The single room is small i can't move around much but it's ok. And it's extremely hot i have a fever every night and morning. It’s a shame what we do to people now is that carrying my luggage can lead to a lack of staff. Otherwise it's close to konigsallee and the tram it's pretty good.

The price was quite cheap so I didn’t expect any amenities and cleanness. However the room and the bathroom was pretty clean and there are a lot of amenities. Especially I was so happy when I found a coffee machine with 3 coffee capsules and teas. I am very satisfied and would like to stay here again.

I had a nice stay, there was just a weird smell in the room. Also as it was saterday night, the street was veryy noisy, you could hear everything from the room

nh連鎖酒店位置都不錯，去藍茵河畔走路十分鐘。窗户隔音不好，這家樓下有幾家餐廳和酒吧，夜裡三四點還有酒鬼嚎嚎。

Die Lage des Hotels ist top, keine Frage, aber für das Geld hätte das Zimmer sauberer sein können. Im Bad lagen noch Haare herum, im Zimmer lagen cm hohe Staubschichten, für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht akzeptabel! Im Kühlschrank waren keine Getränke vorhanden, für die NH Kette ist mir sowas unbekannt!

Für Getränke und Snacks steht ihnen in der Lobby, wie auch schon in vielen anderen Hotels detr NH GROUP, ein 24/7 Shop mit einer grossen Auswahl zur Verfügung. Die dort erworbenen Produkte können sie dann im Zimmer in der Minibar kühl lagern. Ihr Feedback zur Sauberkeit im Zimmer haben wir an unsere Reinigungsfirma weitergegeben und achten bei Kontrollen verstärkt darauf. Für den Zustand möchten wir uns entschuldigen. 酒店走路去杜塞爾多夫中心火車站10 多分鐘，門口打的方便。早餐還不錯。離國王大道近，購物走路10分鐘。就是展會期間貴很多了。

駅から近くスーパーも近いのでとても便利でした。 スタッフの方も親切でとても快適に過ごすことができました。 いつでも飲める水があったのもよかったです。
