Hotel in zona Kulturhaus Süd / Freizeitstätte Garath, Dusseldorf

Habe das Wochenende in der Nähe von Düsseldorf verbracht. Das Forum Hotel in Hilden hat einen Beitrag geleistet, dass es ein schönes Wochenende war. Freundlicher Empfang durch das nette Personal, ein schönes und vor allem sauberes Zimmer. Auch das Bad super gepflegt. Am Sonntag dann ausgiebig das Frühstücksbuffet genossen, dass, da bis 11 Uhr geöffnet, auch Langschläferfreundlich ist und sehr viel Auswahl bietet. Ich werde wiederkommen

Three night stay at this hotel for business meetings in the area. Very clean and neat lobby and room. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke english perfectly. I was not a fan of the marshmallow pillows. Room is pure basic and was adequate. Good hot water supply. I did not try the breakfast so can't comment on that. Biggest drawback was the lack of proximity to any incidental ammenaties or food establishments. There are no convenience stores near by (2-3 kilometers walking distance to the nearest one) and none in the hotel (small refrigerator in the hotel lobby where you can buy limited soft drinks and snacks at the front desk). The hotel would do well to establish a gift shop/convenience store to service thier patrons due to the lack of availability of such in the area. It would have been nice to acquire a cup of coffee any time of day but especially in the morning when a full cost breakfast was the only way to acquire this. Overall though, a pleasant stay with pleasant staff.

Stayed for 2 nights at this 4 star hotel in the middle of Hilden close to the shopping street and about 15 min walk from the station. The lobby, restaurant/breakfast room was recently renovated because of a serious flooding a couple of years ago. They did a good job, the interior in this part of the hotel has been updated with a very contemporary feel to it. We booked a standard room, however the heating was not working properly and we got upgraded immediately which was very much appreciated. The rooms, looked a little bit dated, but were to my delight utterly spotless. The bathrooms especially the shower trays and doors were immaculate, although some water was leaking onto the bathroom floor when using the shower. The housekeeping department is doing a good job for sure. I was pleased to see soap dispensers installed rather than having all those little customary bottles with soap and gel, saving on plastic. Good forward environmental thinking. Because the floor covering was carpet rather than tiles or laminate I would have liked some of those hotel slippers that are customary in most hotels these days. Also as a 4 star I would expect an iron and board in the room for convenience. The breakfast offerings are the usual fare and I was pleased to see milk alternatives available. The breakfast room was quite busy and you could do with an extra member of staff looking after the buffet to replenish it in time. All in all I very much enjoyed my stay here. I think that the room rate charged is very fair and honest but thought that the prize for the breakfast per person maybe at 17 Euros is a bit steep. However, I wholeheartedly can recommend this hotel.

Is my third time stayed in Holiday Inn Express in three different country, I’m definitely recommend it to everyone who looking for a nice and cheap hotel to stay one or two night.

The location is great and easy access to anywhere. It’s just 5 mins walk to Königsallee shopping area and also not far from Messe Düsseldorf exhibition centre. Will be back again.

Non lontano dalla stazione centrale, ma non proprio accanto ad essa, va bene, senzatetto nelle vicinanze. Effettuano il check-in dalle 15:00 alle 24:00, prima per i soldi se le camere sono disponibili. Può essere rumoroso dove le finestre si affacciano sul tram. La colazione è così così, salsicce e pomodori, cetrioli, ci sono cornflakes, tè, caffè. Di notte il riscaldamento viene spento o notevolmente ridotto.

Extremely helpful staff, well located hotel with ample secure parking (for a small fee). We were in Neuss attending a funeral having travelled from the UK. Reception was exceptionally helpful arranging for our PCR results to be printed out before our departure if we needed them to. Breakfast and dinner were excellent even though dinner had to be taken in the bar as the restaurant was closed.

Ich buche dieses Hotel nun schon einige Jahre in folge. Es liegt nahe des Hauptbahnhofs, somit auch perfekt für die Gäste die mit der Bahn anreisen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine eigen Tiefgarage, in der man als Gast der mit Auto anreist einen Parkplatz bekommt. Der ist allerdings kostenpflichtig. Wer aber in solche Städte reist, weis das überall Parkgebühren verlangt werden. Man findet selten solch ein ausnahmsloses freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist perfekt und immer bestens bestückt. Auch ein Lob an das Reinigungspersonal, auch hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Ja, die Bäder sind jetzt nicht riesig, aber zweckmäßig und sauber. Bedingt durch die Bahnhofsnähe ist alles sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Wer gerne ein paar Schritte geht, kann auch vieles recht schnell Fußläufig erreichen.

di solito queste catene, specialmente non in Italia, lasciano il tempo che trovano in termini di particolari e servizi. siamo stati benissimo, tutto perfetto con camere spaziose e pulite, ottima colazione e servizio arredamento minimale e nuovissimo DAVVERO UNA SORPRESONA

La posizione era grande. Vicino a Dusseldorf e Mochengladbach. Un fermo della metropolitana proprio davanti all'hotel. (in loco) Parcheggio non era una questione. Se vuoi entrare durante le ore di partenza, una chiamata/email all'hotel, o l'iscrizione a casa presso la porta anteriore dell'hotel farà. La stanza era pulita e tranquilla. Sì è piccola ma sufficiente per una famiglia di quattro nel nostro caso. Mentre il nome B&B suggerisce letto e colazione, il colazione non è automaticamente incluso ma può essere acquistato sul sito. Ci sono stati gridati perché non abbiamo acquistato il colazione in anticipo e siamo entrati e preparati a mangiare. Ma aspetta! Possiamo sempre pagare per questo (in seguito) giusto? Il personale che copre il turno di mattina quel giorno ha sostenuto che la gente ”normalmente” paga prima (perciò non possiamo pagare più tardi?!) .... Per essere giusti, la zona di cena era pulita e benvenuta, e cibo era li. Non c'erano segni che dicessero: ”Pagate prima di sedersi” o ”Aspettate qui per sedersi”. La linea di fondo è che non c'è motivo di urlare alle persone, giusto? Una semplice introduzione di un conto/controllo avrebbe dato un'esperienza molto migliore. Come ha finito l'incidente? Abbiamo pagato per il colazione, ma non abbiamo mangiato nulla. Andiamo in strada e abbiamo fatto colazione al McDonald's. Non volevamo mangiare in cattivo umore con un staff brutto.
