Very good suite hotel room in strategic location to all central areas in the palm & Jumeirah area. Staff very friendly.

Excellent service and rooms. Welcoming, helpful and friendly staff at reception. Awam & Abdul from house-keeping were brilliant. Special thanks to chef for making excellent breakfast. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, perfect location, nice swimming pool, walking distance to Metro. Thanks to everyone at Staybridge Suites, keep up the brilliant work

Nice hotel, as well the stuff

Двоякое впечатление об отеле. Прежде всего удобно расположен относительно метро - буквально у выхода из метро. С другой стороны внизу платная дорога - а это сущий ад - гул и шум круглые сутки - в итоге можно с комфортом отдыхать в тишине и покое только в номерах с видом на море, на противоположной стороне от дороги. Эти номера естественно дороже и существенно. К самому номеру претензий нет, всë отлично - и посуда, и плита, и духовка с встроенной микроволновкой и тп - вообщем будете как дома. Магазины нормальные далековато, внизу есть не очень большой, но ассортимент так себе. Ходили в Carrefour на другой стороне и ближе Westzone. Завтраки хорошие - каждый день одно и тоже, но выбор есть. Убирались тоже хорошо. Внизу, напротив входа остановка автобуса - ездили на Kite Beach на автобусах Х28 или 88. Ближайший пляж Sufouh Beach был закрыт.

Posizione perfetta, non solo per la fermata della metro praticamente di fronte all'hotel, ma anche per il "quartiere", l'Internet City comodissimo sia da e per l'aeroporto che per andare verso le zone più centrali come Dubai Marina ormai paralizzate dal traffico. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Super service, great location and big rooms. Location is great with metrostation next door. Lot's of restaurants and good bars within 10 minutes walk.

Very nice place to stay. Was convenient for me. Walking distance to the Agenda. Terrace facing sea was great. Fully equipped for long or short stay. Staff was very nice.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness. There were dirty and unhygienic areas in several places within the hotel room itself. For example, the toilet and bathtub were dirty, and the veranda was so dirty that you couldn't even stand there. As soon as I entered the hotel room, I could immediately smell an unpleasant odor reminiscent of mold. There was a distinct mold smell in the hotel that was hard to ignore. The entire hotel room had an intense smell of mold, which made the stay uncomfortable. The location was good. The breakfast could have had more options instead of the same thing every morning. The staff could have been more helpful in case of misunderstandings. Almost nothing is included in the hotel package; you have to buy things like an outlet to charge your phone. The hotel wifi barely works, it's too poor. There are very few activities to do in the hotel. It's not suitable for children if you want to stay in the hotel and do something.

Amazing 3 night experience at this place. Close proximity to metro station. Friendly staffs. Good breakfast. We couldn't enjoy the amenities in the hotel due to our tight schedule. Will definitely recommend 👌

A great experience with a huge room. Loved the gym and the pool right outside. Location within Dubai great as the train is just around the corner.
