Era a Düsseldorf per un concerto al Capitolo Theater. Scegliemmo Leonardo perché era vicino al teatro. Buona scelta. Il personale dell'hotel era amichevole e utile. La camera era confortevole e tranquilla. Il colazione era vario e delizioso. Abbiamo deciso di prendere la macchina, ma se avessimo preso il treno, l'hotel è a cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Possiamo parcheggiare la nostra auto all'hotel per un prezzo ragionevole. In tutto, una grande esperienza.

Non lontano dalla stazione centrale, ma non proprio accanto ad essa, va bene, senzatetto nelle vicinanze. Effettuano il check-in dalle 15:00 alle 24:00, prima per i soldi se le camere sono disponibili.
Può essere rumoroso dove le finestre si affacciano sul tram.
La colazione è così così, salsicce e pomodori, cetrioli, ci sono cornflakes, tè, caffè.
Di notte il riscaldamento viene spento o notevolmente ridotto.

Sono stato molto felice con questo hotel, anche se concordo con altri che non sono 4 stelle è troppo alto. La stanza era una stanza decente, pulita e funzionale e per un cambio aveva un letto doppio, a differenza di due single spinti insieme, che è quello che la maggior parte degli hotel chiamano un doppio. Il colazione era ragionevolmente prezioso, ma non molto sostanziale - fresco e ben visibile, ma solo uova cotte in offerta come cibo caldo - senza uova scramblete, bacon o salsicce, e senza yogurt, solo pane, formaggio, carne fredda e cereali. Dopo tre giorni avrei preferito qualcosa di diverso dalle uova cotte.

La posizione era grande. Vicino a Dusseldorf e Mochengladbach. Un fermo della metropolitana proprio davanti all'hotel. (in loco) Parcheggio non era una questione. Se vuoi entrare durante le ore di partenza, una chiamata/email all'hotel, o l'iscrizione a casa presso la porta anteriore dell'hotel farà. La stanza era pulita e tranquilla. Sì è piccola ma sufficiente per una famiglia di quattro nel nostro caso. Mentre il nome B&B suggerisce letto e colazione, il colazione non è automaticamente incluso ma può essere acquistato sul sito. Ci sono stati gridati perché non abbiamo acquistato il colazione in anticipo e siamo entrati e preparati a mangiare. Ma aspetta! Possiamo sempre pagare per questo (in seguito) giusto? Il personale che copre il turno di mattina quel giorno ha sostenuto che la gente ”normalmente” paga prima (perciò non possiamo pagare più tardi?!) .... Per essere giusti, la zona di cena era pulita e benvenuta, e cibo era li. Non c'erano segni che dicessero: ”Pagate prima di sedersi” o ”Aspettate qui per sedersi”. La linea di fondo è che non c'è motivo di urlare alle persone, giusto? Una semplice introduzione di un conto/controllo avrebbe dato un'esperienza molto migliore. Come ha finito l'incidente? Abbiamo pagato per il colazione, ma non abbiamo mangiato nulla. Andiamo in strada e abbiamo fatto colazione al McDonald's. Non volevamo mangiare in cattivo umore con un staff brutto.

Il hotel è stato molto bello e pulito. Il servizio è stato molto amichevole e utile. La stanza è stata pulita, anche se la vista dalla finestra non è stata la battuta, ma cosa si può aspettare da questa posizione vicino all'aeroporto. La colazione ha tutto quello che ti serve e è stato un delizioso colazione alberghiero di base. Se vuoi mangiare più grande c'è un ristorante in tutta la cortina di Novotel. Questo hotel è a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dalla stazione di cielo che ti porta all'aeroporto. Anche il bus SB51 vi porta all'aeroporto o al centro città. La posizione è buona per i viaggiatori di business, ma forse non il migliore se si vuole essere vicino al centro città.

This is at best an Ibis-equivalent hotel. The receptionist even called it a motel. The room is small and poorly equipped. There is no coffee-machine although there is a kettle. One of the cups still had the last person's coffee rim stain. There is no air-conditioning, no fans available and it is hot and airless. The window can be opened but only if you are prepared to leave the curtains open and be in full view of people visiting the Mcdonalds opposite. The road noise is not great either. The restaurant is closed, but I was offered a microwaved mini pizza! If you must stay in a Mercure in the area, go to the Mercure City Nord in Düsseldorf.

UUtente ospiteL'hôtel est extrêmement excentré. Cela ne semblait pas être un problème à la réservation dans la mesure où l'hôtel est supposé être plutôt bien desservi par les transports. Cependant, l'hôtel déclare être à deux minutes du métro. Cette station est en effet présente, mais est la dérivation d'une ligne avoisinante. La station est fermée le soir et le dimanche et est désservie une fois toute les 30 minutes. Une autre station à 7 minutes de marche à pied dans un quartier d'affaire et désert le soir (et donc pas très sécurisant) s'impose donc la plupart du temps, et l'hôtel omet cette information de son site. De plus, cette autre station n'est désservie que toutes les 20 minutes. Comptez donc au moins une demi-heure pour rejoindre le centre-ville, ce qui réduit toute possibilité de repasser à l'hôtel pour se changer avant d'aller dîner par exemple. L'accueil est plutôt amical, mais la réceptionniste qui était présente pendant la quasi-totalité de mon séjour semblait de moins en moins sympathique lorsqu'on avait besoin d'elle. Par exemple, je ne parvenais pas à faire fonctionner le coffre-fort et visiblement elle non plus. Aucun mode d'emploi n'était mis à la disposition des clients ni du personnel semble-t-il. Une atre personne est venue voir si elle pouvait faire quelque chose et devait revenir vers moi, mais cela n'a jamais été le cas. J'ai donc dû me débrouiller moi-même. En attendant de trouver une solution le 2ème jour, j'ai dû confier certains de mes effets personnels à la réception afin qu'ils soient entreposés dans le coffre fort central. En raison de clients ayant fumé dans leur chambre d'après les membres du personnel de l'hôtel, le signal d'alarme à été automatiquement activé pendant la première nuit, et nous avons tous dû être évacués, dans la rue, avec une température de 10°C. Je dois dire que j'ai été impressionné par la réactivité du personnel qui à distribué des couvertures aux enfants et qui s'est montré à l'écoute des interrogations des clients en revenant dans l'hôtel. J'ajoute qu'ils semblait bien connaître et appliquer à la lettre un plan d'urgence. Le petit déjeuner était de belle qualité.

