È la prima volta a Dubai dal 13 al 18 novembre 2024. Nel complesso ci siamo divertiti molto. La posizione è un po' lontana, circa 30-40 minuti, ma vicino alla metropolitana, raggiungibile a piedi. Linea verde per la città vecchia e linea rossa per la città. Il servizio in camera è un po' lento a causa della stagione degli eventi. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerò.

La stanza era spaziosa e pulita. Il letto era un po' duro e le molle molto sottili/morbide. Non mi piace l'idea della doccia nella vasca, ho chiesto una cabina doccia ma non l'ho ottenuta. Questo hotel è attaccato al centro commerciale, quindi è facile fare shopping e mangiare. C'è anche il Carrefour😁

La posizione è molto comoda, vicino alla stazione della metropolitana Union, allo svincolo con la linea verde e rossa, vicino all'aeroporto e situato nel cuore di un grande centro commerciale.

Everyday missed something (towel, toilet paper, toothbrush,bottle of water, etc) in the room. A malfunction electric kettle breaking the room's electricity 3 times in different days. The food of the breakfast haven't various choices!

Great location, large rooms but unfortunately very old hotel: carpets and furnitures. For individuals who are suffering from allergies and asthma, not the right one. The staff is very professional and client oriented. Thank you very much for your understanding . I wish I would have stay for 10 days but my health state couldn’t handle the room carpet.

An unforgettable stay perfect from start to finish. The room was impeccably clean and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. Easy access to Mall and Public transport. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking luxury and comfort with family or friends or with kids

The location was good, once you call Receiption the lady was very nice , the two terrible things was Checking in time they keep me about 30 minutes for nothing, and other bad thing is their breakfast the people in that was horrible, because i had 3 days breakfast just attend 2nd day 1st and i ahd bad experience and 3th day I don’t go there to waste my time.

The location is good , next to a shopping mall and there are many food choices l. The carpet in the room is very old; even though the size of the room is decent.
