Hotel in zona Nemo Boat Tour Dubai, Dubai

Our stay at the Ibis was fine. This is our 130th hotel stay this year and among our least favorite experiences. First, it is very clean, so don’t worry about that. But a clean bed and room is all you can expect. Things we didn’t enjoy: -Breakfast is a chaotic cluster. No staff were seating guests. People were sprawled out across the Ibis and adjoining Novotel. It is difficult to find staff to clean off a table or provide new cutlery. The food is fine, but the coffee is horrible. - We were told the room included tea and coffee. When we checked in we notified the front desk we had no coffee and would like some. They told us someone would bring it, but it never arrived. The same thing happened the second day. The third day we asked cleaning staff if they have coffee. They told us they were out and only had decaf. They did provide decaf, but regular coffee should have been available. -The shower is extremely slippery. The shower drain is raised to prevent hair and product from clogging it. But that means people are standing in .5” of water the entire time they are showering. The smooth tiles are extremely slippery when covered in standing water. I’m a 36 year old agile, athletic person. I fell, hitting my knee and face on the tile. There are no grippy mats to reduce slipping. There are no handles to get up from in the shower. - After falling, I asked for a hand towel to wash my face. I was told “we don’t offer hand towels on THIS SIDE of the hotel. Only the Novotel side gets hand towels.” It’s very weird to make people feel lesser than others over hand towels. 🤷♀️ Other small weird stuff: - There are ZERO outlets by the bed. You have to charge all electronics, including your phone, across the room. - The faucet barely hangs over the sink. When you wash your hands, they are against the side of the bowl, and water will run out on the counter. It’s like the designer never used the sink. - They have chosen a strange press soap bottle. It breaks off from the wall daily. -Aside from soap, no basic toiletries are provided. (no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion.) Overall, this place is cheaper than others, but it still costs too much to have this many issues.

Staff was very accomodating with our request,since we came from afar we had the privilege to check in early and they find a way to accomodate us. The room was spacious and very comfy. We had a great stay and the place is adjacent to the mall of emirates and nearby restaurants too. Parking lot was also available so you dont have to worry about the safety of your car.

siamo stati ad aprile in questo hotel scelto dalle recensioni. hotel pulito, avevamo una camera vista laterale ed era silenzioso nonostante la strada trafficata. difronte alla metro comodissimo per gli spostamenti. si trova a metà strada tra la marina e il centro città. Se non si vuole fare solo mare va benissimo. Noi abbiamo girato tanto e alla mattina prendevamo il taxi per andare in spiaggia perchè la metro non arriva vicino alle spiagge . I taxi non sono cari comunque. non ci è piaciuta la colazione, scadente e poca scelta. per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più sinceramente. Alla fine non abbiamo quasi mai mangiato nulla in hotel.

Wonderfu hotel Alkhoory Courtyard The services of the two ( Kishan and Nirosh),who attended to us was out of this world. That is the floor attendance and the chef. The hotel is also good and hospitable and is worth recommending to my colleagues who might want to visit Dubai. The hospitality and courtesy by all hotel workers was marvellous. Thank you Kishan for the wonderful hospitality. We will miss your service when we go back to Botswana.

Un hotel con letti molto comodi, sia il materasso che i cuscini. Buona pressione della doccia, parcheggio gratuito presso l'hotel. È tra il porto turistico e il Burj. È bello essere al centro di tutto senza essere nel trambusto. Staff meraviglioso e colazione molto ricca. La cosa migliore è che ha una piscina sul tetto con vasca idromassaggio e vista sui grattacieli

Uso questo hotel da oltre 11 anni e ogni volta che vado vengo sempre accolto da Moss Reema e Miss Sapna. Li ringrazio tanto per la grande esperienza che mi hanno dato di nuovo, sono grato. Consiglio questo hotel a tutti quelli a cui non puoi sbagliare con il prezzo e la posizione.

L'hotel è situato nel quartiere degli affari di Six Nations City. Al piano inferiore c'è la stazione degli autobus Ibn Battuta. L'autobus da e per la città di Abu Dhabi e l'aeroporto si ferma qui. La stazione della metropolitana è di fronte, quindi il trasporto è molto conveniente. Tuttavia, a causa dei ritardi dei voli, sono arrivato in hotel dall'aeroporto di Abu Dhabi alle cinque presto del mattino. Al momento del check-in, l'addetto alla reception era titubante e ha chiesto di fare il check-out più tardi, ma non ha ricevuto alcuna risposta. Nella camera doppia vengono forniti solo un asciugamano e il detersivo, e il bagno ha un odore particolare. Il letto è abbastanza comodo. Ho chiamato alle 11 del giorno successivo per sollecitarmi a fare il check-out. E' vero che il prezzo è basso, ma l'operazione impersonale rende difficile tornarci.

Tutto andava bene in questo posto. È vicino alla metropolitana e ci sono molti buoni ristoranti e supermercati nelle vicinanze. È un posto affollato pieno di più nazionalità, la cosa che troverai solo a Dubai. Il servizio dell'hotel e della signora che lavora alla reception è molto professionale e buono. La pulizia è quasi perfetta. Spero che aggiustino la loro aria condizionata perché faceva molto caldo.

**Revisione: ** Recentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel a Dubai, ed è stata una fantastica esperienza. La posizione è eccellente, vi si trova vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e in un buon cuore della città con facile accesso alle principali attrazioni. Le camere sono molto confortevoli, offrendo un perfetto ritorno dopo un giorno di esplorazione occupato. Il valore per i soldi è eccellente, soprattutto considerando la gamma di servizi disponibili. L'hotel offre grandi strutture, tra cui una piscina ben mantenuta, che è stato un punto di rilassamento. Tuttavia, l'aspetto più impressionante è stato il servizio clienti. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e supportivo, facendomi sentire a casa. Nonostante il mio bilancio sia molto rigoroso, mi sentivo di aver ricevuto un trattamento a cinque stelle. Se ritorno a Dubai, anche con un bilancio più grande, scelgo di rimanere in questo hotel. Questo ha contribuito in modo significativo alla mia splendida esperienza in città. Grazie per tutto!

L'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto, una parte buona è che hanno un bus navetta che preleva le persone dall'aeroporto dopo ogni ora, quindi ogni volta che arrivi puoi risparmiare non prendendo i taxi e aspettando il bus navetta. In hotel i ragazzi della reception sono super cordiali e abbastanza veloci, siamo stati assistiti da Peter e lui è stato super gentile e disponibile in molti modi. Le camere sono pulite e avevamo quella con la vista sull'aeroporto che era piuttosto rinfrescante. L'hotel dispone anche di una navetta gratuita servizi di autobus per portare le persone alla spiaggia, al centro commerciale di Dubai e al centro di Deira in determinati orari fissi che dovresti controllare con la reception. La colazione è molto buona e credo che possa ospitare persone di diverse nazionalità. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato i nostri 14 giorni soggiorna in hotel e consiglio vivamente l'holiday inn express Dubai?
