This is the worst hotel under Hyatt group... couple inserts on the wall and around the bed...horrible experience. I am wonder how Hyatt group can fulfill client expectations.

位置很好，酒店環境也不錯，就在日本街，吃飯方便，早餐不錯，交通也很方便，但是前台服務一般～日式酒店，介意的慎選

チェックインして初めて気が付いたが、日本食などが多いエリアらしく、日本スタイルのホテルだった。外国人が考える日本人風ホテル。 立地が良く、部屋もきれいだったのでおすすめできる。

Leider hatten wir ganz andere Zimmer wie auf den bildern, es war sehr war Fenster konnte man nur einen kleinen Spalt öffnen und es gab keine Klima Anlage

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in sehr guten Lage. Ich war vom Frühstück überwältig, es war mehr als gut. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
