig hier. Sehr gefallen haben uns auch die Nespresso Maschine auf dem Zimmer und die inkludierten Flaschen Mineralwasser. Die Minibar war leider leer (aufgrund Corona??). Der Wellness und Spa-Bereich war aufgrund Corona ebenfalls geschlossen. Wir haben uns nur für die Übernachtung entschieden und nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt, da wir 17 Euro pro Person für recht ambitioniert bepreist empfanden. Über die Umgebung haben ja einige geneigte Vorredner bereits berichtet - das sollte man aber vorher wissen, wenn man in Frankfurt im Bahnhofsviertel bucht, das dortige Publikum kann man wirklich nicht dem Hotel anlasten. Wobei die Umgebung sich gefühlt sukzessive zum Positiven entwickelt, so waren wir z.B. wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt im Stanleys hervorragend essen. Fazit: Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen und können das Steigenberger Metropolitan auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Durch die Nähe zum HBF und der S-Bahnstation kann man wunderbar alle Stadtteile von FFM erreichen.

This is a 100 years old hotel; we choose this hotel because of the hotel interior has a very authentic look liken that you are in the 60’s feeling compared to modern building hotels. It looks old from the outside but it very cleans from the inside. All the rooms are big and renovated and very clean. There are fan and heater in the room. The hotel is located at the right side of Frankfurt HBF, very convenience for those travelling by train. Hotel provide welcome drink with champaign on arrival and also free flow of coffee and tea, cake in the reception area until 6.00pm every day. In the room the provide pepsi cola, orange juice, water and other soft drink in their refrigerator free of charge. Breakfast is Euro15.00 with salmon fish. We have read some negative review on outside the hotel but so far it is safe as we go in and out of the hotel many times. When you travel don’t show off all your valuable in any European countries. We stay at the room facing the back therefore it is very peaceful and quite at night. The receptionists both men and women are very friendly, helpful and good. Should we go there again we will consider this hotel again.

Di recente ho soggiornato in questo hotel e, sfortunatamente, la mia esperienza è stata rovinata dalla scoperta delle cimici dei letti nel mio ultimo giorno. Nonostante questo problema, ho trovato il soggiorno complessivo accettabile. La colazione è stata all'altezza delle mie aspettative, ma credo che l'accoglienza possa migliorare. Tornando alle cimici dei letti, esorto l'hotel a dare priorità a ispezioni approfondite e misure preventive per garantire un ambiente privo di parassiti per gli ospiti.

Albergo all'uscita della ”Messe”: location eccezionale e strategica per chi ci deve andare. Molto minimalista. Business Hotel. L'ho utilizzato solo per dormire e mi sono adeguato. Personale disponibile e socievole. Si può fare colazione a pagamento (non posso giudicare perchè non ho usufruito del servizio). Disponibile un bar nella Hall. WIFI gratuito. Positivo: Posizione strategica per la fiera. Negativo: camere molto piccole con un armadio (a vista) assolutamente sottodimensionato per 2 persone. Non era disponibile un'appendino per appoggiare un cappotto. Per il prezzo applicato (periodo fiera) dovrebbero pulire la camera e fare i letti senza che debba essere richiesto.

Stayed here for 1 night whilst visiting a trade fair at the Messe. The hotel rooms are a decent size and clean. The shower and bathroom facilities were good. The location was quite handy for the Messe and for Frankfurt city itself, with the tram stop being just 2 minutes from the hotel lobby. The breakfast was ok. Could do with a little more choice on cooked food, but plenty of choice in the continental section. The bar is relaxed and well priced. The only negative was the queue for check in which I’ve seen commented on elsewhere. Yes it was probably a very busy week for the hotel , but it took almost 30 minutes to queue up and check in. When you only are staying for 1 night and you are checking in inbetween attending an exhibition and then rushing back out to entertain clients it was very frustrating. The self check-in machines in reception were not operating. If it hadn’t been for that experience I would have rated the hotel excellent.

Il mio soggiorno è stato buono, ma vi sono segnali che il livello di servizio è diminuito un po' rispetto a quello precedente. L'hotel Delta ha ancora un grande valore per la posizione, camere pulite e belle, deliziose colazione e un servizio efficiente, ma vi sono stati molti dettagli mancanti e le camere hanno mostrato segni di indossamento e lacrime come tappeti in tessuto, superficie di divano indossate. Per iniziare, ho le chiavi dell'hotel Moxy. Una volta la casa non ha pulito la nostra stanza. Nessuno ha risposto ai miei testi e richieste sull'app e ho cercato di chiamare l'hotel per informare i nostri arrivi ritardati e nessuno ha preso. Dopo il checkout, sto ancora aspettando il mio foglio e hanno creditato solo 1 su 2 notti al mio conto Bonvoy. Per il loro credito, le richieste in loco sono state trattate immediatamente. Fortunatamente le piccole perdite non hanno influenzato il nostro soggiorno complessivo. Alla fine abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno e abbiamo avuto un buon valore rispetto ad altre opzioni Marriott in città.

Ein recht neues Haus, sehr gut in Offenbach an der Berliner Straße gelegen. Die Innenstadt und der Wochenmarkt am Wilhelmsplatz sin fussläufig innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Hervorzuheben am Haus sind die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Concierges. Einziges Manko an den Zimmern ist das Bad mit der doch recht eigenwilligen Anordnung der Wasserhähne am Waschbecken. Da stimmen die Proportionen der Armatur nicht mit dem Waschbecken überein. Das führt unweigerlich zur Überschwemmung des Waschtisches. Ein bisschen befremdlich ist auch das der Parkplatz mit € 15.— pro Tag sehr teuer ist.

Che bel hotel con super dipendenti! Ho già fatto molti hotel, ma questo è assolutamente eccezionale, e questo è sempre il personale molto gentile. E questo non è un favore di cortesia. Non importa se ci sono colazione, ristorante o reception, e soprattutto Ronja Schmitt. Rara volta ho visto una simile impiegata di hotel orientata alla soluzione, quando qualcosa non funziona al massimo. Le camere sono molto belle e moderne. Al centro di Eschborn si conduce circa 5 minuti, al centro di Francoforte circa 20 minuti. Non c'è molto da vedere intorno all'hotel, ma si può rilassarsi! In totale, 100% raccomandazione!
