Good for price. The bedsheet did seem a little thin but understandable for a budget hotel overall it was very clean but I do have to say that it did very much look like a prison . Stayed for one night not much from customer service didn’t need anything so can’t really comment on that.

The staff are very friendly and kind. I had a big luggage and arrived late. The elevator was broken and not available. Then they changed my room on the ground floor with no need to use the stairs, which was very helpful. For an asian, it was a surprise they didnt have AC in the guest room. Maybe its normal for European hotel, but it was quite steamy in the room on the very hot day. But it was very manageable you can just take a cold water and indulge yourself on the clean bed naked. lol Another thing a bit of disapoointing was, it was noisy as many young guest stayed, maybe a school trip or something?, and they were very energetic until the late night. you heard ppl running around in the room and party vibes lol. If you want some quiet time here. it depends on your luck. Overall, no regreat to stay here.

One thing that can beat any other hostels is the fact that the room was spacious. There were 6 people but the room was spacious enough so that was really good. They offer a body towel too.

Convenient location with paid parking. No elevator, could be challenging if assigned with higher level.

everything was really nice, one of best hostels that i ever visited. but you need a big locker to keep your belongings safe

It was really nice that I didn't need to bring towel When I stayed there. Hostel usually charge the towel. Thank you so much. I would like to stay this hostel again.

I have been to two other branches of a&o hostels before and this one was the worst one. Corridors and stairs were full of dirt. The room didn't have AC and it was too hot while the windows were semi locked and you could just tilt them a bit. The self check in process was confusing and takes lots of time. Except these problems, the staff was really nice and cooperative, the breakfast was very good and worthy and the location was near central station and public transport.

Location is quite a distance from the central station. The guest kitchen is not fully equipped for cooking.

It was very cold there, the window cannot be closed!!!!

The room, walls, sheets are extremely dirty. Don’t recommend anyone.

There was no water when we stay and the hostel only offered 2 small water of bottles with no other help. Worst experience ever.
