Hotel decente considerando un po 'di posizione venduta in gennaio per la zona Dusseldorf hbf. L'edificio è vecchio e l'hotel non è spettacolare, ma non dovrebbe essere per questo motivo che non resti qui, soprattutto se i costi sono la tua priorità - come me, ma i prezzi dell'hotel tedesco sono aumentati di recente. La stazione è a 10 minuti a piedi. Tutto nella stanza lavorava, compresa la cassaforte che usava la vecchia moneta da 1 euro. La doccia era piccola ma funzionava, la stanza era pulita. Gli hotel tedeschi tendono a avere letti molto sottili di larghezza e lunghezza, quando prenotano singole persone, questo è vero per la mia stanza. Non ho fatto colazione, ma c'era una sala da pranzo e una macchina da bere, anche se avevo i miei snacks dal supermercato della stazione ferroviaria, mentre Dusseldorf era un fermo notturno, anziché visitare la città.

Il buono: - Molto pulito. - Al di là di un negozio di catena. Il cattivo: - Dicono che la ricezione è aperta 24/7 sul loro sito web ma si chiudono alle 10 o addirittura alle 9 pm. Quindi si lievano. - Il personale era molto freddo e non sorridente. Internet era orribile sempre disaccoppiato. - Dall'interno della città. - Devi andare alla reception ogni volta che hai bisogno di una tazza d'acqua calda! Solo una piccola macchina da caffè in reception gestita da soli. Quindi non c'è acqua calda dopo le 9:00! - Caro per poco servizio! - Non hanno risposto a nessuno degli e-mail che ho inviato per prenotazione e altre cose. È sempre stato necessario chiamarli 🙄 - La macchina di vendita ha funzionato solo con monete! Ma è una cosa strana tedesca, penso che vivono ancora negli anni '90 facendo affari con monete!

Abbiamo partecipato a una festa di matrimonio a Düsseldorf con altri amici e abbiamo appena scelto questo hotel locale perché era conveniente, ma ci sorprendeva vedere che era solo super pulito e comodo, ma anche magnifico. Il loro ristorante, che abbiamo usato per colazione, era situato in alberi e in acqua passando. Molto carino e la qualità del cibo e della varietà era grande. Persone molto amichevole al conteggio e cucina e tutto il resto, sicuramente vado a tornare e consigliarlo se non siete la prima volta turistica visitare la città.

Sono venuto a Düsseldorf per la fiera d'arte Düsseldorf e sono rimasto 3 notti.Francamente, ho trovato un tasso di 140-145 Euro per camera alta per questa qualità. Non prenderò questo posto per la seconda volta di def. Nonostante non sia lontano dal centro a piedi (circa 20 min), ma mi ha fatto così annoiato e stanco per il traffico super occupato costantemente, quindi ho dovuto tenere finestre chiuse, soprattutto durante le notti, che era molto inconfortabile per me a causa della mancanza di aria fresca. Quindi, se dovessi rimanere più a lungo in questa città, def dovessi cambiare l'hotel. Tuttavia, devo congratularmi con le finestre molto pulite che hanno dato una buona impressione. Per quanto riguarda il buffet per colazione, non posso dire niente da non averlo. La buona cosa era un supermercato molto grande con una grande selezione di prodotti alimentari e prezzi molto buoni. Servizio e comunicazione in hotel erano ok.

Molto buona posizione, camera pulita e spaziosa. Il letto era piuttosto comodo. Il contatto con il servizio era molto buono e attraverso WhatsApp molto semplice . Quando si arriva con la macchina, fa senso prenotare un parcheggio in garage nel hotel. Il costo è molto basso con circa 15€. La stanza era molto calda. Purtroppo la stanza non aveva aria condizionata e non era possibile l'aria intera. L'ascensore posteriore era difettoso, quindi tutto il bagaglio doveva essere portato al piano superiore.

Bel hotel e ben situato. La metropolitana a piedi dell’hotel è direttamente collegata alla stazione centrale di Düsseldorf. Il grande bemol rimane il personale. Nessun seguito per le mie richieste e una comunicazione difficile anche in inglese. Comprendono ma non è fatto nulla. Ho chiesto un letto supplementare per alcune notti. La fattura è arrivata molto presto. Mi è stato detto che posso pagare alla fine del mio soggiorno (un mese regolato dal mio datore di lavoro) e poi il mattino dell’installazione del letto ricevo un mail chiedendomi di pagare prima delle 15h, altrimenti niente. Quindi chiedo serviette supplementari e un origliatore. Non sono mai arrivati. Hanno depositato il letto senza orecchini, cuscino o serviette. Fortunatamente c’è base due cuscinetti per letto. Bref per il prezzo il servizio è nulla.

Das Hotel Auszeit kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar, jeder Mitarbeiter ist aufmerksam und freundlich, Check In war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert, trotz meiner späten Anreise durfte ich die Sauna noch benutzen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstücksbuffet, eine riesige Auswahl, größtenteils selbstgemacht, alles frisch zubereitet, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt!! Vielen Dank liebes Auszeit-Team. Komme gerne wieder.

Come hotel a breve distanza, tutto è in linea con le mie aspettative.
Ho fatto un errore con la prenotazione della stanza, ma l’hotel non mi permetterebbe di passare le date in avanti di un giorno. Ho finito di fare una seconda prenotazione per adattare la data di arrivo. Così ho pagato un giorno extra, che non sono rimasto, che è estremamente costoso.
Trip.com ha fatto del suo meglio per aiutare, per il quale sono stato più grato. La gestione dell'hotel ha certamente qualcosa di cui preoccuparsi.

