Прекрасный отель, отличное обслуживание. Спа и фитнес заслуживают отдельного уважения. Контингент клиентов тоже приятный - в основном обеспеченные люди. Бассейн шикарный, но хотелось бы поглубже, как в Анантаре, например. Из минусов: ночью были звуки стройки.

In occasione di un anniversario molto speciale, con mia moglie abbiamo scelto questo hotel per una vacanza di 5 giorni a Dubai. Siamo stati trattati con una gentilezza ed un riguardo davvero particolari. Tutto il personale si è prodigato per rendere unico il nostro soggiorno ed in ogni occasione ci siamo sentiti veramente coccolati. A noi è stata assegnato in upgrade un appartamento al 18°piano dal quale si dominava la vista su tutta Jumeirah beach, con piscina privata e dotazioni di livello. La struttura è molto scenica, con un' atmosfera viva e con una bella piscina davanti alla spiaggia, quest'ultima molto ben attrezzata. Comodissima la posizione, proprio sulla JBR Walk e vicino alla fermata del tram con scambio per la metro. Migliore scelta per la nostra vacanza non potevamo fare e ringraziamo tutto il personale per la fantastica disponibilità

The pool party was such a blast! Great vibes, cool people, and the drinks were top-notch. Everyone was having a good time, the music kept things lively, and the staff made sure everything went smoothly. Perfect spot to chill, dance, and enjoy❤️❤️❤️

**Fantastic Poolside Service at Five Luxe JBR** We're currently staying at Five Luxe JBR and wanted to express our heartfelt thanks to Evgeniia, who made our pool day extra special. She was incredibly bubbly, attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble—always ready to help with a smile. Her positive energy really enhanced our day by the pool. A big shoutout also to Ghanesh, the pool attendant, who was friendly and made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. His attention to detail and warm hospitality didn’t go unnoticed. **Disappointing Policy for Pool Sun Loungers – Be Warned!** I am currently staying at Five Luxe Dubai JBR, and while the stay started off well, it took a frustrating turn today. I was shocked to learn from the pool staff that on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, hotel guests are required to pay an additional 700 AED to use the sun loungers. This is *absolutely ridiculous*. Why should paying guests be charged extra to use basic hotel facilities? This information was never mentioned on the website when booking, and had I known about this in advance, I would have never chosen this hotel. It feels as though hotel guests are not prioritized here. The policy is both unfair and misleading. While there is a small area with free seating by the family/kids pool, the chances of getting a spot are slim, and honestly, it’s not where I want to sit. As a guest, I should have free access to the pool area and the ability to choose where I sit without having to pay an outrageous fee. I’ve stayed at nearby hotels like the Rixos JBR and the Address Beach Resort, and never experienced such absurd policies. I am currently considering moving to another hotel to salvage the rest of my trip. If you're planning to book here, be aware of this hidden charge – it's a huge disappointment. Staying im room 3402

We've been coming to Dubai every year for the past 10 years and have stayed in all different hotels (Including Five Palm Jumeirah) but this hotel is by far our favourite!! From the security guards to the door men, the front office team, chamber maids, pool staff, everyone is so friendly and always happy to help. We stayed for 10 days and the service was always 10/10 the staff are an asset to the hotel and made our stay so memorable. Unfortunately, we were not able to ask everyone for their names but did manage to remember a few. A special thank you to Solomon and the team around the pool, they really looked after us throughout our stay and made our holiday extra special. Another thank you to Nallin and the men that helped us with our bags, you were extremely helpful, happy, polite and made sure to give us a good send off. Amir from Guest Services was also lovely and a bundle of knowledge. Again there are so many others who we would have loved to mention but do not know their names. A big thank you from the Righelato family to all the team members at the Five Luxe, you're all amazing!!! We already plan on returning and hope to see you again in a few months!!!