Viaggio di lavoro Hotel in stile francesce molto originale e ben tenuto Posizione : non lontana dal centro e ben servita Camere ampie con vita sulla citta, ben arredate e molto originali Ristorante : bella la vista sulla città, colazione SUPER , cena qualità ottima poca scelta prezzi esagerati Bar : all’ultimo piano gode di una vista invidiabile sulla città alla sera è fantastico. Il locale è frequentato non solo dagli ospiti dell’hotel. Menu’ limitato – niente caffè ! A parte questo tutto molto bello, bellissimo soggiorno consiglio

UUtente ospiteA somehow strange experience, as so ambivalent. Pros: Very beautiful building, castle-like with high ceilings. Rooms are beautiful and well equipped, including the bathroom (shower is great). Perfect location, at the edge of the famous Altstadt (old town) and very close to the river Rhein. Cons: They have clearly issues with the service personnel. We arrived very late, shortly before midnight. I wanted to call the hotel to give them a heads up, in order to avoid them giving the room away. I had to call 3 times (at around 10 pm), and to wait like 10 minutes in the line, until someone finally attended the phone. Next morning, same experience with the room service. No one cleaned the room, despite us putting the ”please clean” sign at the door knob between 10 am and 1 pm. I had to ask the reception around 4 pm to please get the room serviced. The most annoying thing were the curtains. You have the fine transparent white curtain, and the heavy black-out curtain. The latter is so short, that it only covers half the window. In the moment the sun rises, it is as bright as day in the room (I am talking about room 223, in case the management is reading this). You either have an eye mask, or you are done with sleeping. Finally an advice: Despite the location, the hotel is very quiet. However, if you are in a room facing the road (most rooms don't), you will get your dose of old town-party noise, at least at the weekend.

UUtente ospiteThis is a nice, modern hotel, located on a busy street, but no noise hindrance in the room. It was very clean and roomy. It had a parking garage with lots of parking spaces, but unfortunately not a working electric charging station. As we came from The Netherlands and had travelled alot of kilometres, we defenitely had to charge the car. Unfortunately there were no charging stations in the neigbourhood, we charged in a parking garage in the city centre. Breakfast was very extensive and delicious! The only negative thing was that the hotel employee checking if guests had paid for breakfast was falsely accusing us for not having paid! This was not adding to a positive experience at the hotel. But overall a good hotel, except for the 2 negatives.

Ero esaurito e il jet era in ritardo a causa del commercio show business più era la mia prima volta che ero nel centro della città. La camera pulita e il trattamento sincero del personale mi hanno reso luminoso.Apprezzo la bella vista della città e il grande bar al tetto. Grazie.

IilliantkI just arrived for a long term accommodation and I was astonished from the atmosphere . The staff is so kind , helpful and friendly any request or question you have you get a clear answer . The room is very nice has its small kitchen set place full of sun and quiet. Price is very reasonable even I can say it’s quite challenging all other offers in the city . I would recommend this hotel for any kind of stay in Düsseldorf business long stay private .

The location felt safe and was very quiet but still central.
The room was nice enough and had enough space, and the hotel was comfortable with some artistic design.
My room faced towards the direction of the old town but was silent at night, and quiet during the day even with the windows wide open.
Plenty of hot water, but the towels were small and cheap. A coffee expresso machine in the room with coffee but no tea.
The hotel looked a bit tired in places but nothing to worry about and repairs were ongoing. Unfortunately the advertised computer I needed was missing apparently broken. This was unacceptable and my only real complaint. No garden seating area.
The breakfast was good with enough to choose from including hot food, but it finished early at 10:30. The English black tea wasn’t and was horrible, so British tea drinkers bring tea yourself.
If passing I’d stay here again for sure.

Piacevole soggiorno di lavoro. Hotel carino, ambienti puliti, buona la colazione e anche il ristorante. Dispone di un grande parcheggio sotterraneo e si trova a circa 20 minuti dalla fiera. Peccato la mancanza della palestra. Lo consiglio.

UUtente ospiteHo avuto un soggiorno di 1 mese e tutto era perfetto. L'hotel è a prezzi accessibili, ha servizi di pulizia giornaliera, e un bellissimo soggiorno. Il quartiere è piuttosto centrale e sicuro. La fermata del treno è proprio davanti, la fermata del bus è abbastanza vicino. Personale molto supportivo. Finora, perfetto.