Hotel è situato al centro, servizio di parcheggio auto buono e certamente non costoso. Servizio al ballerino era meno, il personale era molto indiscutibile e ha detto che avevamo anche colazione, che non era del tutto il caso.
La stanza era buona, solo molti specchi, la doccia non era ben chiusa, quindi abbiamo dovuto mettere quasi tutti i guanti sul pavimento, e la camera era troppo poco luce.
Non abbiamo mangiato all'hotel, quindi non possiamo dire niente.

UUtente ospiteMentre prenotavo un marito, avevo qualche aspettativa. Ma Moxy era qualcos'altro. Positivo, le camere sono pulite e bagno abbastanza spazioso Hotel in generale è pulito e sembra molto nuovo Vibe è molto trendy e c'è un bel bar al lobby. Non così positiva, la colazione è una linea che si va con la sua tasca. Questo sarà super ricco. Cutlery è dalla prigione più vicina. Ma la selezione è buona e il cibo era buono. Ci sono alcuni inviati in tutto l'hotel. Se avete allergie profumi fire. Non suggerisco. Inviato ovunque. Due ragazzi mi hanno fatto il check-in e loro dove anche sentire la tendenza viva. E non in buona maniera. Devono essere inviati alla scuola di servizio clienti. Altrimenti tutte le signore sono state grandi! Buon hotel di base con un aggiornamento trendy

UUtente ospitein un 4 stelle non puoi rifare una camera la mattina e ritrovare i cuscini come li hai lasciati la notte prima , non puoi ritrovare ilm piumone pirgato e il copripiumone arrotolato tra i due ,,, albergom un po datato come tre stelle sarebbe ok ma non come 4 , non puoi arrivare con temperature intorno allo 0 e trovare la finestra aperta ed il riscaldamento spento .

It had a parking garage with lots of parking spaces, but unfortunately not a working electric charging station. As we came from The Netherlands and had travelled alot of kilometres, we defenitely had to charge the car. Unfortunately there were no charging stations in the neigbourhood, we charged in a parking garage in the city centre. Breakfast was very extensive and delicious! The only negative thing was that the hotel employee checking if guests had paid for breakfast was falsely accusing us for not having paid! This was not adding to a positive experience at the hotel. But overall a good hotel, except for the 2 negatives.

Posizione comoda, centrale, con metropolitana e molti locali vicini. Camera moderna, bella vista, armadio piccolissimo ma c’è l’amplificatore per chi vuole suonare la chitarra, lenzuola 50% in poliestere. No accoglienza o controllo documenti ma check in tramite tablet, assenza di aiuto per i 7 bagagli, neppure un trolley, no servizio in camera, nulla da mangiare, neppure un toast. Dopo due giorni in camera con febbre & acqua, volevo fare colazione ma rifiutata perché non presente nella prenotazione, non è stato possibile pagarla. Lobby accogliente dove ho lavorato il terzo giorno, dalle 9 alle 19: zone diverse con vari divani e mobili di gusto , tessuti sporchi, macchiati. Bar presente ma, di giorno, servizio al tavolo assente. Dipendenti : giovani stagisti, alcuni non parlano tedesco e non sanno cosa fare. 10 giorni da fantasmi a Düsseldorf.

UUtente ospiteSono rimasto in questo hotel per due giorni quando ho visitato Düsseldorf con la mia famiglia. L'hotel è ben situato, alla fine della Königsallee, la strada principale della città. Una stazione di metropolitana è situata proprio oltre la strada. Ci sono anche alcuni ristoranti in giro per strada e due supermercati dietro l'hotel. Ci siamo trasferiti in una stanza gemella sul piano superiore che era pulita e ragionevole in termini di dimensioni. Il bacino è stato rotto ma l'acqua non è svuotato. Il buffet per colazione ha poche opzioni per un hotel 4-star, ci sono quasi nessuna frutta e latte alternative disponibili nel buffet, è necessario ordinare. Siate molto attenti con le tariffe per le vostre carte di credito. L'hotel ha bloccato 350 euro sulla mia carta di credito all'arrivo e questo importo non è stato rilasciato quando ho pagato per il mio soggiorno. Sono rimasto in questo hotel per un mese e sono ancora ritenuti in contanti.

Il quartiere è piuttosto centrale e sicuro. La fermata del treno è proprio davanti, la fermata del bus è abbastanza vicino. Personale molto supportivo. Finora, perfetto.

Stayed here for a night and had a good experience. Clean and modern rooms, quiet and friendly and proffessional staff. Te location between city and airport is quite good, there are restaurants and bars nearby, but you're in the city center quite fast, too. Bus, tram and train stop nearby. An Uber Ride to the airport wasabou 15€ in the morning. Only minus is the closed restaurant and bar.

Ho chiamato il dipartimento di frontiera per chiedere se è possibile chiamare la polizia, ma la risposta del dipartimento di frontiera era no, non c'era niente che potessero fare. Possiamo cambiare solo in un'altra stanza, ma alle 3:00 indossando il pigiama, non volevamo cambiare più ... Inoltre, non c'era aria condizionata, quindi era estremamente calda, per questo abbiamo aperto la finestra, ma il rumore fuori era orribile
